This is the third time FedEx delay my shipment for days because it was shipped to a wrong state and even when I contacted customer service they seem to be of no help to determine when I will receive my package

Fed Ex Killed My Cat

They mixed up the labels on my packages and my cat's urgent medication arrived weeks after it was supposed to - they admitted they had put the wrong label on for someone else's package and the delay was because of that. My cat died because of them and all they did was ignore and insult me when I informed them of what had happened. I will be contacting all media and press interested with proof.

A horrible company! It is a mystery to me as to how they stay in business with the choices the consumer has in competition. I will never use them again; I'm telling my friends and their businesses to avoid this service entirely. I paid extra for my package and since April/14 my daughter is waiting for the envelope I sent her and they told me it will take 48 hours to my daughter to receive it and still nothing. Lied about it for a weeks and strung me along with a multitude of different stories from one customer service agent to another, never telling the same tale. Fedex should be ashamed of the quality of service they provide, but they are without ethics, never use them. From France went to Netherlands and back to France

This company is disgusting! Everytime i get stuck with them my deliveries are lost or they say that they showed up and "i wasn't there to pick it up" AND ITS A LIE THEY LITERALLY NEVER SHOWED UP. No text updates, nothing! Companies stop using this delivery service you will lose your customers! Worst delivery service in the business- if i could give negative 2000 stars i would.

Shipped one item ground. Per FedEx, it would arrive in 5-7 business days. It was shipped 4 WEEKS ago and still has not made it to its destination. Current tracking status says:
"No scheduled delivery date available at this time."
"Scheduled delivery: Pending"

Second item shipped as Next Day. For the past 3 days, the status gets updated in the morning with:
"On FedEx vehicle delivery"
Then, later in the day a new status is added saying:
"Delivery exception"
"Future delivery requested"

I contacted FedEx about both of these. In both cases they have been unable to explain why the packages are not being delivered. They say they are "investigating" the shipment, but give no updates on why the packages are not getting delivered.

What a waste of my time and what an inconvenience! Very disappointed and upset.

Is Fedex a delivery company or a custom duty collection agency? Because I haven't received any delivery from Fedex during the last few encounters, the only thing I got from them is billing from custom duties.
Wouldn't recommend...

FedEx Lied about Delivery Attempt
April 21, 2022

2 shipments, in 2 weeks, delayed 48 hours each time by FedEX. Then FedEx driver lied about a delivery attempt on the 2nd package, moved the package from one facility to another in the wrong direction. FedEx must think we can sit around for 3 days waiting on them to get their $#*! together.
On top of a 1hr, 6 min. 17 second call with their resolution team trying to arrange pick up. Only to discover, this package is buried in a shipping container! MMm, but was out for delivery less than 24 hours ago. Something isn't adding up!

Contacted fedex to inquire about possible discounts for shipping for our business. Was told a sales rep would call within two days. After 5 days called again and was now told that they will only call if they think it will be worth while.
How fedex gets any new business is beyond me.

Overcomplicated

They dilivered my package over a month later because they were saying I didn't pay the custom fee. I had paid it and it took over 2weeks of chattig with them to resolve the issue.

Horrible service

Confronted a drive a couple months back about throwing the neighbors package out of his truck and now he did not deliver my package but he said he did i had 2 different packages that were suppose to be delivered but he only but 1 on the porch this is the second time fedex has done this to me they need to hire professional drivers i dont have ant problems with u. P.s. They are professionals

FedEx has gone so far downhill, do not trust them at all. Zero updates, drivers lie abt package delivery, had to purchase and ship item a second time because driver refused to place outside of apt door. If it was delivered at all! Customer service reps provide zero or erroneous info and then hang up on you. Had to ask to speak to managers twice now. Still dont have info as to where package was left. Second package is in limbo land with no updates and requiring a delivery window of 12 hours! Even comcast can do better than that!

How can it take 5 days to deliver a package 27 miles? This package has been sitting for the last 5 days unattended, and unmoved and is just across town. In fact, the whole delivery started in the Atlanta Metro area, 27 miles from the delivery area! And we are on day 7, with no delivery in site! I am so ANNOYED!

Worse shipping company ever

Not only am I a customer of FedEx but I also used to work for a company that dealt with FedEx as our shipper ( if that makes sense) not only were our customers dissatisfied with the unprofessionalism of this company but I am myself am dissatisfied to the fullest instead of giving a delivery date for someone's products why not just say the delivery is still estimated versus saying it's scheduled for a certain date I seriously hate FedEx and I hate when companies use FedEx to deliver merchandise to customers I have been waiting over 10 days for a package that was supposed to come 11 days prior I seriously wish that every establishment used UPS. Even the United States Postal Service is faster and more reliable than FedEx. I hate the people that work there and I hate the company all together instead of them actually doing their jobs you see them making TickTock videos, Snapchat videos, and Facebook videos dancing on the trucks I am so sick of this company they ruined my entire vacation I hope he gets shut down to where no one has a choice but to use USPS or UPS and I mean every word of this

I have used these guys for several years for my business but lately they promise to deliver by a certain day... right up until the end of the day and then change the delivery date... then I have to call my customers and apologize.
Today was the last time I will give them the opportunity to lie to me for profit... UPS tells you when it will take two days and deliver when they say they will... no lying. I'm Fedup with Fedex and they can Fedoff.

I would leave no stars if I could and unfortunately since my favorite workout clothes store only uses them to ship I won't be ordering anymore. My package was at a PA facility since Friday and just left today. Worst delivery company and I don't know why people use them

They refused to deliver my package because of "wrong address". The address was correct... I live here, I get Amazon and UPS packages all the time. Anyway, they sent my package to "Over Goods" without EVER calling me to confirm my address or notifying me that they "couldn't deliver" it, despite me being signed up for text/call communication from them. Then, once I realized the package wasn't coming to me, I called and they absolutely refused to send it back to me unless the shipper contacted them. (My shipper told me several times that they had been in contact with FedEx... not sure if I believe them, but.). So, basically I was caught in the middle of two $#*!ty companies, but with FedEx being such a big name I would have hoped for better customer service. They essentially stole my package by refusing to deliver it (no one could ever give me a reason why it wasn't delivered), and then sent it to overgoods and demanded more money before they will ship it back. That 100% a scheme if I've ever heard one! A quick google search tells me this happens all the time, and apparently they have a clause that says they can keep the package if not contacted within so many days after it arrives in overgoods. Seeing as they never even informed me it was delivered there, I could see that happening a lot. My package was a custom Tshirt order, so no use to them, but people have apparently lost thousands of dollars in goods this way. Shame on you FedEx! Never using again.
