Originally ordered about $2,000 worth of car parts from fedex and they were shipped to the wrong address. Thankfully the people found my phone number and called me. Recently ordered $1,300 of parts and same thing, shipped to wrong house. Hopefully same thing happens and some nice people call me. Inaccurate delivery dates as well. Seems like they are always two-three days late. Noticed that my package was out for delivery, failed to deliver multiply times. Horrible shipping company and hate when my packages are shipped with them. Have multi oil horror stories from my workplace as well dealing with shipping livestock.

This used to be the best delivery service. Now, deliveries take way longer, they leave my packages in my driveway instead of by my door. They never ring the doorbell to notify you a package has been dropped off. And my latest package was placed on the truck at 6:30 am on Friday for delivery that day. Here we are Sunday afternoon and my package still says "on the delver truck for delivery today" 3 days on the delivery truck is a bit ridiculous, especially when they dropped other packages at my house on Friday and Saturday. I've been appealing to companies I do business with to stop shipping with Fed ex. What a disgrace they have become, and they don't seem to care at all that they are seen as the worst company.

I have never had such an issue with having something delivered. It's said that people pay more for shipping through company's like FedEx. Yet usps ground mail is delivering way faster then anything fedex offers. This company is losing it. And I do not trust fedex with my packages anymore. Its been a week since it first shipped out and all I've gotten is delays and unknown where abouts of where the package actually is. This was my son's birthday present and he is late receiving it. I totally under weather and everything. So those of you reading don't think I don't. It's the fact that in a snow store our little mail trucks will deliver to every house across to nation. But fedex somehow is delayed. I dont get it. Any other company I have used to have shipments send to me. Has been reliable and always on time. I found it very weird also that my package hadn't been scanned in 2 days from the last arrived location I called. Because it still said it would arrive that day. I talked to them. They said they would trace it. So right after I called they put delay on the package yet after telling me it had to have still been at then location noted on the last scan. Not even 30mins later it says that it had been scanned out of that facility and arrived at another. The stuff their tracking system tells you dosent make sense. The people have no idea why these things happen. I just find it kind of convenient it only updated after I called. Im extremely disappointed with fedex in its whole. I will try not to use them ever again.

Sucks

I got a tracking number for my package and it was supposed to come on Thursday 2/3/22 by 10:30 am then it said delayed. Called FedEx to check man said it was ready for pickup. Called the place and no package. Called FedEx and they said that it's in Memphis but it was coming from California. Run around. It was so to come over night express.

Have been printing to this business for over a decade. Every time I send them prints via their online service they have the default set at color. Color prints are 5 times as much as black and white. They know this, and they do this on purpose. They hope that a quarter of the people who send prints won't change the default print paper and send their black and white documents to be printed at 5 times the costs.

I went into the store to get a simple 24x36 drawing printed for a template for my woodworking project. It is simply black and white. They charged it as a "color" print that was $12 for one simple black and white print. They know their 24x36 drawing size is expensive for a color copy. They didn't change it to black and white which would have been much cheaper. Fedex corporate does this one purpose. This is such a shady practice for FedEx Kinkos. This business is shady beyond belief.

A $12 "color" 24x36 for a simple black and white drawing with no color, all to make 5 times the costs at the expense of their customers.

Garbage company!

This company is honestly the worse shipping company out there. They give you a shipping date and arrive time for when the package is supposed to be there that doesn't happen and then when you call them to ask where your package is they have no idea where your package is they don't even know if it's in a truck on it's way to you or just sitting in a warehouse. They don't know what's going on and just tell you to wait another 24 hours and then it's the same thing the next day honestly this company is pitiful.

Delay, delay, delay.

I wanted to make sure my son received my small package immediately. I went to FedEx, and paid for next-day-delivery. That was Wednesday, shortly after noon. Today is Saturday, and it still hasn't arrived. Got one notification this morning that it will be delivered today. Just got a second notification that it will be delivered Monday by 4:30 p.m. My mistake was not reading reviews prior to going to them.

