We've been receiving packages at our business location for over 20 years now, from UPS, USPS, DHL, Amazon & FEDEX. For the past 3-4 years, FEDEX has been by far the most unreliable and least timely. We recently ordered a shipment of wire, as we do every 3-4 months. Unfortunately our supplier ships via FEDEX as it's cheaper. For our 3rd wire shipment in a row, FEDEX failed to deliver on time - not even close. They claimed to attempt delivery 3 times last week. Once was at 4:20 last Thursday, when the driver claimed the business was closed. Our 3 cameras showed that our employees were outside the office from 3:40 - 4:50 cleaning and organizing work vehicles. No FEDEX truck showed up in our parking lot at all. For 15 years, we have also had delivery instructions to deliver inside our unlocked garage door if nobody answers the door. But they simply will not follow those instructions any longer, and I get a different reason every time I make another pointless call to their "customer service" line. In short, we will no longer allow shipments to our business via FEDEX. Period. We stopped using them to ship our products years ago. Our best experience with shipping, believe it or not, is the old USPS. But Amazon, UPS and DHL are all much, much better and more reliable than FEDEX too.
I am waiting on a replacement delivery and was to be shipped FedEx overnight. It shipped on 3-12-24 and I received an email saying it would be delivered on 3-13-24. I received an email saying that I would receive it on 3-14-24. What happened to overnight? Tracking shows it is in Cypress Texas and has been there since 3-12-24. I will now only buy from companies that DO NOT use FedEx.
The worst customer service I have ever encountered, very stressful and impersonal, I do not wish to speak to a bot or a call centre in India,my parcel containing very important documents is now a week overdue, and on the time line it seems to keep going back and forth between depots, this is causing me an enormous amount of stress.
I had not used FedEx for eBay shipping in years due to a blatant incorrect $30 overcharge on a small package. I decided to try them again for a heavy item. Well I recieved an additional charge after the package was delivered. They said my package was 3.4 lbs heavier than I stated and 3 inches wider, 3 inches taller, and 1 inch longer. They absolutely lied to create additional revenue. I have a precision scale calibrated to the hundreths of an ounce and there is no way I measured 3 inches short on 2 sides plus 1 inch short on the other as I always round up and I know how to measure! I ship on eBay regularly and will NEVER NEVER use them again. They used to use bogus surcharges as their additional revenue stream now they are just lying about package weight and size! They are crooks!

Idk, whether I made everything correctly I was waiting for a parcel, read all the instructions on how to fill in different forms and other stuff. But i didn't quite like my experience with fedex. Perhaps, I am mistaken and I am myself a dummy boy, but nah, these delays and these queues aren't just my cup of tea. Parcel was delivered, but the aftertaste... hm.
These drivers absolutely Don't care about people's packages. The last two in case. They delivered a mini fridge that we found LAYING on the ground outside in the yard! We reported this unacceptable condition and were reimbursed by the retailer when we checked the inside condition and found it also be DENTED!
The last one today was left out in rain right Outside of my screened in porch!
I give the stores a comment each time to let them know this company has an abysmal delivery!
Delivery was sent back to the service center despite it being claimed it was on the delivery truck at 8am (latest delivery is 8pm).
Why every package or boxes for my instructions is not delivered to my door? Why have customers leave instructions on your website when the drivers don't look or they do look but don't care? I'm disabled, i had two boxes which are breakable inside, I had to try and hold one and kick the other one to my apartment. Leaving them in the mailroom give a person idea to steal. I'm sick and tired of keep calling about my deliveries and UPS always delivers to my door. This will never get resolved because I always get the same apology and it happens again. I guess FedEx likes the negative reviews.
Our account has delivery times on it. The driver didn't even attempt to deliver during the time we are at our biz. Use UPS at this time they provide better service.

