They already show a message on my Amazon account has been delivered. I have a camera in front of my house and didn't see anyone drop off a package at that time.
It's a terrible thing with a FedEx delivery person, Need to study how to service to customers And make sure the name & address before they drop off

Spent a lot of time this afternoon trying to get through to a live person from the FedEx customer support #. Never did succeed. Their on line site is equally as frustrating takes you around in circles. I wanted to simply add the call box # for my building as I'm being required to sign for it and last time they simply started heading back to their center in another town without even texting like I asked. At least packages actually get here with UPS
I ordered this nice gaming chair that I needed for my set up because the one I have now is too low for the desk. I work nights so I'm not home in the morning and missed my package. Okay, that's fine. They left these door tags that you can sign for package release if you're not home so they just leave it there. Signed both door tags, pasted them right in the center of the door. Impossible to miss. So today I'm actually home, but cannot hear the door from the back of the house. Go to check around 11:40am and there's another door tag. Which, one, wasn't even filled out correctly like the other ones. It was completely blank except for my name at the top. And two, if I already signed for release why wasn't my package released? Just wait because it doesn't even end here. I'm already pretty annoyed by this so I decide to call customer support. I call in and despite my irritation explain the situation as calmly and rationally as possible. Which again, my package was SUPPOSED to be released. So the operator asks me for my tracking number and name and says "Oh yeah, looks like they missed you. They'll be back tomorrow. Like wow, thanks d! Ckhead I never would have guessed. I want to know why the fk my package wasn't released despite me signing for release. On top of that I'm pretty sure the delivery man KNEW it should be released as the door tag wasn't even properly filled out like the other two. So for my closing statement, FedEx can suck a $#*!.
Delivery originally slated for Sunday, but moved to Monday, then delivered on Sunday. The package was dumped on the front lawn, two feet from the public sidewalk, but marked electronically as "delivered at the front door." Never rang the door bell. Third world quality service. Shame on you FedEx!
Fedex Drivers lie about package delivery and have the audacity to claim packages has been delivered to the front door when in fact theFedex driver never gets out the truck, or delivers to the wrong address.
I do not know why companies deal with Fedex, such deplorable professionalism.

Package was supposed to arrive on Friday, gets delayed to Saturday. On Saturday the delivery driver doesn't even come to my address and reports my house as a "business closed for the weekend" (there are no businesses on my street at all) and when I call they apologize and say they'll try delivering later that same Saturday. At 8pm I call them back and they say that they can't redeliver home packages on the same day for some reason (even though the reason they have written for why they didn't deliver in the first place was that they reported my house as a business). Now they won't let me pick the package up, and won't deliver the package until Tuesday. All around terrible service. The only person that was helpful at all was the last customer service representative because at least she reported the facts to me straight instead of getting my hopes up and making me have to wait at home all day for a package that they lied about even being able to deliver.
I have a service company and one of my trucks broke down, so I had to order a radiator which was delivered by FedEx. When the radiator came, the first thing I noticed was the box was ripped and damaged. Before I even opened the box, I took pictures and then when it was opened the radiator was broken. Of course there is no way to reach out to talk with a live person. So I filed a complaint, and of course I haven't heard anything about this yet. This is not the first time I received damaged items delivered by FedEx. In my opinion this is the worst delivery company it is. No use to complain, because they will never get back to you, the company that I ordered the radiator from sent me a replacement (rushed) by UPS and it came on time with NO damage.
Had a package scheduled for 4:30 pm. Then an update for by "end of day" as they could not make it by 4:30. Then at 7:00 pm another update saying package was attempted to be delivered but no one was available to take package. This is a plain lie as i waited around until "end of day" ( 8pm on fedex site) and no one ever showed. Not even fresh tracks in the snow. Dissapointed with fedex.
My package is being held at the Fedex warehouse to artificially increase shipment times, because I didn't pay for a more express shipment. I have called their customer service to verify this, and they did verify that even though the package was only a few miles from my house, I could neither pick it up today, or have fedex deliver it for the next 3 days. This seems like an incredibly stupid decision as this package will eventually be put on a truck to be delivered, but Fedex has artificially increased shipping times, to make their "faster shipping seem better. They might get away with it on smaller items, but this was a $500+ purchase that I paid for the second best shipping option, and as such I hoped to receive this soon, but in the end it will take 6 day (for an upcharge no less) when it could have been delivered in 2 days, which Amazon considers a free option. If using for business purposes this will enrage customers, and lose your buisness credibility in the meantime, for no real reason.
Several packages have been delayed by FedEx with no reason given. When I called customer service for answers, everyone was very rude. After speaking to several people I still don't know where any of my four packages from four different companies are. They give the same BS about being understaffed and there are more packages than expected. FedEx is a useless company employing nobody with a brain.
We had 2 critical deliveries that were ordered from the same location. One order was through Fed Ex and the other order was through UPS. The orders were expedited and guess what? UPS was early and Fed Ex was 2 days late. Fed Ex is not dependable.
Absolutely the worst delivery service in the business! First delivery 4 days late all while their system says "out for delivery". Second delivery was over night…. NOPE wrong again! Overnight shipping fees paid and collected but was it overnight…. NOPE! Refund those overnight fees? NOT A CHANCE! How does this third rate company even stay in business?
They don't deliver my cargo that normally should be delivered today. It has been waiting at the same spot for 5 days. I live in OH but kargpm is on hold on WI for 4 days. They don't deliver even though they say the delivery date is today. This is a sign that it is a lousy shipping company. I do not work with companies that do not keep their word, and I will tell everyone about this mess they made.
We live in NC and had a little bit if snow. My package was put in the truck for delivery. I watched the FedEx driver pull up to my driveway, which there was NO snow and it was 45 degrees out, and the drive way is as flat as a pancake, turn back onto the road and leave. So I got in my car and followed him and asked why he didn't stop at a house up the road. This idiot tells me my driveway looked unsafe... and refused to give me my package. So now after paying $45 in shipping to get it here on time, they just give you excuse after excuse. I do believe I will refuse to purchase anything from anywhere that uses FedEx again. This is an all the time thing and it's pathetic.
Their tracking system is completely a joke - It picks random delivery dates and then ignores them. They report packages as delivered when in fact they never arrived. When you call their Resolution Support Team *******339 they just lie and tell you its on the way and it never arrives. I believe the government should get involved and press charges for gross misconduct for their systemic misrepresentation to the public.
Use the website they say. Go to online billing they say. Fedex website and customer service is absolutely appalling. Kept on hold for about 20 mins only to be hung up on. There is no tech support. I can't pay a bill because I can't access the invoice associated with statements I am constantly bombarded with. As a business we are completely let down! Not much more you can say about that.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