Consistently Late Packages

FedEx is by far the worst delivery service available. I've had multiple packages in the past year shipped overnight and they never arrive the next day like promised. This ranges from small personal packages to large business packages. It never fails that FedEx doesn't follow through. In the same time period I've been getting cases of wine shipped from CA by UPS (30+ cases) and they are very consistent and almost always arrive on time.

Plus UPS will let me track the delivery more precisely and offers options when I'm out of town through their mychoice app. To put it bluntly FedEx sucks. Even the USPS is better at delivering packages. I won't willingly use FedEx until they change their practices. They've caused too many problems with late deliveries and they don't care at all because it keeps happening.

Delivery Scam

Why is it FedEx gets a pass on meeting delivery times especially when a customer pays for expedited shipping? When shady contractors do this (charge for services not rendered) they are charged criminally yet FedEx gets a pass.

Pathetic. Scammers.

Not much to say so disappointed. First time I've ever talked myself into paying $20 shipping for priority overnight it's been 4 days later and still no package there's been some sort of delay at every single facility that it stopped by. Refused to give me credit or my money back it makes me sick to my stomach thinking I gave my money to a business like this. I hope their business fails.

I will no longer order products from companies that ship with FedEx. Last 3 out of 5 orders that were shipped by FedEx never showed up and were canceled. How are they still in business? I can't even add the proof of purchase to this review because the packages never show up!

Ridiculous

Fed Ex is absolutely the worst delivery service. I never get any package delivered on time. Most recently I had one delayed two days due to bad weather when I live 15 minutes from the site it was being delivered from and there was absolutely no bad weather. There is bad weather a hour or two away but how does that affect my package. I will never use fedex and I am going to stop ordering from companies who do.

Ordered an item from the Exchange and I called them the day that the item was said to be delivered and they said that they did not receive the item yet. They said that they create labels for items before receiving them. About 10 mins later I get an email notification stating that the item had been shipped from the first location to the next already. Deliver date pushed back a few days and all seems to be good. (NOT) A day after the next deliver date the item was delayed again for another FEW days. "Its ok" I think I'm a patient person. Delivery date pushed back again this time a week. I complain a little be to my wife but I get over it, I'll be patient again. Delivery date comes again and you guessed it still no item. Now I am really upset cause the item is just about 3 weeks past the original delivery date and I still don't have my item. If the item was a T-shirt I would not even take the time to make a review. However, this is a $5k gaming computer so yeah. You'd be better off taking a week off to drive across the country to pick an item up yourself.

Trying to locate my pkg and getting a run around has been a nightmare. The agent hung up in my face. The manager fed ex location Miami 200 south Miami location very rude. Fed ex is terrible.

I ordered a sofa through amazon and was delivered through fedex. For 4 days they said they "attempted" to deliver the package but the client wasn't available, weird because i work from home, waited for them outside for 3 days in a row and they never got closed to my building. It was very frustrating trying to connect with the driver to help bring up the package but its fake attempts were very unprofessional. I ended up hiring another company to pick it up after paying $70 for delivery fees. This company is ridiculous and their drivers are very unprofessional! Do not use this company! Amazon would've delivered this the next day!

FedEx box truck hit twice.my mailbox and the driver as witnesses by the roofing company across the street, returned, saw the mail box on floor and drove away
I called and they treated me as I was a liar, they could not track the truck as if they delivery a lot of boxes, they did not even. Open a case. I'm looking for a way to get my mail box installed back by Fedex, this is a crime, any regular citizen will have tati pay if they do something similar, this guys deserves to go bankrupted

This keeps happening. I schedule for the package to be delivered when myself or a roommate are home to hear the knock and receive the order. Every time, we just happen to walk out and notice a tag on the door. Like, I get people want to finish their route asap or whatever, but you can't take two extra seconds to knock and wait when someone yells "coming" if you have to wait at all? I waited by the door all day today and heard nothing. Walk outside to see if they maybe just left it by the door and find the tag. This happening once or twice I understand, but this is a consistent issue we have with fedex. It's ridiculous.
