Crazy lol u sit in a dang truck driving u can't at least walk it to the porch? I paid $115 to have my medicine overnighted. They delivered it on Monday rather than Saturday. They say that because of the weather, they are not liable to return any of that $115. I will stick with the USPS from now on. That is ridiculous. They are not worth the money and they really did not care that it got there late. Blew me off regarding my complaint.
I ordered a new mattress while on maternity leave, and my Fed Ex driver didn't bring it up to my apartment door. Leaving it three floors down by the parking lot - expecting me to grab it myself. He proceeded to leave a "sorry we missed you notice" on my door (we saw on our ring camera), and when my roommate chased him down the stairs he said your box is down here and drove off. Completely inconsiderate, and their customer service line hasn't done a thing to make the situation right.
If you have time sensitive documents do not TRUST FED EX. My company sends hundreds of thousands of contracts daily and has a recurring pick up time of 4-6 daily. The Fedex driver slips in the back door (LIKE A NINJA -It is funny but it's not) at 2:30. Bank packages are not normally complete until later in the day. I attempted to contact FEDEX, when you FINALLY get to a human they ship you to different people and hang up. If you are the decision maker, PICK UPS!
Fedex delievery guy stolen my mobile... Fedex steal stuffs. Dont trust fedex. Expected delivery on 03/12/2022. Out for delievery then end of the day sudden i got updated thet delayed delievery. Update pending and it has been 5 days no updates... Driver stolen my mobile.
FedEx says that it takes its time very seriously?! I ordered a TV from Walmart and it got delayed for different times. Every leg of its trip it got delayed. At first FedEx said it'd be a day early then it got delayed another day then delayed another day then delayed another day. I always put FedEx on top but now I think they got pushed down to the bottom as to who is the fastest delivery service and reliable. FedEx to me is no longer a reliable service many of the packages that I've shipped or received has been delayed many acquaintances their stuff has been delayed so this is the TV is not just one isolated time it's just an example and I'm very disappointed in FedEx
Paid $125 to get an item overnighted. When it was delivered 24 hours late I called to request a reduction in my cost. They told me that because it was a "state of emergency" they could not refund any of my money. When I asked what the state of emergency was they told me weather. I pointed out that there were no weather issues at the TN hub where my item was located. Then the rep pivoted to the excuse that Covid caused the state of emergency. WTH? So, now, whenever they fail they're going to blame Covid and not take any responsibility for their poor service. I will NEVER use FedEx again. They are terrible. They lost a customer today. If I could give them zero stars I would.
They lie that the driver came 3 times, and i was not home. The driver never showed up to. Pick up the package. I called them many times, their customer service gives me different info each time. They are the worst.

Fedex has this new walmart contract where some walmarts now have a fedex inside. Well, I went to one recenlty and there is this huge nasty fat pig of a person that looks like hes 1 doughnut away from a diabetic stroke. The dude has crusty skin, dirty finger nails, limps from what I assume gout or diabetic foot death and he always looks like he just woke up with his sloppy hair and clothing. How did they make this fat whale a manager at this fedex is a wonder. This reflects upon the companies values.
We were customer in good standing since 1998. We starting complaining about fraudulent billing. Their answer? Lawyer sent letter closing our account and they doxed our CFO!
FedEx really is one of the worst companies out there! If you are able to ship with anyone else, you really should. Even if the other option cost a little more. The job I work at have been finding other options because we would rather spend more than deal with FedEx!
FedEx's management is garbage when your your package is supposed to show up count on it be in another week because they make excuses and dumb decisions on top of that there's no one to answer the phone so you can actually talk to a representative to make sure everything's OK with your package even if that package is very expensive you can talk to a computer

Delivery suppose to be at my home Thursday changed to Saturday. Saturday was snowing so they said Sunday. At 8 pm Sunday they said Monday. I called customer service to see what is going on and a supervisor said it will be delivered Monday requested from him the reason all he said Monday and that is it Monday there is no need for explanation. So I said I just h as be to shut my mouth and accept the facts he said you said it not me. Great customer service
I have never had a package delivered on time they are lazy can't even put package on my porch couple of times left package by side walk have made lots of complaints also throw packages out of truck had to make driver wait till I inspected packages for damage on a set of $ 2000. 00 dollar wheels

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
