We booked thru flight hub for the first time and when we checked the email they spelled my name wrong. At the time of booking the guy I talked to was hard to understand he didn't speak good English or understood it. We were charged for a name change on our ticket when it wasn't our fault. Be weary of who you book thru.
Flighthub is easy to use and I was able to get cheap flights. I also got the proper notifications and reminders needed.

Unfortunately we had to amend our ticket and FlightHub made it very difficult and almost impossible. Once we did arrive international there was NO way to contact them. We do not recommend this agency.

I bought 2 tickets for my parents to fly overseas almost one month before they needed to go there. When i needed to cancel the flights the second day after purchase because my father needed to go to hospital Flighthub gave me a hard time. They promised to cancel flights for just $200 then they tried to charge $300 off my card without me knowing. Luckily i only had $297 on that card. When i asked why $300 while promised $200 they just kept saying that's all that could be done but suggested to use my flight insurance that i bought from their site in advance. They gave me insurance number to call to get refund for cancelation fee of $295. I ended up paying $295 extra just to cancel flight but this is not the end of the story. When i called insurance few hours later they told me my insurance policy was cancelled by Flighthub and there's nothing they can do but gave me Flighthub's number to call. I called Flighthub again, they kept transferring me from one manager to another without any result. In the end after few days waiting for refund i only received around 50% of what i spent for my tickets while they promised to return almost everything by using insurance.
My father used Flighthub to book his tickets. But when he tried to change flights or cancel within 24 hours they told him they would charge him lots of fees. Then they said 24 hours just passed and gave him a credit, but then told him he would have to pay an $200 for each flight he re-booked. Stay away from flight hub, its a scam. They will get you with the fine print.
I purchased tickets in June, premium and over $1000 extra for the premium seatng. 5 months later they change to flights and downgrade seats to economy. When I complain about the downgrade they claim a systems error at the time of booking. I stress they confirmed reservation seating class when the transaction went through. Then they came back and said there were no more premium seats available. I asked them to look at there own web site because they are sill selling the premium seats on the same flight!
They then blamed the airline and said they could do nothing more except offer $300 VS over a $7000 originally paid.
They would not allow me to speak to a manager, just kept insisting they had a system error at the time of booking. They admitted FlightHub made the mistake but they will not honor seating. Next step for me is legal action and reported the company to the better business bureau.
It's very easy to book a flight with flight. The information required to complete on line very simple and the confirmation received was very quick. Hope they stick to confirmation details agreed to for a pleasant flight.
