As a reliable shipper, FED EX is a disaster, period! In the last 6 months, I have shipped or was on the receiving end of approximately ten packages, MAJOR issues occurred on 50% of the shipments. Most commonly they had NO IDEA when they were going to deliver my package or why the package was in it's current location, sometimes on the other side of the United Stares from its destination! The only way I could get the package moving is to file a FILE LOST PACKAGE REPORT. Suddenly the package appears in the system. Interesting.
I'm through, I no longer ship with FED-EX personally and on any shipments made to me, I request FED-EX NOT BE CHOSEN AS THE SHIPPER!
This company (FED-EX) which "Invented" this type of shipping method, is now at the BOTTOM of their industry, and they don't seem to CARE. Goodbye FED-EX.

The label on my package is addressed to my home address. My 38lb package was left 3/4 of a mile at the top of the road on the mail box stand. Over night in the rain and snow. When I tracked the package all it said was delivered to my town. Not my physical address. I am elderly and decided to check the mail box stand and there I found the package torn, wet, and in very poor condition. I had to slide it into my car and transport it home. No thanks to the lazy FedEx delivery. This has happened to several others in our rural area. What a shame. STOP USING FEDEX!

Fedex was scheduled to deliver immune supressed patient, life saving drugs on march 1st 2022
We waited all day to receive the pkg because it requires a signature. It never came. We called and were told they didn't think we were home so they did not delivery, but would be back the next day. They lied, and no one came. I called and they apologized and said it would come the next day. It did NOT
Finally late the 3rd day my overnight life saving RX arrived
This is unacceptable. The first guy should have left a note, or called us by phone, or went to the other door we have 2 front entrances
They should always leave a door tag according to their policy

Bad Service

I was suppose to get my package today(03/05/2022) at 8:30am in the morning that delay till 12:00pm. Driver came and didn't deliver the package. I was home, driver didn't both to call us. I got message stating deliver was attempted unsuccessful. I called customer service, no help they said I have to wait for next business day. Why should I wait? It wasn't my fault that driver did bother to call or look for the apartment door. I was calling fedex every single day. Everyone in CS was giving me answer that I will receive my package. Still I haven't receive my package. Such a bad service.

Clueless drivers

I don't give it a lower score because is not possible this people do not know what they are doing what a useless company I pay expedite shipping so a driver can come not even attempt to open the gate of my gated community then tell me he doesn't have the package and lie saying his a special fedex and that fedex ground was coming later when I showed him the tracking and stated that he was suppose to have it he said oh well and left then when you try to call fedex guess what! You can't even get an agent, what a joke of a company, so you pay extra to get your stuff quicker and they have incompetent employees that don't even know how to use a scanning card to open a gate and don't even attempt to make deliveries properly, the guy came twice because he had read other packages wrong I mean what a joke

Can't get it right

Have been waiting for a delivery for over two weeks shows out for delivery each day later that day schedule for next business day have filled three complaints with someone who barely speaks English with no help next time UPS

Lazy Delivery Men

The Fed ex delivery drivers are notorious for leaving our shipments at the front entrance where they are likely to be stolen. I yelled up to the driver was he coming down stairs with my box (after he attempted to leave my delivery up three flights of steps (88lbs) He got an attitude and by the time he came down my box was busted wide open. I told him thank you and he wouldn't even look at me and walked off.

This is the worst most helpless feeling you could possibly have. My recently deceasd mother left me pricless fragile items. I took the care needed wrapped everything individually lined the boxes in bubble wrap and towels had fragile stickers more then once on every box. I shipped 14 boxes with FedEx and only recieved 10 and all of my fragile items are broken. ALL OF THEM. I put a claim in. But I'm sure it will be to no avail. The pain is like I lost my mother all over again.

First off lazy stupid cant read a map. Stupid late on all orders. Many times destroying my stuff. Shiping all the states when i am right next door. I hate fedxx *******%. Useless company. Out source to india call center cant get nothing done no strait answers. Bla bla bla we dont know. All they do is $#*! block the company from liability... sucks bad

Delivery Issue

I had a ground package delivered to me by FEDEX and from my understanding there ground packages are handle by a private company but use a FEDEX truck and the drivers are all dressed in FEDEX apparel.

