So FedEx claims they delivered a rather expensive custom-made package we've been waiting on, to a non-existant address, supposedly on our short, deadend street Monday morning. Since then, all efforts to tract down said package by FedEx have failed, so theyre DONE looking! No info from GPS, or driver. UNREAL INCOMPETENCE!
Update- FedEx claims they dont know where their driver was at 11am Monday when he supposedly delivered it. Apparently they dont use GPS. Staggering level of incompetence & ineptness!
Horrible company. They never deliver packages properly and then decline disputes with no reasoning. Then you need to go through your bank to cancel the charge. Highly frustrated with FedEx.
The worst company. I will never use them. They keep changing my delivery date. The package was supposed to be delivered today before 8pm. I waited again all day and it is already after 8pm and package is still hot here but on their tracking site it still says it will be delivered today before 8PM. What a joke. This is the worst company.
Drivers are crackheads, I ordered gold watch from state it was sent 3 times and never received it, drivers looks through packages and search for valuable stuff.

Everyone whos use FedEx, please do not use for International it's really bad service. We pay $110 for delivery from Amsterdam to Las Vegas. They said package going be arrive in 3days but its been 20days I have not received and called more then 50 time to customer service they don't know what's going on. Whatever happen to me I don't want to happen to anyone. Please don't use FedEx for international.
Horrible. 1st off this has been goin on for months. If there are several packages due to come to you they hold them untill all are there. Will lie about delivery attempt that never happens. Their latest excuse is war on ukraine to not deliver are you kidding how dare you use that to not do your job on phone with corporate and area manager or driver for battle creek michigan use vulger language toward the costomer so what else us going on in the shady company. Do not use fedex. I have made so many complaints about holding of packages and non delivery claiming they tried but business closed or no one there then to be called a $#*! by corporate like really way to represent your company its all a joke stay far away if you can. How is it that FedEx lost a Large Motivational Wall Poster "TEAMWORK" w/ 29" X 23" Black Framed bought off eBay? We are not talking a tiny package here! I'm missing another package today! The FedEx tracking site says it's still in Ohio, their automated phone system says it has left Ohio. The FedEx agent in Mexico says it's in Ohio. Who's correct. The agent in Mexico refused to let me speak with a supervisor and then hung up on me after 30 minutes on the phone!
My gosh where do I start, the absolute $#*! customer support or THE TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE. I ORDERED AN ITEM FROM MICROSOFT (controller) AND I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THE PAST MONTH FOR IT TO ARRIVE. Every single day I wake up to "uPdAtE pEnDiNg" for god sake. I could've just ordered a regular controller off of Amazon and got SAME DAY DELIVERY than wasting money on these scum. I advise to not use Fedex because if you live in NA your package will most definitely be stuck in Memphis, TN for a month or even two. Hope you find this review helpful cause I'm just warning you. FYI international shipment release means that the item has been scanned, just hasn't arrived yet. (Been like this for the past 3 weeks)
Send a package to Mexico for which I was charged more than 300.00 dollars for shipping. The package was put on hold by Mexico customs. At no time did they inform me or the person who would receive the package. The package was returned to my house and they did not want to refund what I paid. When I send the package I specify what was in it. And don't send anything illegal. They charged me more than 300 dollars to carry my package back and forth to Mexico. I recommend everyone to use usps. Fedex are thieves.
I ordered my medication, like I always do, with 2 day shipping, well we're on day 6 now of no medication! I got told friday. Not friday. I got told monday. Not monday. Im getting told tomorrow now and I have a feeling it won't be here tomorrow either. I needed these pills ASAP hence why I ordered 2 day! So unbelievable. They didn't even offer my money back, which has gone up to nearly $10 now. Ridiculous.
A purchase shipped FedEx on March 11,2022 was marked as received in GA, moved 3 times in GA, then has not moved again in GA since March 12,2022. Called customer service to reach one of the most rude agents they must have this morning. She told me because the seller chose Ground Economy this is why the package has not been delivered. Today is March 21. She didn't even make any kind of attempt to help locate this item. She told me to file a claim.
I tried to file a claim and the system won't allow me to file a claim. Only the seller can file a claim. Contacted seller and they don't file claims. They just start the order over again — and ship with FedEx again.
What a racket. FedEx has become unreliable, and less than helpful. The package was scanned in their facilities in GA 3 times within 24 hours. Yet they can't find it? Wouldn't there be a scan when delivered? Does anyone check scans that are open after so long?
And now, the item is in backorder status at the seller end with no known date for re-stocking. FedEx, please do your job. You were paid to deliver. So deliver. I paid. Seller shipped. FedEx failed. Again.
