They never deliver on time they use excuses like (Address) address unknown sorry lived here 20 years or (pending) running late or (rescheduling) don't have reason. I get txt message everyday they are going to deliver then get another saying delayed till next day. I have received 10 messages in 4 days and still no package now received another message saying delivery is set for Tuesday I'm not holding my breath
Hey, FedEx your voice automated line is NOT making my life easier. If I could've talked to a human rep sooner, we both would've gone our own days after a short call. Your automated system is so damn convoluted and it took me 20 minutes to navigate to see an option to talk to a human operator. Just WHY?
Whenever I use FedEx, the package has always arrived on time and sometimes it gets here earlier than expected time. I only have had 1-2 issues. I live off the road way back. There is 2 businesses on the road front. You would never see or even think there is a road there that takes you back to where I live. FedEx tried to find me and called to find where I was. They must have put me in their computer because I have no problem getting my delivery anymore.
I have not received last 3 of 4 shipments. Current shipment says attempted delivery but no one home. Have three different cameras and FedEx never came to driveway let alone to my house. Horrible that can't contact local office either.
Wish supplier's would use different shipper. I would never use FedEx.
Fed ex has a no gate code policy so they won't deliver packages sometimes but some drivers do deliver they are very inconsistent and lack the effort to make deliveries and when the drivers actually deliver the package the will throw it or slam it on the ground it's not just one driver it's all of them

There delivery drivers are lucky they can find their way home at night, because they sure can't find the right address for my last 2 deliveries and then costumer service tells you your claim has been denied because they never went to get the package back so you get screwed out of the package and your money don't ever ship FedEx
I was supposed to get a car part on the 24th of March. I scheduled a service for my mechanic that night. I signed up for updates and everytime I checked it was to be at my house by 8pm the 24th. I never received any update and there was no change on the website. It kept on saying delivery by the end of the day on the 24th. I ended up having to stay up late waiting for a package that never arrived and could only fix one issue with my vehicle... At least let me know that the package would not arrive on the 24th. Im going to ask all my vendors to use a different delivery service.

Instead of taking another 5 seconds to leave the box less visible, it was left front and center in the most visible place, as if to invite the porch pirates to take it! All they had to do was slide it behind the columns and it would have been far less visible. Have complained directly to FedEx, doesn't seem to make a difference.
I was told by the FedEx Customer service I could pay twice of regular shipping cost to get my package delivered in 3 days. I did pay for the 3 days delivery as said because of how urgent it is. Items shipped on the 6th February, as at 14th my package was yet to be delivered. I was calling the customer service and they keep transferring my calls to different departments and couldn't even locate the tracking of the package, the parcels originally meant for use on the 14th was no way near delivery, 15th still no sign of delivery and as usual the customer service couldn't help. The receiver had to go to their head quarter on the 16th and spend quite some hours before they gave him the package, then blaming it on the delivery driver who failed to deliver the package in his care since on the 14th February. I called for my refund and they told me I am not getting any refund because their policy states no refund on late delivery due to an emergency. What was the emergency they encountered in Nigeria, they couldn't give any evidence. They refused to refund my $185 for piece of document that could not be use and I lost everything due to them not delivering the item as scheduled. Do not ship with FedEx please, they don't keep to their words especially on international shipping.
My company ships through FedEx daily, unfortunately. Their corporate customer service is the worst I've experienced of any shipper. It takes many months to get a response and resolution for their mistakes of overcharges. They are a "black hole" when sending requests to their customer service departments. Local customer reps are a bit better but seem to have the same issues when trying to get the corporate offices to help.
Maybe they should spend less on golf and more on customer service.

Driver sent email that my packages were delivered, but they were not. No picture was taken as proof. I checked immediately after receiving email. NO PACKAGES. I have wasted days attempting to find them. Every rep says they will trace and call with info -WHAT A LIE! I've called for 3 days and still no one knows where they are. Hate their stupid suggestions- look in the bushes, check with neighbors -ITS NOT A SCAVNGER HUNT! Idiot remarks. HORRBILE SERVICE, TERRIBLE AUTOMATED SYSTEM. Tells you something when the company doesn't want you speak with anyone in your own country so you might be able to track for yourself what happened to your packatges! Federal Attorney General needs to go after the stealing this company does from its customers. Or maybe customers need to unit and put together a class action law suit against them
They mark your package as delay because they "intent to deliver and no one is home", LIES I was home, actually they deliver one package in the morning. Apparently, they forgot this one and mark it as it show in the picture below. They don't even appear near your home on delivery date. Packages are always one or two days behind.
Fresh canine semen was supposed to arrive in 24hrs 5 days is now estimated for arrival, the semen will be dead and all monies lost, how can this be called a service? No reason given just held up, not the senders fault, i am furious it would have been quicker to take it on a plane myself to deliver
This company lacks any common sense for direction. I ordered something, and it is delayed 5 times. The route they chose to take was way out of the way. Probably cost them more than it was worth. Instead of driving from Louisiana through Texas to get to Arizona, they go north to the top of Mississippi! That added two extra states to drive though!? Now on the 4th delay. They said it'll be here end of day Thursday the 23rd. Now it is being held at a Walgreens in Tempe, 30 minutes from my house and is now scheduled for a 5th delay, Friday end of day delivery! Get your stuff together FedEx. Out of all courier services your company is the worst. Your employees damage packages for fun and they are slow and without direction!
This company sucks to deliver two of my packages. Every time i call the 1800 number is the same, they take my info and don't get back with an answer. Its so frustrating. Stay away from this company.

I paid for an overnight shipping for some important documents to be delivered, ended up getting delivered after two days. Called them a bunch of time during the delay and they said it was delayed due to wrong address (Mind you the delivery address was 100% accurate) after much back and forth, she came back saying "I am sorry for the delay, the address was correct, and I have notified the driver. Your package will be sent out for shipping." Called on the 7th and asked for a refund since my package wasn't delivered over night, and he told me I had to call back in 2 business weeks. Called back today (3/24) asking for a refund, and they told me I can't get a refund because my package was delayed due to weather issues (which wasn't what they told me) and that it's been up to a month since the incident. Which was a lie. Package was said to be delivered on the 5th of march but got delivered on the 7th. Called back on the 24th requesting a refund and I was denied one. I lost my contract because the document was delivered late and lest they could do was return my money back! I feel robed!
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
