I am very dissatisfied with Fine Art America. They will not stand by their poor workmanship in framing and fix the print, mat and frame that I purchased. This was a first anniversary gift for my husband. The print was not correctly framed. The print is not straight inside the mat and frame. The mat covers up the print at the bottom on one side, but not the other. You can read the guitarist names on the left side and it gradually cuts them off as you get the to the right side. I have attached a photo. The website has no phone number to call customer service. After submitting a photo to customer service by email and asking that they take this back and fix it so you can see the entire print and it is not crooked inside the mat, I was told that it was my fault for selecting a mat that was too large and they typically suggest a smaller mat when ordering this print. The mat size they suggest is not even an option to choose on the website when choosing a mat. Regardless, they will not take it back and refund me the entire amount that I paid. The said they will refund me the purchase amount,, less the shipping that was paid. The website return policy says "Please note - Fine Art America does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality". This is a defect in quality. I was told my only option to get a refund, less the shipping charges that I already paid, would be to destroy the frame and print and send them a photo of it destroyed so I could get my refund, less the shipping charges that I already paid. I was told that even if it was re-framed with a smaller mat size that they suggest that it would still cut off the parts of the print. This was told to me by Lorenz. When i asked for the phone number to reach out to a supervisor or to have a supervisor contact me, I never received a response. My husband is very disappointed in his gift because you cannot even see the entire print in the frame. I do not wish to destroy it, or pay additional costs in shipping back to this company, so I guess I'll just keep it and be disappointed every time we look at it. I will never purchase from this company again and will suggest others not to as well. They do not stand by their work or help resolve problems with their customers.

I have now ordered two framed prints from Fine Art America and have been very pleased both times. You can get your prints with or without mats and the selection of frame styles and colors is amazing. They came with hanging wire already attached and hook is included. The prints arrived sturdily packed against damage and both arrived within four business days of ordering. I highly recommend this company and will be ordering from them again!
Ordered pillows as a gift and the recipient said they print quality was amazing and the fabric was lovely and seemed durable enough to withstand her cats. The shipment was faster than I expected and communicated wonderfully!

Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
