Stay away

Absolutely useless. My family sent a parcel from abroad. A lot of items of sentimental value. When contacted fedex just said they can't find it and there is nothing they can do about it! Seems like they have charged me for sending parcel and now still all the items from it. Never will use it again and would advise anyone to stay away from this company!

If I could give negative stars in this review, I would. FedEx has become nothing short of a joke recently. I have been waiting on a large electronic package that needs a signature and they have not even attempted to deliver the package. 3 days in a row they lied and said they attempted delivery... but they must not have noticed that I have cameras that show no attempt or person coming to the door at all. Now they are saying I have to pick it up even though I called them and told them the attempts were a lie. They literally said the delivery person stated they tried to deliver it so that's what they are going to believe... not my cameras. Then they kept asking me about the door tag but no one even came on my porch so I never received a door tag. It's snowing and there are no tracks in the snow or footage of even a truck driving by... are they ghosts? Today I called the shipper who contacted FedEx. They told them they were going to attempt another delivery today before close, and predictably they did not. The worst part is, they updated the tracking notes to say the called me when they never did. FedEx told me there is no way to contact the driver or to confirm if they have delivered anything... so what is to stop them from stealing packages and lying about delivering them? When I asked this question to the customer service rep, they laughed. I have never had a job where I could lie and not work and have zero consequences or accountability. The summation of an investigation is basically asking the driver if they delivered and believing their word, ignoring the proof that says otherwise. This is a dream job for scammers. If anyone is looking to be lazy and steal packages and get paid all day to do it, you should work for FedEx.

If there is possibility to give to negative reviews I would go with the maximum negative rating. I sent a courier of Iphone13 from Calgary to Montreal on Jan 19th and they said it will deliver by 24th January. I was tracking the package and the last update I could see on jan 24 is that 'the package is in truck for delivery' and later the order is missing. I have been calling them everyday and they are continuously saying that the packing is missing it takes weeks to find. It is totally clear that the FedEx employees are stealing the customers valuable things.

Should be a zero stars

I live in Lee, Florida an FedEx ALWAYS WITHOUT FELL never get my packages on time. Always texting me packages is going to be coming later & later & later. I pay for my packages to come sooner but, with out fell FedEx never can deliver.
To tell it like this, FedEx is to deliver my package in five days. I got a text that my package has been delayed & now it will be three more days. Two days later I got another text saying it will be another Four days before I will get my package. Three days later I got another text from FedEx it going to be another three days. This is now TEN DAYS LATER AFTER PAYING FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED IN FIVE!
This is not justed during winter!. I now ask retailers if they use FedEx. If they do I find another Retailer to get my stuff.
This is not the first time FedEx has done this. Seven times in a year alone FedEx has felled.
UPS has no problem getting my packages on time from anywhere.
FEDEX JUST CAN NOT DELIVER AT ALL, GET ANYONE ELSE. DON'T BY IN ON THEIR ADS AT ALL. FEDEX NEEDS TO CLOSES THEIR DOOR FOR EVER.

Incompetent Liars

FedEx is staffed by incompetent liars. Our order for business materials, which we desperately need, was supposed to be delivered on 1/20/22. By 1/24/22, we were starting to get concerned, so we called. FedEx promised that the packaged would be delivered that day. Nope. Everyday thereafter, we called, everyday they promised it would be delivered. It is now 1/31/22, no package, and again lies and false promises were song of the day. FedEx is a TERRIBLE company.

Don`t use them

The most worst company delivering parcels.
I receive my 2 tires in 15/01/2022 and drivers state next day I will receive second 2 tires but from that moment nothing.
They stole my tires and nobody from there team can`t find where they are locate.
Lost my tires and they don`t want to admit something like that.
Do not use them if you don`t want to have surprises

Stated for several days that a delivery will be a certain day. Never showed up, and would not update the status. So I'm sitting and waiting for hours with no reason. How hard is it to update the freaking status. Even after delivery time passed. Still would not update. Now I'm getting the updates stating delivery is the same day. Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. So now I will have to sit there all day today waiting again. This crap happens all the time. ALL THE TIME.

Terrible delivery and no accountability

Don't order anything through fedex unless you want them dropping your package anywhere they want so it gets stolen and they make you wait days while they "ask the delivery driver about this". The same drivers that don't follow simple instructions.

I live outside of Seattle WA. For the past several months I have had 3 deliveries that need an adult signature. Once the delivery gets to the Seattle area is goes back and forth to 2 different sites and I usually have to wait a week to get it delivered. That is my problem today. I am waiting and waiting and waiting. No one to call.
I will only try to use UPS from now on.

No matter how much money you pay or how many emails you get about the delivery package on a specific and payed for date, it will not happen. The package will be delivered, fedEx has now informed me with their garbage customer support representatives, that they deliver whenever they "can" and keep your money while they're at it. They cannot provide one or 2 day service btw to anyone, because of low staff and covid excuses after 2 years and etc, and they all know this very clearly as they stated to me in their recorded calls, but yet charge you money and advertise it online and then keep your money without services being fulfilled on date extra payed for. If you're understaffed and can't do the job payed for, then why charge for the services at all or even offer them as options knowing it will never happen? Bait and switch... criminal activity at it's finest.

FedEx is never on time and half the time they damage my delivery. I had a server replacement for work and my work closes at 4pm. It's closed at 4pm since 1961. For 4 days straight they tried to deliver at 8pm in the evening and eventually returned the server to my vendor. Disgusting organization. Horrible customer service and horrible drivers. I wish they would simply go out of business so my vendors would stop randomly using FedEx when I have repeatedly told them not to.

I believe fedex are stealing the packages and blaming it's getting lost in transit. We need to serious look into this everytime i ship to fedex it's the same thing, i would get a delivery date then it goes back to pending they are stealing the stuff!

I have a sign at my door requesting they ring the bell when leaving a package. Either they can't read or don't care. I think it is the latter. They leave packages on the porch in PLAIN SIGHT FOR ANYONE TO GET. Try filing a claim. If there is a secure spot, why not just leave it there. I saw on my Ring camera the driver left this package on the top of the steps. Of all places. Inviting thieves to steal.

ALWAYS LATE!

Tracking #*******392 Supposed to get it on 1/20/22. On 1/22/22 the package arrived in Seattle, 12 minutes from where I live. Today is 1/25/22 and I still have not received the package. It has been going around town thou according to the history. Last history below, it's been in transit at the same city for 24 hrs. This city is 10 minutes from my address. JUST WOW! NO CREDIBILITY!
