I was so very happy with the experience of working with FineArtAmerica. Very easy to browse their website and had many choices and categories to chose from. My purchase came on time and was packaged perfectly. Would definitely purchase from them again
If i can give a zero rating, i will choose that. Its no point saying anything untill you experience ther poor artwork quality and their reluctance to solve your problem. No professionalism.
We ordered some billiards photography on metal for our finished basement around the pool/ping-pong table and the purchase was easy and we received the products very quickly. The metal pictures were packaged very well and had no dents or scratches on them. I do also want to mention that Fine Art America only allows top-notch artists to post their work. I also like being able to support the private artists who are not well-known but are very talented.
The shower curtain is perfect for my son's bathroom. The color matched exactly the picture from the website, so we were able to match the Indian's theme. Thanks for the fun, great product!
I bought this particular mug as it has my favorite New Yorker cover. I see a funny cat prancing through Central Park with my French roast every morning.

The canvas wrap looks cool the way pic is wrapped around the edge. My only criticism is it was cropping the photo. Helpful if margins werent white.

FineArtAmerica's website is easy to maneuver and their product offerings are top quality. I was specifically interested in works from Mary Charles so my husband gave me a gift card to this site for Christmas. Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