Driver brings package into my business and i noticed box was torn open about18 inches wanted driver to put in his hand held computer open box just in case something was missing little did i know the driver couldn't speak ENGLISH so i took pictures of the open box and of the driver showing him leaving it in my showroom.
I than proceeded back to my office and driver walked outside to get back in his FEDEX truck when i noticed on my security system he proceeded back into my showroom and took my package and i have been calling FEDEX for now 3 days and getting the run around and still don't have my package which contains a part for my customer, I find this do be so unprofessional from FEDEX stand point of them allowing there out source VENDORS to have people delivering packages that cant speak ENGLISH all of this action was recorded on my security system

Always Always Late

It's simple. My last two experiences with Fedex has been HORRIBLE. The packages are always and damaged. I just purchased something from Wal-Mart and it's being shipped by Fedex and again the package is delayed and no date given as to when I will receive my package.

Fedex is horrible

Fedex has the worse customer service ever! For such a large company they are disorganized and uninformed. Their customer service reps can not answer your questions. First off I ordered 2 tables from walmart both of them were shipped the same day. They were supposed to be delivered on February 23rd. That did not happen one of them was delivered on March 1st and the second one had yet to be delivered. I dont get why they were not on the same truck especially with gas prices? As they are. Everyday I get a text saying out for delivery by the end of the day at the end of the day at says delayed will be delivered the next business day. When you call no one knows what's going on I actually had someone tell me they did not delivered because I need to be home to except package. So I stay home and wait all day because they say they are going to deliver. Sitting on my couch with the doors wide open I get a message saying they tried to deliver and I was not there too receive it. When I tell them I am here bring it back they tell me they will only make one attempt per day. Then I finally get a supervisor and get a whole different story no signature needed i dont have to be home and they did not try to deliver my package. I have talked to several different people and have gotten several different answer. GET IT TOGETHER FEDEX I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM A VOMPANY WHO USES YOU AGAIN STICKING WITH AMAZON OR UPS NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE WITH THEM!

FIRST, they broke my case of wine. I did not know they damaged the package and had returned it. The web service said DELIVERED and signed for. What they left out is that it was delivered back to New York instead of to me in Florida. Second, they delivered a large tall box and stood it up on my porch. It was windy and blew over and damaged it. THIRD, I ordered furniture and it was supposed to come on a Friday, then delayed to Monday. It never showed. Now it says delayed but will be delivered by end of day today but it is still sitting in a warehouse 45 miles from me. Since I have been planning to leave today on a trip, I'm now sitting here with no way to talk to a human and just crummy service and a crap web site that a donkey designed. I have my days with UPS, but they are generally competent. Sell FEDEX Short... they will go the same way as Boeing by concentrating on shareholders instead of customers.

Terrible terrible

Terrible experience 3 times now will never use fedex ever again over $1,000 in packages and still no delivery even with expedited pay and delivered to wrong and incorrect address! Then says my address is incorrect then when calling customer service I'm told my address is correct!

Paid $79 to have a crucial package overnighted for my business, 4 days later it arrived. They denied my refund stating weather was the problem. The tracking showed it exactly on time from Chicago to Ft. Lauderdale and on to Marathon Key Florida in less than 12 hours where the weather was perfect. It sat in Marathon for 3 days. I call bullcrap!
They refuse to refund my overnight fee. Probably Trumps fault

Nothing good I can say got a new address 2 months ago ups has no problem finding it apparently to fedex the address doesn't exist. Been waiting for delivery now for 4 days. This is ridiculous. Still haven't gotten a date yet it's on the truck then off then on. They have no idea what's going on

FedEx marked a package as delivered but was not delivered to my address contacted FedEx and was told they don't deliver when someone uses the shipping the person I ordered from did and said the US postal service does the delivery. So contacted the postal service and gave them the tracking number and they said that they never received the package from FedEx so contacted FedEx again and was told that they wasn't going to help me find my package. So I will never use FedEx or buy from someone that uses FedEx

Very inconvenient

The last couple times I have ordered and it has been shipped through fedex it has been a problem. First time was a pair of shoes that I never received so fedex had to replace them. Second time was another pair of shoes that kept getting delayed. When the shoes finally made it I didn't get a notification I just checked the mail and there they were. Third time I ordered furniture and the delivery date was changed three times but the website shows it's in transit. I called and it hasn't left where it said it was in transit from. Poor poor service and definitely an inconvenience!….
