FedEx has definitely become the worst and most unreliable delivery service. Packages will be held at their depot when the website tell you package is ready for pick up. That package shipped from Vancouver to Toronto contents phones. Vancouver FedEx accepted the shipment and charge for priority overnight for next day delivery, once shipment arrived in Toronto. For the last 3 days package still held at FedEx location Bramlea Road Mississauga, ON location in main office. They are playing game saying the shipment is on hold by security they are not giving any reason. When FedEx Vancouver check and accepted why in Toronto they put on hold.
Their customer service is the worst no one call back and give answer, always they say someone call from FedEx but no calls.
I wonder is their any top manager can look into this matter and solve this issue, otherwise I am going sue them for holding our shipment.

I had a package that was gonna be delivered by them, I requested a vacation hold trough a phone call for the 15th of February, i keept receiving messages that my package will be delivered on the 8th eveb tough I called them to request the hold. I called everything and they confirmed everyday that my package will be delivered on the 15th not the 8th I trusted the process even though I keept geeting the notifications from them. Now my package is left on the streets on the 8th of February, no one is home, and no one will be home till the 15th. Maybe by that time my package will be stolen and I'm gonna have to sue them for the poor service. And also for my mattress being left outside, or get stolen.
I was waiting for an important delivery for a time sensitive assignment. I had a telephone on their record but they did not call. I was out for a few mins and missed them. I received an automated call from a machine that I needed to drive 30 km to pick it up and they were only open Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 pm. That would mean missing work hours and pay.
There's no human to speak with and the automated message passes you through a nonsensical idiotic loop.
They surely don't care and if it was my choice I would never use FedEx.
My experience now and in the past have been horrible.
I paid more than $59 for FedEx delivery of a part for my tankless hot water heater. It arrived over 48 hours late, by which time my heater had been damaged as a result. FedEx refused to give any refund at all, either to me or to my supplier. They blame the weather.
UNBELIEVABLY terrible company. Whether on line or on phone. Track my shipment & shows wrong address, state. Shows picture of package on porch that is not mine. Try to resolve online. ABSOLUTELY no help after 45 minutes. Try to call number listed on site. Takes many tries to get a person to speak to. After another 15 minutes, finally got an actual person. The WORST customer service rep I have ever spoke to. Instead of trying to help, all she did was complain about not being the head of FedEx. Company has really gone down the dumps. Try to enter the 20 digit tracking number by voice & keypad 3 times each. Every time comes back "enter or say tracking number ", then just disconnects.
What a phone from spectrum was told I could change the signature required delivery. Try to do so to no avail. Over 8 hours on the phone with an automated system got a person three times within numerous phone calls. Was told I cannot change delivery only the sender can change. Spoke to spectrum again and they said this is not within their contract with them and FedEx has to change the delivery at my request. Can't get anyone to put a farm agent on the phone was told only sender can talk to them. Absolutely no customer support within this company.
I am currently waiting on my 3rd delivery date because fedex is an unorganized and unprofessional company. I asked the rep if they could call their sister location in W. Virginia since my package has been there for 2 days with no movement. I was told that they could not because they don't know where it is because they don't track smart phones😳, company policy🤔. I suggest that every company that contracts with fedex perform an audit of customer deliveries and experiences and I'm sure you'll find that many people have complained about late and/ or missing deliveries and received no helpful assistance from customer service. Consider contracting with a more responsible professional, and organized delivery service that still cares about customer service and packages arriving on time. It is VERY inconvenient to have to continuously change your schedule to wait for a delivery that is marked for delivery but may not come. At this point it is 50/50 chance whether or not you will get your package on time or at all dealing with fedex. No photos to show because I got no delivery as of yet.
I paid $496 dollars to use FedEx services and my Television was cracked. Fedex approved claim but based on the mailing address error on FedEx they sent the check to the address the TV was shipped from Dum. Got the matter addressed and now they're claiming my claim was denied. FedEx destroyed my chances of starting my new life now my property I've had I now have to purchase over and I don't have financing. Never ever again. I have had nothing but problems with FedEx for years. They deliver to the wrong address. They deliver boxes that are broken open. You can see sometimes they have tried to tape them up but other times the box has been open. One time they dropped the box in the middle of my front yard. That was after a complaint that I filed. I have filed many complaints with them over the last 10 years. They always say they will call within 3 days.
