Website is terrible and of poor design, used to get people to waste time trying to contact them in hopes that they will give up before actually reaching customer service. Once you do get to talk to them, their representatives can either hardly speak English or you can hardly hear the person speaking and has loud background noise. Always try to avoid using FedEx.
I was supposed to have a package delivered Sunday and still haven't received it. Agents aren't able to help properly to have packages in time. Very bad service.
Fed ex is by far the worst! I don't know if they even update the tracking info. My Package is over a week late and has been In Transit at some location for that week. No scheduled delivery time after they clearly did not deliver it on time. & Their employees have the same useless information as online tracking. They need to do better! They act as if it's a free service!

On 3 occasions my home security camera has captured 3 FedEx delivery guys THROWING my packages. On 2 of those occasions the package contained electronics. I wish samsung would use different delivery service.
The worst experience thus far. Faulty/ false advertisement website tracker. My sender sent out my tracking number. Within minutes I created a FedEx account online. Not knowing i would be in for a rude awakening. Day before delivery in the evening Nov 21st 2021, the website stated my package has officially arrive to the Newark Nj facility, and would be delivered next day Nov 22nd 2021 no later than 8pm. On Nov 22nd at 10am I checked the website to see if my package has left, the website stated for almost 11 hours that my package was being shipped to Memphis, TN lol when I live in NJ. 3 hours before delivery time website updates & says package is now in Newark. When I call fedex I was told that they were sorry for their mistake and my package won't be delivered today because of their mistakes. If this were Amazon or usps they would personally drive & correct their mistakes. I was on the phone for 53 mins and they didn't even know what to do. Just to tell me they'll try to have my package delivered in the morning, but was not a guarantee. Then told me to do a survey lol before I hang up. I promise you the worst experience & don't advise anyone to further use their services. I recommend walking thousands of miles to get your own package than to wait on them.
Look my issue is with your routing of things via sydney where for months now you let things sit there for a week. If I'm paying a premium then I expect to have my stuff sent on the direct flight (which I know happens... someone from the same place to the same city sent 3 days after and received 4 days before). Stop routing things via sydney then giving an estimated delivery date you know will be way off, or just sort your $#*! in Sydney. You're insulting your customers by leaving their items in the depot there motionless for a week

Granted, I live on the third floor. However, it's literally the of FedEx to deliver, even when it's inconvenient. My mattress arrived in Pflugerville around 4:30 am Wednesday morning, according to their app. It didn't go on the truck until Friday, when they left a message that they had a wrong address. I called to confirm they had the correct address. It was back on the truck Sunday morning. When it finally arrived, the box looked thoroughly beaten. But I finally got my mattress. I can see why they don't have a higher satisfaction rating than 1.8 stars.
Is that normal for FedEx to be delay from UK to Ireland 11 days?. Full time when my package is in transit is already 20 days!. I repeat - from UK to Ireland!. That is second time. Why from DPD packages coming in 2 days?. They are same busy like FedEx.
Very poor service and all of the false stories. Up dates are not right said my package was on the truck for delivery by 8:25 or before on Sunday so I stayed home and no delivery now thy say Tuesday what's the problem why not Monday.
In the movie "Cast Away", Tom Hanks portayed a dedicated Fedex worker who kept and delivered a package after his ordeal stranded on an island for years and basically losing everything important to him Delivering the package was the last purpose in life he could hang on to.

