I want to give 0 stars for the horrible experience i had. The delivery wasn't even attempted and switched to pickup but it wasn't there in the specified location. I couldn't login after registering to manage delivery, even after verifying email.

I initiated two shipments in the same week. In both cases, I was overcharged $110.24, and $79.52 respectively. When the items were picked up for delivery they knew that the price quoted me was different than what I was charged. By the time I saw the charges on my charge card the items were already delivered. At that point when I disputed the charges, they were able to say they fulfilled their deliveries. There was no attempt to contact me or to get approval for the additional charges. There is no other business that would survive this type of customer service yet they get away with it. Never again Fed Ex.

J'avais ouvert un compte avec eux il y a quelques années. Je déménage. Puis le nouveau propriétaire commande quelque chose. Ils ne vérifient pas 1) si c'est bien moi (et je suis une femme et il est un homme); 2) ne lui demande pas sa carte de crédit et 3) me facture tout le montant à moi! J'ai dû les appeler à 4 REPRISES et attendre plus d'une heure sur la ligne pour qu'en bout du compte, à force d'erreurs, Fedex ne m'a remboursée qu'en partie! C'est finalement ma carte de crédit qui m'a remboursé le tout. Dans mon livre, ce sont des voleurs.

I would think if I pay $40 for overnight service you would be able to give me some kind of ballpark idea of what time you'll be to my premises to drop my package off I can't afford to nor do I want to sit home all day and wait for the FedEx man because you said my package will be here by 8:00 p.m.

Great if you want to lose your package

I am so fed up with FedEx.
What good are tracking numbers if you still lose half your packages at their facilities and all they tell you is "wait" until the warranty timeframe is over?!
And packages that do by some miracle get delivered get chucked on the road for anyone to take. I kid on a bike can do a better job

It took (6) days to recieve a (2) Day express service (4) delays in (6) days.
My (Max) and (Storm) needs their medication that I'm still waiting on!

I was lied about 3 times with different shipping dates! Since it's a signature required package I had to leave work early just so I can be home to receive my package and sign. Instead I was waiting for no reason and wasted my time and work hours. Website did not provide any updates for 5 days. Seemed like my package was stuck in independence, Kentucky for 5 days. It's been 8 days and customer service cannot provide any reliable updates! This is pathetic!

I was supposed to received my package by Monday apt 11 by 3.38pm and status of my package is showing it's been delivered but I haven't received it.
I've checked every corner of my building also asked every neighbor but I haven't found it. FedEx is showing its been delivered. I strongly believe FedEx employee never delivered it and stolen it. That was very important package of mine was stolen by FedEx, I trusted them for safely shipment but rather they disappointed me. I'll never use FedEx again

Spoke to three different people about a delivery issue- got 3 completely different stories. I received a text that the package would be late, within seconds- a text that it was already delivered. One operator told me to go and pick it up. I went- they had no idea why I was there and said it was being redelivered. Lost work hours and a ton of frustration. They simply do not know what they are doing.

I shipped a package, clearly asking for express shipping. The woman at the counter assured me it would be deliver the next day, tops by the end of the day. Well, it's been nearly a week now and my package hasn't moved. I called multiple times client services but no one can give me a clear answer as to why my package hasn't been delivered yet. Mind you, the travel time where I wanted my package delivered is about 45 minutes away by car.
Never using FedEx again.

I sent a package to Canada, they promised me that I will be there the same week Friday... ended up being 2 weeks late charged me twice $180. When I called that they charged me twice and they dropped the call. Terrible service never again sending with FedEx.

Fed Ex Delivery And Customer Service Is Trash. Theyll deliver your package to somebody else address and constantly give you the run around. They wont tell you who signed for the package nor contact you about your shipment. Theyll only use the virtual assistant to constantly tell you the same nonsense. My shipment worth $900 just gone because the driver choose to deliver to the wrong address and lie like i signed for it. They dont care for the customers concern or valuables

Packages have been ruined due to leaving my

Packages out in the rain. More than once. I have a covered porch, so no reason for this to happen. Laziness and throwing my items across the street at my neighbors. Yes. I was watching. This was recent and then next day said they attempted to drop off and no van was in sight. I was home with all blinds open and could see outside the entire time. Funny thing is there was a rain storm at that time. No signature required on my package either. Hmmmmm. Even customer service said that was odd.

Useless interface and no support. Can't get anywhere with really important simple needs. The only positive thing I can say, they will deliver your package quick, but at the worst time for no reason with no resolution.

Awful service

Was not home the first attempt Fedex delivery and they left a tag on the door, they said they tried to deliver tow more times but the driveway camera did not pick up any activity. After several attempt to call them finally got thru and they said they would delivery by 12:00 next day, Package didn't come so I call the sender he got a hold of them finally 8 day ladder i did get my package, DO NOT use FEDEX if you want you package delivered on time!

I ordered a tool, and it was supposed to be here at a certain day and no later than 9 pm I waited around till 9 pm never showed up. Tracked it said it was on the truck for delivery since the previous day called FedEx because they didn't update anything now it says delayed, and the driver took the package off the truck. Now I'm losing money because I needed the tool to finish a job and can't finish the job now until the FedEx driver does his job, now I'm still not going to receive it today as the driver took it off the truck. BAD BUISNESS

THIS LOCATION IS AJOKE AND PIECE OF GARBAGE! I HAVE TWO EXPERINCE WITH THIER SERVICE ONE WAS UNDER TRACKING #*******447 BACK IN MARCH 2022. WHERE THE DRIVER STATED THAT HE MADE THE DELIVERY AND THAT WAS ALIE BECASE I HAVE TO GO PICK THE PACKAGE FROM THER LOCATION THE NEXT DAY. 2ND EXPERINCE WAS TODAY 4/7/2022 UNDER TRACKKING # *******2509 WHERE THE DRIVER STATED THAT HE MADE A DELIVERY ATTEMPT AT 04:42 PM AND THAT WAS ABIG LIE BECAUSE I WAS IN THE STORE TILL 7 PM WAITING FOR THIER EXCELLENCY. I HAVE SURVEILLANCE ON BOTH ADDRESS TO PROOF THIER LIES. STAY AWAY FROM FEDEX THEY'RE A JOKE!
