Horrible customer support and problem resolving

Fedex give leasts importance to the customers and the packages how much ever the value of the items are. I talked to more than 10 agents and all gave me wrong informations and deviated me to different locations. I still didn't receive the item. Agents were not helpful and gave least importance to my problem. Worst customer service i ever experienced. They said the policy doesn't allow me to pickup the item from fedex but they only deliver to my home. But i am leaving out of town on monday and will be back only after 20 days. The item is 1400$ worth and they saying i have to leave it and travel. It was fedex who is responsible for delivering on time but did not. Now i am facing the consequences and agents are rude and doesn't solve my problem. My sender (at&t) contacted fedex as well. Even they said to fedex its not customer friendly and not helpful. If fedex is responsible for something, then why fedex put customers into trouble. If there is a chance, people prefer usps or ups or other services but not fedex. Even my friends and colleagues said the same about your poor customer support and mentality towards our problems.

I've been waiting on my package for days now. How is it you pay for overnight & your packages sits in the same warehouse for days with only one scan. It's very upsetting my package was picked up on the 19th and the likely shipping date was the 20th. Please explain how this is even possible. Why spend money when the process isn't faster. It's no way I should still be waiting on my package yet along a update! FEDEX sucks!

Horrible! Package scheduled to be delivered Wednesday even though it showed it was 6 hours away. Today it still shows its 6 hours away with no estimated delivery date and of course you can't speak to anyone when you call the customer no service line.

Building a new computer I ordered parts from multiple sources. Everything from FedEx was days late and several are missing. They don't even know where they are other than they were out for delivery and then gone. Getting customer service is a chore and then they were no real help. All items ordered from Amazon and Ups were on time or early. No excuse.,

What happened to FedEx? You are terrible, constantly late or losing packages. Or my personal favorite…never updating your tracking info and it's already late and your delivery date is "still pending". Because of your service or lack there of, I will no longer order from places like Chewy because they only use you to deliver. You're destroying good businesses reputations. I only order from places that deliver with UPS now. Stop using COVID as an excuse. Amazon and UPS are doing just fine with their deliveries!

Dropped off a package at a drop box that is listed by FedEx to be picked up every weeknight by 6pm. Dropped off on Tuesday night well before final pick up and no tracking showing pickup Tuesday or Wednesday. Called customer service Wednesday evening well after final pickup, initially hung up on with no resolution. Immediately called back to find a very helpful agent who submitted ticket to request pickup. Now Saturday pm and still no tracking.

They lost one of my packages but to long ago and now they have delayed a very pricey package of mine that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Called customer service and after trying to get ahold of a person almost an hour later I couldn't understand half of what they were saying. Terrible customer service and terrible shipping. If you can avoid using FedEx go with UPS or USPS

WHEN EVER I BUY ANYTHING ONLINE AND SEE FED X IS SHIPPING I KNOW RIGHT AWAY IM SCREWED. THEY NEVER FOLLOW THROUGH WITH ANY OF THE DELIVERY DATES. THEN YOU GET STUCK WITH THE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WHICH IS USELESS. THEY HAVE A CRAPPY ATTITUDE. I WOULD NEVER USE FED X ON MY OWN. THE NEXT TIME I SEE FED X IS DELIVERING I WILL CANCEL MY ORDER AND TRY ELSE WHERE. FED X USED TO BE DEPENDABLE, BUT THESE DAYS THEY SUCK. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING FED X TO ANYONE. THE LAST ORDER I P[LACED WITH AMAZON, RIGHT AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER, I GOT A TEXT MESSAGE FROM FEDX SAYING MY DELIVERY IS BEING RESCHEDULED. THAT REAL BAD WHEN THEY NEED TO RESCHEDULE 3 MINUTES AFTER THE ORDER WAY PLACED. IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD.

Awful Delivery Service

I consistently have issues with this company no matter what I am having delivered. My deliveries are constantly delayed. Recently we have a food delivery service that uses FedEx as their delivery company, and the packages continue to get delayed long enough that the cold packaged food has to be thrown out. I get updates in the middle of the day that the package that was already on the truck for delivery at 5am is now delayed for several (4) days. When I contact them I am told lies such as the driver attempted to deliver. When I have been home all day AND the tracking update specifically states that no attempt for delivery was made. One time I was told that because there was no one else near me with a package that my package was delayed 2 days to make the distance worth it. I do not live out in the country. I live in a town. I am often told that I need to make a chain of calls and waste my own time to find out what is going on with my package. When given a choice I would NEVER use Fedex if I could.

I loathe this company

Failed to deliver my engagement ring on time before we were leaving the country. I am sickened by the terrible customer service and failure to follow instructions for delivery. I do not recommend this company ever.

FedEx is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Two days in a row I have taken off work to recieve my packages and both days their driver lies saying they attempted delivery. I live in an apartment building and we have both an office and security who both testify that FedEx never attempted the delivery. I paid for delivery and on Thursday Sep. 16 2021 I had to Uber to go get my package that should have been delivered. Now today Friday the 17th I have to go back up to Fedex to get my second package because their driver refuses to do his job. That is two full days off from work i cannot make up for Fedex being both incompitent and unprofessional. I would never recommend their services to anyone.

Inconsiderate Drivers

I live on a white rock road and I get plenty of dust but when FedEx drives down the road it is as fast as they can in a 1\4 mile road. You can't see for at least 5 minutes after they drive by. SLOW DOWN!

Fedex is the worst. I was given 4 different pick up times today. They tell you what you want to hear so they can get off the phone.
I had 2 medical packages, on ice, that needed to be overnighted. After multiple attempts today, the packages are still, at 10pm, sitting on my porch. They do not care at all.

Great tracking right up to the time it said the package was delivered, but no package. Luckily an individual who found the package on his door step 3 miles from where it was supposed to be delivered dropped it off a the correct address.

FedEx needs a change

I'm absolutely irate. They lost my package and sent it to someone else. I never got my item after all this turmoil. Why doesn't this company do things like Amazon where they take pictures and require signature for expensive items. This is absolutely ridiculous and I just lost a 32in 4k gaming monitor. Now, someone is happily enjoying my product or is selling it for profit. I'm here on this end suffering because of their mistake.
