The drivers do the least amount of work as they can. They don't follow direction and are disrespectful. They drive on my lawn and leave a gouge deep in the dirt because they don't know how to drive or just don't care. They left my rug on my driveway in the pouring rain. I make sure to add a note LEAVE PACKAGE ON PORCH with no change. For such a major delivery service you'd think they would step up their game. Whenever I see a FedEx truck dropping off my package I expect the worst.
I dropped a package at fed ex office in west kelowna on nov 12 2021 was told about one week to deliver to mississauga on package sat in west kelowna for 6 days shipped to calagary till nov 28 finally left on nov 29 today is in thunder bay on dec 1 2021 with a delivery date of dec 2 2021 about 3 weeks no help from fed ex people whom i found to be very unhelpfull and rude would give zero stars if i could
After paying the customs duties Tuesday, I expected my parcel, which was overnighted from New York Monday, to arrive Wednesday. Yet, they still can't give me a delivery date most likely because the delivery person won't even stop at my building because there is no entry code. It's the 21st century, and apartment buildings often have an electronic touch screen that lists tenants by last name and first initial. There is no entry code. The drivers are lazy, stupid, and can't be bothered to stop for a moment and think. This has happened to my deliveries three times now. I hate dealing with FedEx.
I ordered a $200 truck part and They shipped with FedEx I paid for 2 day shipping and they delivered my package two days late to the wrong address I contacted FedEx and was told that my lost package that they dropped off at the wrong house wasn't too priority to them when they screwed up and took it to the wrong address I would recommend never shipping through FedEx if I could leave a -5 star review I would and I still haven't received a package at all 5 days after I was supposed to
Long done are the Tom Hanks days, the USPS puts fed ex to shame day in and day out. From the lousy app to the ridiculous shipping times, they are horrible. Abandon all hope ye who enter, this ship is sinking. Do not believe the captain as he bellows "all is well" from the bridge. They have already hit the icebergs! You actually have to try to be this bad!
Let's just say as a previous FedEx employee, I now understand why packages are late. Money Hungry company who over works employees and doesn't hire enough staff to accommodate the extremely heavy workload. No breaks are allowed and there's no set schedule for employees. Romantic intermingling is common within employees and management. HR is bias towards employee concerns. All this company cares about is numbers.
Package never arrived, instead of being sent to Vancouver BC, it was sent to Quebec. Had to have a new shipment sent as the other one was gone. They were supposed to deliver it on Saturday, never arrived. We then requested that we collected it from one of their locations. They accepted this request but never sent the package. Talking to a live agent always gets reverted to a bot online, and talking to someone over the phone is even worse, they just tell you that it will get there when it gets there? Use DHL or some other reputable company. Fedex is not worth the money or the headache.
I was expecting a small package from a custom pharmacy online and FEDEX couldn't even manage to deliver the package and when you attempt to speak to someone, you'll get the runaround from a computer chat bot. This is an American company at it's best. What a sorry piece of S##T!

They delivered my Christmas tree to the wrong door and the lady who received it does not wanna give it back. Now someone has a free new Christmas tree. I called fed ex and they said there's nothing they can do. So now i have to go spend ANOTHER 300$ on a Christmas tree for my kids, when i am a single mom of 3 and have no idea how I'm even going to get them presents now. I am VERY UPSET. And fed ex had nothing to say and now i have to go buy a new tree. The LEAST THEY CAN DO IS REFUND ME THE MONEY. FED EX IS A SCAM
The worst experience I've ever had! Took off work the days they were suppose to deliver, first couple days were no shows, last day they said they made an attempt but no buzz or knock, no door tag, there was even a truck seen all day. I tried to set up a time to have delivered since I couldn't take off more days. Then they tried to deliver waaaaay before the delivery time. NO DOOR TAGS WERE LEFT, makes me think they didn't even attempt. All my calls to customer service were terrible. Multiple answers to the same questions, completely clueless staff, was told no supervisors. When I finally got an answer about a supervisor I was told I'd get a call. Days later and never received that call. FedEx really needs to go out of business. Going forward I will refuse to buy anything that uses fedex as it's delivery.
I ordered an expensive musical instrument last Wednesday, and the online music store used FedEx, 2-day Express. Friday came and went and no delivery or status update! Here it is Saturday morning, and I called the 1-800-GOFEDEX number and ripped them a new one! All they could tell me is my package (musical instrument) is "delayed". (W)hiskey (T)ango (F)oxtrot! Excuuuuse me?!?

I am sick and tired of it. So many items I have ordered shipped through FedEx, and every time, without fail, it is delayed 1 day to sometimes even a week. Most recently I had an item shipped to me for an important project that would be going down on a Saturday. It was shipped not the Monday of the same week, but the Monday of the previous week. Originally it was estimated for the Friday of that week, giving me over a week to insure that the item did what I needed it to do. Then it gets delayed, to Monday. It's a 3 day delay but I am still getting my item well before I need it. Then it reaches Monday and it is still several states away. This results in it being delayed to Wednesday. Not super happy about that but it's not the end of the world, I am still getting it before Saturday. Wednesday comes and it still in the neighboring state, resulting in a delay till Friday. This has me concerned, as obviously I need it before Saturday. I contact FedEx to see if perhaps I could drive to a facility and retrieve the item myself, but alas, there is no option that I could find to speak to an actual human being. Friday comes, today, and it is showing to have arrived in a city approximately 1 hour away, late last night, still showing as arriving today by 3PM. I'm skeptical but hopeful it will arrive. Then at around 4PM it still hasn't arrived yet and it's now showing its departed that city about an hour away, so still plenty of time to arrive. By 9PM my package is nowhere to be found, so I check again, now the status is pending with delivery date unknown. This is utterly unacceptable. Delayed an entire week and ultimately arriving too late for a very important project. I never had a high opinion of FedEx, but now I have a very very very low opinion of FedEx. While UPS is not a whole lot better, I have found their staff at locations to always be far more helpful and friendly and they have actual humans you can call and talk too.
Simply put if you want to make a purchase and not receive it, have it shipped by FedEx this is the most incompetent company in the USA. I dare a rep from FedEx contact me about the continuing issues with this ignorant company I would love an in person. Meeting with them but as we all know it would never happen and they could care less. Look at the photo the photo is whT I received after waiting another entire day for a delivery that was supposed to arrive 3 days ago.
I've been waiting on a large package of Licensed Sports to be auctioned off at Children's Hospital here locally, and the Driver marks " Business closed" and never ever made an attempt, as my entire staff has been waiting on this package all day here with me! Charity Auction is in the morning and Fedex says sorry! Tough Crap! Let the kid die! We don't give AF! Moved packages to Monday of Next week - Little kids at Holidays dying of cancer - Talked to 8 Customer Service agents all in Phillipenas and half hung up on me, others left me on hold - PISS ON FEDEX -
I've had multiple packages delayed this month with no explanations. Meanwhile I'm sitting in my home waiting to sign for important item's and watching my delivery date change from today to multiple days in the future. If you have something important to send use another company.
I know fedex dosent have to b tht good since its competition is usps, which is trash, but, fedex had a delivery date posted of wed, via th tracking number, now their is no delivery date! So, i called to find out wht happened! Cldnt gt thru!

Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