Every time I see my package is being delivered by FEDEX I cringe. Why? Because I have had my packages delivered to the wrong address so many times AND have had other people's packages delivered to my front steps. I do not think I should have to do their jobs for them. I confronted a driver one day about this right after he delivered someone elses package to me and he said they use GPS and do not read the label. Well you cant use GPS for that you morons. GPS will NOT lead you to my or anyone elses front door it only gives you an area. And your tracking numbers? Wow you might as well not have them because your info is NEVER correct. Please go out of business so we can have a chance at getting our own packages and on time.
I had fedex reroute my parcel, per their instructions. It has now been three days and they still haven't delivered the parcel. Obviously, they don't know what they are doing and cannot understand their own programs. Terrible service. The parcel was to be dropped off at the Walgreens four blocks from my house as it needed a signature and I wasn't going to be available on the day of delivery. Had I known they were so incompetent I would have had them drop it off at the original address and taken the day off.
Expected Delivery Saturday 3/19. Then late in afternoon, tracking shows I changed Delivery Options to a future date. I did not change anything. I waited all day for package.
I made 2 calls to customer service, they opened investigation and opened my complaint.
I got a call back and was told that they might have information by Monday. No one can tell me when I will get my package.
This review is not about delayed delivery. This review is about bad delivery drivers. Company not able to give you information about your package and about company employee taking liberties to change Delivery Options with out consent.
I called them and they said the will open a case and review it but I think the FedEx delivery driver stole our package. The package contained a very expensive mattress and they didn't bother contacting the delivery driver if he didn't know where we lived he could have called
There was a time when FedEx set the standard for quick delivery of important documents or items. Today that is no longer the case! Use UPS or the U.S. Postal Service for ease of tracking and guaranteed delivery. Try FedEx and you will be sorry!
The absolute worst shipping service around. Eighty percent of my deliveries are either damaged packages, broken items, or delayed delivery. The most rediculous delay reason given is weather delay. I have tracked these packages and compared them to weather maps of the stops my package has made and guess what? Sunshine or starry nights. Avoid vendors who use FedEx.
For 3 months now, every single package we order through FedEx gets delivered to a wrong address. I have spent hours and hours and hours on the phone with FedEx customer service. 15 different phone calls at this point. No one can ever fix the problem. We drove all the way to the warehouse 2 hours away and no one answered. We don't know what to do and all FedEx can say is "sorry for your frustration"
Delivery guy never rang my bell and kept saying that I was not at home. In the meantime I received two packages from Amazon and 1 from ups.
I paid for an overnight envelope delivery, wrote the address on the envelope very clearly, and they got the address wrong somehow when transmitting this into their system. This caused a delay in getting this delivered and they were holding it at a post office location for pick-up. I called customer service, and the rep didn't even apologize about this happening and proceeded to tell me there was no way for them to change the address over the phone and they'd have to send it back to me to resend. This made no sense as the package was already in the correct city and state. I asked if there was a way to change it online, and he said yes, and when I asked if he could walk me through it over the phone, he said "no, I'd rather not as I am rated on time for my phone calls and we've been on this call for 18 minutes already". I was very calm and polite throughout this entire phone call, and somehow managed to remain my composure even after he said that. After ending the phone call with this unhelpful customer service rep, I tried this online which unfortunately didn't work because they only allow for residential addresses to do this, so I called a different customer service rep who said he could change the address over the phone with no problem, but there will be an extra fee for doing this (I didn't fight this since I really wanted to get this changed and delivered, but this should absolutely not be the case when it is FedEx's fault in the first place that the address is wrong, and now it's going to get delivered way later than what I paid for - if anything I should have received a discount), then suddenly their tech system decided to fail, and he said that I would have to call back again in an hour to get this changed (not his fault, just bad luck, but definitely frustrating). Third time around I call about an hour later as instructed and this time another customer service rep says that they can't redeliver this to the correct address, but require that the recipient picks this up at the held location - this is their only option. At this point, I ask to speak to his manager because I would prefer it is delivered as we had originally promised to the recipient, and he confidently says that the manager will say the same thing as him but he gets me over to her anyway. I speak to the manager, and the manager was actually super kind and said that she can definitely get this sorted out for me and immediately called the location where the package was being held, and took care of the whole situation right away. If only this could have happened when I spoke to the first customer service rep, that would have been lovely, and I would be giving a rating of 5 stars... unfortunately, my experience took over 2 hours to sort out, and lots of headache. I am hoping to never have to use Fedex's services again after this terrible experience.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