Today's minimum-wage minimum-intelligence Fedex employee puts in minimal effort and couldn't care less if a package is correctly delivered. The computers actually track their whereabouts, but it still doesn't matter. If your address is not convenient enough, the driver will likely skip you and/or drop your package some place else.
A "full day's work" means getting rid of a truck full of deliveries as quickly as possible. GPS is such a nuissance. Anywhere will do in a pinch if the driver has better things to do that afternoon. He can go home and let someone else fix any problems. Shucks, the packages are insured, right?
Which would be bad enough if the managers at Fedex cared at all and would actaully fix problems. But they are no more than semi-organic bots who read the lines the computer tells them to say. If the computer says "the package was delivered", there can be no other answer. Nevermind that the driver dumped it at an address near his favorite bar.
Fedex "managers" no longer manage. They are hired to tell customers anything that will keep them from calling again. They don't want people pestering them asking where their package went. "We'll call you" is another favorite line.
It appears Fedex has successfully fought it's way to the bottom of the barrel when it comes to delivery services. They are now only a small step above handing your package and a dollar bill to a kid on the street.
Just wondering why every time my package is shipped with FedEx it gets "lost in transit"? I absolutely hate FedEx. I wish I could give them negative stars. Whenever I order something and they say FedEx bringing it I automatically know I'm not getting it. I complained about package driver said no one home to deliver. A special trip was made by different driver to redeliver package same day. They went out special for this.
This is the saddest excuse for a delivery company I have ever seen. They have held up 2 deliveries now for claiming my address isn't valid. I get mail and packages from every other carrier with no issues. Don't even bother trying to call them. You will be connected to an offshore call center who can do nothing for you but give a worthless apology. I asked for a supervisor twice only to be sent to a phone survey and hung up on. I would never recommend them to anyone you actually like. The incompetence was abundant, the service was pitiful and rude. Nothing more frustrating then having to spend hours on the phone to finish the job Fedex is paid for. My one delivery I ended up have to travel 30 miles to pick it up myself. I can not believe this company is used by anyone anymore. They need to shut down and let the real delivery companies actually get the job done.
Fed Ex is the absolute worst… horrible customer service. The representative just gave me excuses and no real answers about my missing deliveries. I have two different packages that have been in my city three times in the past week only to be sent to three different states afterwards. I wish companies offered customers a choice of delivery companies because I would pay double to keep from using fed ex and their never ending loop of non delivery hell!
I was suppose to receive a headboard delivery from them over 2 weeks ago. Got a string of texts every other day saying it was out for delivery, then around the evening, I would get another text saying it had been delayed. This happened for over 2 WEEKS! Then, today, I'm home and it said it was delivered! They never came here, they delivered it to the wrong place! I hope they go out of business! Leave shipping to the experts! USPS and I've never had an issue with UPS either. A couple days ago FedEx delivered a package to my house, that wasn't! Same numbers, different street. I took it to the right house. I'm hoping whomever got mine will do the same or contact my number from the shipping information. But, I'm not holding my breath!
3/4 of the packages I have delivered thru FedEx never makes it to my home. When I call and start a claim I am told someone will call you back with a resolution and I NEVER receive a call. I have required a signature and still didn't get my package. When I called about it they said I didn't request a signature for it to be delivered after I called and verified a signature be required to be delivered. The final 2 straws are last week FedEx lost a 3500 dollar check sent to me via express overnight delivery, and when I called about it they argued with me about not receiving it. This week it's a ******* dollar check sent express overnight and since I have so many problems, I elected to have it sent to a FedEx pickup location. Guess what, I still didn't receive my package. At this point I'm looking to see what can be done legally to the (i, e, lawsuit) cause this makes no sense. I will never use FedEx as a courier, and when I called about my check/package the lady rudely hung up on me. What makes it even worse is the sender paid for express overnight shipping, another representative said it would be another 48vhrs to deliver my package and blamed it on a large number of packages. Not my problem, if you can't live up to the service you offer why offer it as an option? And they not trying to refund the express overnight shipping fee when clearly it's standard shipping that they are doing. If I order anything online and they ship thru FedEx I'm canceling my order. FEDEX IS BAD BUSINESS. DONT SHIP WITH THEM! An
For the SECOND TIME IN A ROW, FedEx has me Fed-up with their lack of ability to delivery their service at the agreed upon timeframe.
Paid for delivery for a package I had to sign for---and they came early and forwarded delivery to the next day. The next day I had to wait so I could sign: time was changed 3 times and still NO delivery! Third day, still held hostage and the time has now changed twice! Still NO DELIVERY! Why Oh why was I so dumb as to think I could PAY for a window of delivery and still be waiting 3 days later! LESSON LEARNED: You can't expect to get what you pay for anymore! At least from FedEx!
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
