Fine Art is always great to work with. Posters are fantastic. I love that there are so many options.
My experience with FineArtAmerica was wonderful. The ability to play with the mat colors and sizes up front and see what you will be getting is such a great feature. My print arrived in a very reasonable amount of time, looking beautiful and ready to hang. I will absolutely order from this site again.
I am very pleased with the print I ordered from FineArtAmerica. It arrived quickly and I enjoy looking at it every day in my living room.
Beautiful print! Works great with my Peacock wall! Started with a vase, mirror, and feathers. Now the print!
Love their prints And quality! Also materiaal used are very good quality! Have been ordening several products And they are all very well done.
Beautiful duvet. Welll made and soft. Delivered when was expected.
My grandson loves it. Id order from Fine Art America again.
This Olson print is the best. I loved it when I saw it at a friends house just before Christmas. On a lark, I looked at Fine Art America and was so glad to find it. I just had it framed and its gorgeous! Cant wait to hang it next Christmas.
So many beautiful paintings and frame choices. Had a great experience. Painting I ordered was beautiful, was shipped quickly, packaged well and arrived in excellent condition. I was very happy with the quality of the painting and frame.
The picture was great quality. Picture was wrapped incredibly well. Came on time. Very happy.
The picture is hanging behind our bar, a great conversation piece. We would buy again from fine Art America.
The process was easy, fun and reliable. FineArtAmerica has a remarkable selection of artwork. I received exactly what I ordered. There were plenty of options. I received the artwork in about ten days.
The painting was as expected and described on the website. Package was well done to secure safetiness of the item. One small comment: the delivery in our country was done by DHL: if we are not present, then we have to go in DHL premises to pick up the parcel. One improvement would be to partner with belgian post --> parcel is then stored in the post office, which is closer and in the neighborhood.
I live in Brazil and ordered twice form them, both times on Black Friday. Both times they sent the merchandise with a wrong invoice. The first time (2016) I payed US$ 20 of taxes more then I should because the declared value of merchandise was incorrect. Many e-mails and no one took responsability for my loss. VERY POOR COSTUMER SERVICE. But at least I received the product. The second time was last Black Friday, using the offer of free shipping worldwide. The price of merchandise was US 214,96. When the package arrived in the Brazilian airport, I was contacted by the carrier to pay the taxes. But the invoice came with a value of US$ 518,22. So I should pay import taxes based on this wrong value, not based on the real amount of my purchase. I refused to receive the package and immediatly instructed UPS to send it back. It occured in Dec/8th. UPS only returned the package Jan/19th. FineArtAmerica don't refund my money based on the ridiculous reason that they have a return policy of 30 days. Of course this policy only should be valid if they deliver a product in perfect conditions AND with the correct documents. Also they (not me) chose the carrier (UPS). I can not be responsible for the procedures of that carrier that I didn't choose and took a long time to return the package. Again, I sent an e-mail and received a lazy, bureaucratic and careless answer. FineArtAmerica, never again. I already bought many things in US and never faced a company like that. Terrible. Incompetents and dishonests.
! 00% Customer Satisfaction is a lie. We could not get a return of a defective item processed. It was to be a gift and so that made it esp. Frustrating
I bought one of my own prints from my fineartamerica store,, to see how smoothly the process might go for my customers... I paid over 50 dollars. I got no notification as a seller,, and no notification as a buyer. That means no tracking info as the buyer and no indication that I had sold a print as a buyer. Meaning I didn't get my portion of the payment for the sale. The print finally arrived damaged and packaged horribly. Calling customer support I was able to talk to someone after being on hold for only a few minutes,, but she could not explain why everything had failed and she sounded exhausted like she had been hearing similar stories all day,, I felt sorry for her. I Started a refund process but again received no notice that my refund was initiated. No ticket number ect... which makes me think I will have to turn to PayPal for a refund since this site appears to be unable to operate currently..
Not only were they not able to assemble my order on time. It is at least 6 days late at this point. I paid 28.95 for EXPEDITED SHIPPING!
Customer service is awful. You'll find that out, only if you get them on the phone-which you wont. I will get a refund, even if it means showing up in person to get it.
Bad News!
This company has horrible customer service. I ordered a product and 2 weeks later, they don't even know if its been made! The customer service center can't find or give me any information, and they have no way of connecting with production?!?! That is the lamest excuse I have ever heard. TERRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH
The art on this site is amazing. The product offerings are great. However, I placed a large order Black Friday weekend for Christmas gifts and only half the order came. I started inquiring December 15. I was finally informed Dec 21 that the half of my order that was missing 'got lost in the shuffle' and would arrive after Christmas.
No offer for express shipping, discount, free future coupon. Nothing but a 'sorry'. This is not the first time this has happened.
Who can afford to do business like this in today's marketplace atmosphere with Amazon as your stiff competition? Shame on them.
I will mention that I'm a bit of a captive audience as I sell my own art there. Which makes it even more distressing for me to write a review like this knowing that it potentially hurts my own business, but I feel it's important to know that their delivery time frames are horribly flawed. However, on a good note, if you are not happy with your purchases, they do indeed provide you with a full refund and the items I have received are wonderful. At this point, however, I'm pretty much over buying here.
I ordered a print I was hoping to frame before christmas to give as a gift. I received the print wrinkled and discolored. I could have printed a better more quality photo from my home printer. My order total was $165 including the overnight shipping (definitely didn't come even close to overnight). I called to return my print and I was told I will be contacted in 1-2 days. HA! They have a grade F on Better Business Bureau for a reason! Please do not order from here, you will be disappointed. This is fraud. They do not even deserve 1 star.
I've purchased a number of items from Fine Art America. They were all good quality until I ordered two pillows. They did not come close to the image shown on the website. This is my first experience dealing with their customer service department. Horrible! You are on hold for at least 30 minutes. Sometimes it cuts off and you have to leave a message. (I've left three... no one called back) They email inaccurate information. It's unfortunate that their lack of real customer service is what will prevent me from ever purchasing from their site again once I get this issue resolved.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
