Excellent service. There is a delay for one day but I was well informed about the tracking of my shipment
Never ever use this service, under no circumstances. We spent dozens of customer service calls and 4 office visits to be able to get our Fedex Home Delivery packages, as we were moving. They scheduled a pick-up at home and canceled last minute, just hours before when we had to leave home for our flight. Saying they can only come next day. Disrespectful toward customers, annoying customer service "professionals". Run from this company!
We've seen the constant pictures and posts of FedEx stealing and not delivering items. But me being a small business owner I ordered multiple items on multiple occasions. FedEx being lazy has decided not to deliver everything sometimes. Its depending on the driver and the day. But it has cost me thousands of dollars now. I never use them and have reached out to the company using them to please switch to UPS, because this company is horrible. I have never had so many bad things happen than with FedEx. I've now had packages stolen by drivers, items not even attempted to be delivered. Not sure how they are still in business.
Shipped my son a new hockey stick and guess what it never even made it out of Calgary. How does a package that is 73" tall go missing? We someone has a new stick and it is not my son. And now I have to sit and wait to see if they will honor the insurance value. Great Customer Service FedEx. Never again.
I don't even know why they say it will be there in two days. It never comes in two days. Always having to wait around so you can sign for something. But wait they won't be there on that day! So now you have to be there on another day. Inconvenient. Unfortunately, some things I buy use FedEx, because I wouldn't use them. They suck!
They have so many excuses NOT TO REFUND the fee I paid for overnight delivery. Plus they did not explain clearly the refund period to place the claim. Horrible customer service!
They have terrible service items never come on time and when they do make a delivery they literally throw the packages up the stairs because they are too lazy to climb a few steps I have watched it on my cameras every single time.
When they actually do climb the stairs they pile it up right in front of the door so you literally can't get in and if you are inside you are not able to get out without pushing the boxes out of the way with the door! UPS delivers to me all the time and I never have that problem they are much more reliable and nice and they are very careful with our packages.
Paid for 2 day shipping and the day it was to be delivered they decided to change the arrival date from 30, to 31, and kept it in Tennessee from 11:00am on 30th until 7:00pm on the 31st instead of bringing it 20 minutes away and delivering it on time, point is the package set at the Nashville office for 2 days and it was a waste of money paying for 2 day shipping for a package to be delivered in 4 days.
I have made SEVERAL complaints to FEDEX CS and nothing is being taken care of. Since Christmas actually. UPS and Amazon have no problem bring my packages to the actual door. FEDEX driver leaves it at the end of the driveway on a busy street to be stolen. I have made 4 complaints and nothing has changed. This is POOR customer service. UNREAL. They are left in the rain with no plastic over my packages. Unacceptable
I don't know how or why they are still in business. Every package I ever get from them is either delivered wrong, late, or horrendous conditions. They are a joke of a delivery service.
See attached pic. Got 3 emails on the 28th One was at 9:07 in the morning saying the package was on in its way. At 6:38 PM email stating it was delayed At 7:14 PM I got an email stating the package would be delivered by 8 o'clock on the 28th But when I checked my package through eBay where I purchased the items it States the package wasnt attempt to be delivered
I placed an order, I chose FedEx two day shipping. The seller of the item shipped it right away Monday morning 9 AM, I live five hours away from where the shipment was sent from. It's a package I have to sign for, first it said it will be here Tuesday OK great I used a personal day so I could stay home and sign for it. Tuesday comes then it says Wednesday, Great now I have to take another personal day. Here it is Wednesday, now it's not coming until tomorrow I have to take another damn personal day. This is ridiculous I paid extra for two day shipping, now it keeps getting pushed back later and later it's only five hours away how is it so difficult for FedEx to deliver a package one state away? I'm starting to really hate FedEx, I had the same problem with overnight shipping on another package last month. My package like I said it's only five hours away, each day it's only traveling like an hour and a half. Absolutely ridiculous not OK. I've had so many problems with FedEx, I have completely lost trust in them.
