It is a very easy process. Select your art and how you want it. My piece arrived and looks amazing.
This is the second portrait I've had framed through FineArtAmerica. Both arrived in a timely manner, and both were beautifully done and ready to hang.
My order was a little delayed due to the problems with the pandemic, but communication with this company was great about explaining the issues. The quality of the print and the nice job on the framing was excellent. I was extremely impressed with how well it was packed for shipping. I ordered a large print 18 x 24 framed, but it arrived in perfect condition, not one scratch. I will order from this company again.
Fine Art America puts out a good product, nice matting and frame for the artwork. They were somewhat slow in getting the picture, matting and frame put together, but it may have been because of the CoronaVirus thing going on during that time. That is the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5, but, again it probably was due to something they had no control of. Shipping was fast and the artwork was very well packaged.
Purchased 4 frames prints a month ago. Supposed to ship in 3 days. Every week I checked in and got a vague excuse. Called today for a refund. I was told package shipped. I asked for tracking number. They said they didn't have one. Then they got mad at my questions and hung up on me... Horrible service! Spent over 2k and this is how they treat me!
Ordered framed picture on 5/8/20. When I ask questions they just send a canned response. This was a present and when I ordered it there was a 4-5 day production. Now they have posted 10-15, but mine is already past that.
It was easy to order the items. There was an unfulfilled expectation that I would be getting emails telling me when my items were shipped. That never happened so I had to continually sign in to my artist's website to check on my order's status. That is why I'm am giving such a low rating.
... how beautiful all the products I have ordered from Fine Art America have been. The wide selection of images is phenomenal and the quality of prints and sharpness is amazing. Great customer support. Everything comes out looking just the way the site shows the item, often they look even better!
Fast, nice, all the good things i love the way my little project turned out, so i say to you thank you for your part
Vivid, deep colours on a print of a Degas. Thank you and well done.
Quality things they have. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I received my order in a timely manner. Was surprised how fast my order was sent out. Thanks again!
I was very pleased with the Iain Stewart Watercolor Print I purchased from Fine Art America. The Print arrived in perfect condition. I will Shop Fine Art America again.
Have purchased a few times. Always great experience!
This was a gift for my son and it is beautifully done exactly as ordered.
I highly recommend this company.
Beautiful picture printed on metal. Easy to hang (not too heavy), came well packaged and secure. The turn around was quick as well! Thank you!
I had a friend who I wanted to buy photos she had been taking of wild horses and Fine Art America. I had never heard of them and I too am a photographer. I got the canvas prints and they were extremely well packaged and arrived the same day but separately. These were the first canvas prints I have even purchased and they seemed to be fine. One was a little off with the artists signature visible off to the side. I was not that uncomfortable but surprised how it got there since the main artist signature was on the front where it should of been. All in all, I was happy with the purchase and figured they would get it right in the future.
I ordered and received for great prints from a photographer I enjoy. The product quality was amazing. I came well protected and in excellent condition. I have since used them to make some personal items of my own photography. I can not wait to see the outcome.
I appreciate that FAA will produce a greeting card for most of their art so I can see the actual colors and how well they coordinate with the room colors before I buy. I recently did this and ended up getting a canvas print in a floater frame. I'm very happy with the quality of the print, how it is mounted in the frame and the colors. I can also use the greeting card when shopping and buying other accessories for the room to be sure the colors will work well together.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
