There is a lot of choice in term of flight hours but the schedule is always changing after the reservation. Even if it's a few minutes change, how come it is happening?!
My first flight was delayed, so I will miss my connexion. I had to call them, but it took them 1/2 to understand the situation and fix it and even after that I never received a confirmation for my new flight. After few weeks I call them back, my last reservation was cancelled and I had to choose a new flight... again! I took another 1/2hour and nobody apologize...
I made another reservation with flighthub, I give them another chance and this time I paid for an insurance to change my flight.
I wanted to take the same plane as my husband, I was able to make the change on the website, it is easy to use but it only offers me 5 different flights. My husband's flight wasn't offered... I had to call them again and loose time again.
I don't recommand this site unfortunately
My schedule was changed due to flight cancellation and this caused sever problems with my program. If an airline cancels a flight the passengers must be provided suitable compensation.
Booked a flight from PIT to Canada, also purchased the CSA travel insurance that stated on flight hub allowed you to cancel 24hrs before departure and receive a full refund. Travel arrangements changed and when i tried to cancel CSA said my reason for canceling was not covered. Contacted flight hub and they offered me a $950 credit that was only good for the same flight for the next 9 months. That is after i paid a $125 cancelation fee. Ticket is non transferable and they will not give any money back. Ticket with insurance was $1072. HORRID customer service, and web sight is deceiving in how it is worded. Read fine print if you book with this site, and if you do I'm sorry you put yourself in that situation.
It's a super reliable site, and I haven't had a problem with it flying wise. However I booked on a debit card once and had to cancel the flight. I did not receive any payment back and the flight credit they gave me did not work. Would be nice if you could do debit returns.
I have used Flighthub on multiple occasions and each time I had no issues. The seats I requested were honored. My flights were all within the timeframe that I wanted to depart and arrive. I will use Flighthub in the future before checking other sites for prices and availability.
This was a good site for selecting and booking the best value flights. I live in Canada and the side offered a good range of options for my travel.
Competitive prices and provide the same service of the originals. I would like to use it again mainly with international flights
The site is easy to navigate, and the prices are comparable and usually better than other sites. I am able to select my seat (for an extra charge) which is important as I have problems with my legs. I am usually able to find the air line of my choice.

I had to call the airline in order to make sure that my ticket was issued. The reservation was done in 2 sections, so different codes for different flights even though it was the same airline. At the beginning, my reservation did not show on the airline website, and they have to confirm that it was OK. Even when I paid in November, the ticket was re-issued on 01 MAR 18. Don't know why.