Called FedEx 3 days In a row tracking for my items just stopped was told the semi truck from California was lost. At this point was pretty upset because I have live plants on that truck for my yard they now say they will be delivered today 3 days after they were supposed to but not here yet its now 3:30pm and I doubt they will show today.
Fedex lost my parcel or the driver took it. They looked for it for 2 weeks, the suddenly sent a delivery notice that it was delivered 2 weeks prior. The proof was a pic of the invoice. I am hung paying for an item I didnt receive.
What a disaster! Fed Ex driver delivers 4 packages - 3 were correct. The 4th was not. I call to have them pick up the wrong package delivered. They do, but I have yet to receive the right package. And yet the website says the right package was delivered even though it was the wrong package and they have not corrected the error! Wonder if the driver stole it!
Fedex could not track a turtle. They say it will be delivered by end of day, then change to next day and this goes on for days. Then you might get your package if they did not loose it or deliver to the wrong address. Garbage company.
I have gone through 6 support agents. All of whom have lied, refused to give their name, and were for the most part incompetent. They are scamming people.

Would give 0 if I could. I received a tax invoice from them after receiving a package I was sent from outside the UK. I followed the instructions to pay it online but their website wasn't working. I emailed the address they left on the invoice letter they sent me but they never got back to me. After a month I find out they sent my details to a debt collection agency who asked me to pay a higher amount. I tried calling them and customer service answered, but hung up to my face halfway.
In summary, they send you an invoice, give you no way of paying it and then get a debt agency to charge you even more. They rob people and don't even care.
I sent a package via fed ex to another state it was to be delivered on Saturday. It was confirmed delivered however it went to street we believed it was ct not Lane. Called FedEx gave all info including where we thought package was. Day 2 man came to delivery address left note. I called FedEx gave his name and number. He did not return my call but told my niece he was not delivery person. Then refused to give his address or info. Day 3 I get a call from FedEx they are working on it. I said I gave you his name and number I was told it was a procedure they had to follow. Day 4 I call because no one called me all day. I found out they closed my case. I talked to agent and was furious. I tried to file claim they rejected. I called non emergency police line. My niece had to contact them which she did. The police got our packages in less then an hour what fed ex could not do in 4 days. I will never use them again. One item was broken but at this point I will replace. Do better fed ex you lost 3 loyal customers.
FED EX ROUTINELY DOES NOT DELIVER PACKAGES ON TIME AND AS PROMISED. DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER, ESPECIALLY IF YOUR PACKAGES ARE TIME SENSITIVE. They have done this to me before but today was the the most outrageous example of a company that has gone out of control. The entire company is a ship without a rudder. Fed Ex cannot be relied upon for your important mailings.
I mailed a package on Friday in person and told the attendant at the time that my package was legally required to be at the destination by Monday. I told her I could go somewhere else if she could not guarantee timely delivery because this was very important to me. She said no problem and offered me their most premium service for $230 which I took because she said it would be at the destination by 10:30am on Monday. The package arrived at the Fed Ex hub, 30 minutes from my delivery destination, at 11:30am on Monday morning and then it sat there all day. I called several times, spoke to a bunch of people who were just a bunch of nonsensical talking heads with absolutely no authority or ability to get the people at the hub on the telephone and tell them to deliver my package that day, as promised. It was only 30 minutes away from the destination address. One representative even said they could not deliver my package because they were waiting to fill the trailer before it could roll out (with my package). So they needed to fill a whole trailer to send my package 30 minutes to its destination. So now my deadline is passed but maybe the trailer will be filled tomorrow and then maybe Fed Ex will deliver it maybe, just maybe.
Fed ex driver said they tried to deliver my package at 6:44pm but returned back to fed ex warehouse because, Customer Not Available or Business Closed but I was home all day with the door wide open my dogs didn't even bark. And now because of light rain my package is delayed because of weather it's not even raining hard it's just been sprinkling. So I tired to call customer service to see if they can deliver it to fed ex store or delay my package after 4pm so i can be home to sign for it with no help from customer service. Hands down fed ex delivery is the worst I don't know how fed ex delivery stays in business. Do better smh

Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
