The picture I received was damaged and did not look anything like the website described. The day I received the picture I sent them photos of it. The photos clearly shows my concern. They will not give me a refund and will not respond to my requests. The website shows white background on wood but the one I got there was no white background like website describes it was just Red on pine wood.
I had my eye on two prints and had them (and tons more) saved in my favorites for a long time. My boyfriend and I are doing some remodeling work in our home and didn't want to spend the money on the prints. However, when I showed him these, he said he thought I should purchase them. I sat for another couple of days choosing matting and frames. Finally ordered, they were delivered on time and so well wrapped for shipping. The frames and the matting were perfect for the prints and my friends and family have complimented them. When I told them the price they were impressed by how reasonable they were. I highly recommend Fine Art America.

We had been searching for some time for the perfect painting for my sons room. The Slash canvas was exactly what he wanted and exceeded our expectations. My son was thrilled. The customer service was top notch. Due to covid, things were a little behind and the team did a phenomenal job replying to my emails promptly, answering my questions and keeping me updated. I even received an email a week after delivery making sure we had received it and everything was ok. I would recommend Fine Art America to anyone and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I've found my favorite artist here. He work is spectacular. It's a real treat to be able to buy his work in so many different ways. I ve prints framed some matted and others canvases. My taste in art is all over the map so in addition to my favorite I canwamder all over the site. There is honestly always something interesting.
Ordered a print. Stated shipping 3/4 days. Because of the virus I knew would take longer. I Emailed in 10 days and was told was going ship out that day. Never did. Next day. Did a chat. That was useless. Called and said they would email to cancel. Now I get a reply " cannot guarantee cause my order is in processing. Oh and the chat person said it's not going out for at least another week. So, 11 days later, I have NO idea if it's canceled. No idea if it will arrive. No idea what the heck is going on. DON'T Order from them unless you care less about when it arrives.

After much searching on-line, I found the PERFECT artwork at Fine Art America (a wonderful painting of my grandparents' farm no less), and had the print gallery wrapped in the specific size I wanted for my wall space. It came carefully packed, ready to hang, and I'm just thrilled to have it! Highly recommend for anyone doing a search on a particular artist, locale, or subject, they have it all covered!

It was communicated to me that my order would be shipped in 3-5 days. That didn't happen. Then I inquired to be told it would be shipped at the beginning of this week. It's now the end of the week with no response. Corporate website says permanently closed.
I will never ever order from this Fine Art America again! I ordered 2 custom mugs. One mug product was correct, the 2nd was just put in that did not match what I ordered. Each mug was $18. High price but I wanted them. Now I had to return the WRONG 2nd mug. I was so annoyed that I decided not to reorder the 2nd mug that I should have gotten as ordered and wanted a refund for that returned product. The order was placed April 15 yet the product arrived a month later with a note that says I have 30 days to return from the date ordered! "not from the date received" What a rip off. I had to pay $15 from pocket to attempt to get a refund of $18. I would not recommend ordering from Fine Art America ever. No proper tracking number. Completely unsatisfied with the way they do business.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
