Terrible service, no communication within company members, lots of different stories coming from FedEx about a package. Nobody has accurate information.My package was supposed to come on the 13th. After five attempts I finally got it on the 18th. I had to walk to the entrance of my condo to make sure I met the driver of truck or I would have wait another day. I gave FedEx the way to get in the gate, but guess what, FedEx did not give the driver my instructions.
Package has been posted for delivery on three separate days only to later cancel. I've called customer service to no avail. I'm going to have to try and pick it up, because they won't deliver the time sensitive parcel.
Fed Ex should be ashamed at how they do business. They are just like the American government - they could care less about the people that they serve. After paying for shipping charges and signing a document that said I owed $0, Fed Ex sent me a bill. The representative who set up the delivery, never mentioned I would incur an additional charge. The company that I ordered the flooring from stated that it is illegal for Fed Ex to charge me. Fed Ex representative won't help or provide proof that I agreed to the charge. Worst company EVER! I will NEVER do business with Fed Ex again. It is obvious that they don't care how they treat their customers. What a shame!
I would give minus ratings if I could I have talking to customer care and calling everyday but they does not give a $#*! and says they can't do anything about it. Our trace department will call you but I never ever received a single call from them. Even after paying for express delivery this the kind of response I am getting. Please try to avoid Fedex if possible.
One of the worst ever experiences for my business and our patients. They have 2 of our parcels missing or as they said ''no idea when will be delivered'' as there are thousands of parcels stuck or lost or missing in Paris C. D. G airport for 4 weeks now. They cannot even give us a date or confirm that they still have them but ironically it's not officially lost yet... We are in the medical sector and the damage is beyond any compensation.
Never had a positive (On Time) delivery experience with FedEx. Package arrives at their sorting center on scheduled then delayed with no reason. They just update arrival. I'll check when buying to ensure shipping will not be FedEx. And advise others to not use FedEx.
Horrible delivery in every aspect, always delayed, packages go somewhere else in the country. I have ordered many things from Sewing Machines, Camera's and other valuable items. Last weeks item was delayed one day and delivered late. The following week two items delayed with one of the items never showed up on the tracker. I had to call Dell Computers and request an update. Only to find out that the two-day serviced I payed for was two days late.
The item was shipped from Ontario California to San Diego California and supposed to arrive Wednesday. However, the camera went site seeing to Chicago and now is delayed because my new camera's decided to hitch a ride in the opposite direction. Forget about calling customer service you have to wait forever before someone will pick up the phone line, and they always say we will have to push this up to a specialist. What for, to say the same thing you just told me from another person sitting right next to you.
C-mon companies why hire FedEx when you know they are bad. Stick with UPS they'll never let you down! Or if you can just do a Will-Call maybe a pain but you'll get your package sooner.
I have never got a package on time from fedex they are horrible I personally don't use them at all I use UPS and never had a late package
After the situation with FedEx stealing my packages, I WILL NEVER USE THIS SO CALLED SHIPPING CARRIER EVER AGAIN! I will never order anything that will be shipped by FedEx. They are a terrible, disheartening, untrusting, disrespectful company and the people who work for you are the same. Packages i ordered for Christmas were received but NO PRODUCT IN PACKAGES! Several of my packages are left opened on my porch! Y'all sign for my package, take items, and re tape the package. I HAVE SO MUCH PROOF! FedEx does NOT take any accountability and does NOT TAKE any responsibility, they don't have any sympathy or willingness to resolve issues. It's sad I'm talking about my Christmas gifts that were ordered last year, ITS NOW APRIL.
I've tried communicating with Walmart and FedEx on the issue with my biggest concern they initiated. NEITHER are helpful in resolving a problem. Just a big back and forth runaround. I paid $350 for a Apple Watch that i never recieved. I've tried working with my bank disputing the transaction and they are like oh not our problem either, you gotta talk with FedEx and Walmart.
Many more packages i received only through FedEx have been tampered with, destroyed or missing and never received. They are thieves and liars!

-NOT every employee is wrong but many altercations have determined that majority of them who work for FedEx, ESPECIALLY there customer support is beyond non supportive
They promised me my package would be here on schedule. So I took a day off work so I can sign on it. And got updates from customer service saying it will be here on time. Well missed a day of work for nothing. Wish I knew earlier. Wouldn't have been waiting.
It's pretty bad when a company went from being prompt to let's bounce a package around to cities wrapped around you before actually delivering. Love how one day it says expected on then the day of delivery says pending will update in a bit.
Item shipped on the 8/4/22 to be delivered on the 12/4/22, Today is the 14/04/22 and still no delivery and their ridiculous customer service department is completely useless as they can't assis with anything but tell you the exact same information as you see on the tracking page. Worst service ever. Go with DHL
They lie about attempting delivery as I was here till 6:00pm both days waiting and I ave a camera system to prove nor did they make any attempt to contact me/inform.

I have been missing packages being delivered to my address in East orange nj for the past months. Status says delivered but nowhere to be found. Call FedEx customer service no help, have customer rep that barely speaks English. Started claim nothing. There is no accountability nor no true customer service infant the representative that called from fedex hang up the call without listening to my concerns. I am being blocked from buying from curtain sellers because they think I'm lying and this is not right. Fedex needs to do better. I am highly dissatisfied and upset
I am absolutely apauled with this company. 4 times they claimed to have delivered my package, with various reasons why it was not delivered. Such as the company was closed, nobody was there to receive the package. After looking at the cameras everyday not once did a truck show up. After going through this hassle I had the package stopped shipment and to be left at the local Walgreens to be picked up since obviously they cannot seem to deliver anything or be honest. After 3 days of going to this pickup location it never showed up, I contacted corporate and spoke to multiple supervisors stating the package was brought back to a Durham facility. Awesome. Considering this location is actually just a few miels from my house, they said the package was there and I could pick it up. After calling to verify I was told they dont have the package and it hasn't been scanned in the system for 3 days now! What the hell FedEx! I will never ever use this company again and I will do everything to make sure no one ever does that I know. My company will never use you again. I have been lied to multiple times over and over. Not to mention this item in the package is for a customer's vehicle that I'm laying for a rental car on! And I have to explain this to the customer making me me look bad, giving me horrible reviews not to mention the rental car fee that I'm stuck paying for because this company is a complete joke! Your driver's are full or $#*! and dont care at all about anything. The supervisors will say whatever the hell they want to get off the phone with you.

FedEx missed their delivery date and now the delivery date is "pending" It's been over 7 days since it was shipped and I'm unable to contact FedEx customer service.
A delivery driver took a package off my porch that had been delivered by ups when he delivered a package. I reported it and nothing was done, they were avoiding the issue and unwilling to do anything about it. I filed a complaint with the better business burrow and the case was closed without any notification. The way I see it it is a crooked system altogether. I am out $67.00 for the cost of the package that was taken with no recourse, one day they will have to answer.
They send you a message with a date and says your package needs a signature and then they don't show up that day.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