About two weeks ago FedEx delivered a box to me with the box busted open and liquid laundry detergent running out onto the ground. A week ago I had a box on the truck out for delivery, the box was damaged and returned to seller. The box had 18 lbs of salt. I ordered the same again from WalMart and the box again got to the delivery truck out for delivery and the box was damaged and sent back to I don't know where. Today(3/29/22 tracking shows it to still be on the delivery truck out for delivery. Calling FedEx customer service does not help. I wish WalMart would use a different delivery service. To date I have never had a problem with UPS.

In the year 2021 when there was a lockdown and all the shops are closed in Germany, I decided to bring some of my needy things which included some dresses for my family
As you can find in the invoice list.
The price total amount of all the materials is sent is ******* INR (188.63 Euro today date) and paid 6685 INR (79.85) as shipping cost.
I was not informed regarding any extra cost which I need to pay after shipping the material here in Germany.
But in December 2021, all of a sudden, out of nowhere, I receive a Bill of 122.02 Euro to pay which is not expected.
The items are worth 188.63 euros but shipping (79.85 euros, paid in India) + extra payment + late payment charges come to 211 euros.
Had I any idea before that the shipment cost would be so much higher than items worth, I would never have thought to get items from India.
As a customer, I feel completely cheated and humiliated by FedEx Express Deutschland GmbH.
Being such a high-class service provider, I was not aware if this is what customer satisfaction in your terms means.
I'm curious to know if everyone there smokes meth. Packages lost, delayed or completely destroyed upon delivery. I have never had a good experience with a package that has gone through Olive Branch.
Ordered a part from Harbor Freight and the part on the first FedEx E-mail said going from Camarillo, CA to Ventura, CA (Southern CA), then to Tracy, CA (Northern CA). However, the item was delayed at the Tracy Distribution Center for three days when I called Customer Service for FedEx (I've had this delay several other times too). They said (after checking with Tracy) that it will be sent to Modesto, CA (Central CA where I live) and should be delivered by Monday, 28 Mar 2022.
HOWEVER, the following day after I spoke with FedEx Customer Service I receive an e-mail from FedEx stating that the package had arrived in SYRACUSE, NEW YORK (Ummm. That would be the east coast!) and delivery will be in another week (April 4th).
Called FedEx Cistomer service and they said that because of too many packages arriving at the distribution center they directed arriving packages to other centers... BUT NEW YORK when I live only 45 miles from Tracy, CA?
This is the third time I've had this problem with FedEx. Next time when I order parts I'll be sure to ask who delivers and if it is FedEx, then they lose my business as this is already costing me $$$$!
No 8170 7174 1260. After 6 days and the packaging not received I called to only find out that they can't read the recipient's address. I didn't get a call even though my email address and phone no was on the document. Was there a proper review from origination in Port-of-Spain to determine whether the air way bill was visible? More was required to get my package to it's location. I had to call to be provided with the information.
The delivery person NEVER RINGS THE DOORBELL AND NEVER KNOCKS ON THE DOOR. The delivery can lay on the porch for a week, no one uses the front door. At the very least they could come on the porch and RING THE DOORBELL.! There is only one step up and the DOORBELL is right there. These Drivers just throw the envelope on the porch and run away. The envelopes have laid there for days before anyone finds them. The job is to DELIVER THE ENVELOPE, NOT THROW IT DOWN AND RUN AWAY.!###
Fed Ex, simply cannot cut it. EVERY TIME I order something that uses Fed Ex as a shipper, it is Either Lost, Late or Damaged. 100% of the time. I am choosing my on-line purchases by looking at shippers they use from now on. If it is either Fed Ex or USPS, I will find one that uses UPS instead. It is that bad.
Why can't I give zero stars? They show the package is currently in my town finally, but there is a delay and they have no idea when they will deliver. Pathetic, useless Logistics.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