I order a lot on line and sometimes it is shipped FedEx. I have lived in the same home for eight years and not once has this company delivered to my home. It either goes to a neighbor or I never see it at all. I have contacted them more than five times and even sent pictures of my home to no avail. In the future if someone ships via FedEx I will cancel the order.
Ordered a single quart can of paint from Menard's. Their shipping was more than the cost of the paint, and when all fees and tax was added it was triple the cost of the paint: I knew this going in, but Menard's was the ONLY place the paint was available. I had no choice in shipping: and I fully lay all blame at the feet of Menard's - they KNEW the driver had a FedEx uniform on. Menard's had the product ready to go the day after I ordered it:(13th Jan) it was 3 days before FedEx picked it up (16th Jan). It then took FedEx 6 days to move it from CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO to Memphis, TN (a whole 172 miles) - that's less than 30 miles a day). Since it arrived in Memphis (22nd Jan) it has been "DELAYED". NO info on it has been sent. NO online info is available. NO online "Customer Support" (misnomer alert) is available. "Customer Service" (misnomer alert) via phone is designed automated uselessness. The delay of this paint has caused a piece of machinery which has been repaired and needed paint before being placed back in service to be unusable for going on 2 weeks now.
FedEx is simply horrible: look at their reviews on all sites - the reviews are almost ALL 1 star ( higher than they deserve). IF you have a choice, avoid them like an ex-spouse: save yourself some grief.
My package has been weather delayed for 6 days (35 degrees and cloudy) yet 2 other FedEx drivers have delivered to our house during this time frame! No help from customer service "sorry weather delay ". No weather!
I got a printed bill of $45.00 or so at FedEx Office a couple of weeks ago. Then, after the customer received the package FedEx Executives Autorized $30 more on my credit card they use to bill my account $75.10. Now I am our $30 as much customer already paid the shipping to me. Then I'm talking to the FedEx Accounting Department and the friendly representative tells me I need to be versed in sizing packaged and wrights for rates. Well why in the world do I need to do their job? I have a printed slip when I dropped off the package of an exact completed rate and then billed approximately $30 more? Something is very wrong here. I gave FedEx a 3 rating as the care and delivery of the staff is excellent. Prefer over other shipping companies for safe delivery of our Art. Customer service is pretty good. Executives need to handle the way they conveniently add charges into already quoted and set prices. To me it's a scam to get more greedy dollars in.
FedEx is absolutely the worst shipping company there is. They deserve a major negative review. Tracking showed the package was delivered, my wife went to grab it but couldn't find it in the driveway or the yard. So she decided she would check the neighbours. Then she found the package down by the street. What kind of dummies drop the package off right beside the road. Not even close to the house. Makes me wonder if they do this on purpose, drop it off and get one of their buddies to walk by and steal it? I don't know, seems suspicious that it was left by the road.
One of my earliest childhood memories is fedex delivering Christmas presents late. I have never chosen to use this company since then. Unfortunately I ordered a product and they sent it via FedEx. And of course it's late 4 days late with no updates to tracking. I file a case and receive an email asking me to describe the package, that I have not received therefore not seen. I would say this is proof that the world is getting worse, but fedex has always been as bad as they could be without being criminal.
We ordered overnight and 5 days later the package has not arrived. It was very important medicine and no one cared. We paid for overnight and we still do not have our package.
Ever since the covid virus hit the Fed ex-service has been terrible. Some packages sit in their facilities for up to a week before moving on to the next site. Their tracking actually shows some items bouncing back and forth between sites in the same city. At least half say they have a problem with the shipping labels. I would never use them purposely, but I have no control of items bought on line. I feel sorry for those that got their Christmas packages late.
He'd a medical delivery coming from 2 hours away. Went to a sorting area 1 hour away and then was shipped to a destination 7 hrs in the opposite way. 2days later and still haven't received this vital medication for my son. This has happened so many times with the shipping company.
Went through a very frustrating automated call sirvice to get to a person who was barely understandable after 18 minutes. My pakage was delivered today to an address with a picture that is not my house also on the same day recived a package with a different address and name Fed X drivers don't know the difference between 9 and 11.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
