They lost one of my packages, delayed the other package by 6 days. Their updates are inaccurate. Customer Service has a language barrier. Basically, useless!
In the past two weeks only two out of seven deliveries have been ontime. They seem to sit without movement for long periods of time. Not sure what their protocol is for deliveries. Customer service doesn't provide any additional information beyond what you can see on the website.

I ordered a part on Ebay and I was supposed to get it not later than 2/3/22. Today is 2/8/22 still have not received it yet. I got a message from Fedex that an attempt was made on 2/7/22 which was not true, I was in my office all day and my office opens up to street, so I called Fedex as usual a rude agent told me that no attempt was made yesterday and the message I received yester day was not valid and no attempts actually was made yesterday.! Keep asking her if she can tell me when am i supposed to receive my package she said she does not know and all i have to do to make a case and somebody will call me. My car is in the shop and the mechanic shop charging me $25 a day for storage fee since I was providing them my own part and they agree not to start charging me till the 2/3/22 (due date). I never ever had any good experiece with Fedex what so ever and the agents always rude.
After 6 days of delay (we were between snowstorms) we finally received this delivery. Driver as too lazy to bring the delivery to our porch and our front door. L Our driver way, walkway, and porch steps were completely cleared of snow. He instead left it out in our driveway, which is out of view from the inside our our house and wide open to theft. Our delivery date was changed 3 different times and your tracking frankly is awful. You could take some serious lessons from your competitor.
Firstly I paid for expedited shipping but it was anything but. An Amish man with a horse and buggy would have been faster.

Notified that my $415 pacage haad ben delivered, I searched our property down to the rural mailbox. The package was in a clear plastic bag floating in the drainage ditch. Thanks to the quality of the packaging BY THE SELLER, the watch was undamaged, but why would ANYONE use these mopes to deliver ANYTHING? The one-star rating is WAY TOO HIGH. Any fee paid was FAR TOO HIGH for the lack of service.

Fed Ex is a liar, saying packages have been delivered when the package has not been delivered. Packages lost in transit never arriving or lost in the local Fed Ex facilty. When I order something online and I see it is shipped FedEx my first reaction is sh#t will I get this package or will I have to contact the vendor AGAIN and complain that it was shipped via FedEx and lost. I have made 4 complaints in the last months with online vendors that FedEx has done it again. No package.

Fedex is incompetent at logistics. They are sending my package via the scenic tour. It's like a bouncing ball. I'm in the Cincinnati area. They sent my package from Memphis TN (south of Cincinnati) to Greenwood, IN, a suburb of INDIANAPOLIS, well north of Cincinnati. The damn truck probably drove THROUGH Cincinnati on its route from Memphis to Indy. Then they sent it on into Indianapolis for another extra day of transport. The snow storm was well over at the time they bypassed Cincinnati to go to Indy. This isn't the first time they've bounced my packages between locations instead of getting it to the correct hub on the first try. It has been over 1 week this has been going on, and I still DON'T have an estimated delivery date. Yet my package was only a few hundred miles away, several days ago. Even USPS would have had my package to me sooner.
This company commit fraud everyday seling you a delivery service, taking your money and failing to comply with their part of the contract.
If you try to file a claim, many different Customer service representative will give you a random excuse not to refund your money.
You can even get a different answer from a managers if you go to a fedex location.
They get away with thousand of daily fraud and nothing you can do about it.
I guest the district attorneys are busy with more important issues.
Bottom line, do not let yourself get caught in the swindling.

I thought FedEx would be better than Amazon but there not. All big companies don't care about individual people only care about taking money & forget about the service VERY LATE DELIVERY by the time package showed it was thawed out even with lots of dry ice they use bicycle DELIVERY
I sent out a package on Saturday and paid shipping out of my own pocket just to find out the buyer was a scam. I was told on Saturday I could have the package returned to me and file for a refund. I called today after my package was received to file for my $357 refund just to be told it wasn't eligible! I was given false information and am now out of $357!

If youre trying to get a hold of them on the phone, heres the simplest way:
Call the 1800 fedex number, then say 'shipping supplies'. Then when they recognize you said shipping supplies, say 'customer service' and you will get someone on the line within 10 seconds, every time.
Then when a live person answers simply rant to them about your package being lost, damaged, or delayed. I suggest asking for the 'resolution support team' as they are the most competent...
Paid for overnight and morning delivery. Four days later and nothing. Call and all they can say is its on its way. Please be advised.
This company is the worst comany i have ever dealt with. My packsge was delayed day after day after day. I CALLED EVERY DAY THAT IT WAS OVER DUE. Each time talking to a representative. Confirming my name, adress and so on. The day FINALLY get where my delivery happens. 8 days late. Fedex updates my order as "delivery exception, address incorrect". EVERY DAY I HAVE CALLED THEM, NOT ONCEEEEEE DID THEY EVER SAY THAT THE ADDRESS I PROVIDED WAS WRONG. NOT ONCE. ALL OF THE SUDDENLY, it was wrong. Now they are harboring my package in a warehouse literally 20 min away from me. And wben i politley said I would be willing to go there and give them proof of address, ID and recipts. They just said no. F this sh! Tty company.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
