Please don't waste your money on using FedEx for overnight delivery. I waited 6 days and had to go to the South Holland facility to retrieve my package. Oh the customer service was non existent. You either deal with people with bad attitudes or those that give false information without any repercussions.
Hard to track, joint packages get separated and lost, chat gives worthless help. I think Walmart primarily uses FedEx and I have never had reliable deliveries when I shop Walmart.
I'm sitting here after noon waiting for a package that requires a signature and was supposed to be delivered between 8:30 am - 10:30 am. Once 10:30 am passed, I could no longer track the delivery truck via FedEx's delivery map. Now my packages is to be delivered by End of Day.
WHY have a delivery map if it isn't available?
WHY do customers require signatures? NOT because they expect their clients are going to steal the package; because they fear a FedEx employee might steal the package. The signature is to ensure delivery.
WHY are FedEx customers inconvenienced having to wait for a signature required package and have to pay additional fees for signature required packages... because we don't trust FedEx (as is very easily displayed by the 89% 1 Star reviews on this website).

I wish there was an option to grade FedEx a negative number. This company has gone from the very best dependable delivery service to the absolute worst in the country. The individuals that deliver the packages are either blatant liars or the company has become dishonest and deceitful. For the fourth time in a row, I was suppose to have a package delivered to my condo and was texted that it would be arriving. We purposely waited at home for the package. We live in a condo, so we never received a call from our call box from the deliverer. Nor did anyone come to our door and knock or ring the door bell. Then they left a text that they were unable to deliver because no one was home to accept the package. A complete and total lie. This is the fourth straight time this has happened to me with a FedEx delivery. I would recommend using UPS, DHL, even USPS before I would ever use Fedex to mail a package.

Once again, FedEx has proven they are completely incompetent. They are lazy, have no work ethics, no integrity, and are liars. Was to have a delivery by the end of day 7/26/24, but because we are far out in the country, the driver didn't want to have to drive all this way on a Friday evening. So they made some excuse not to deliver my package. Then, they were to deliver it 7/27/24, between 10 AM and 2 PM. Guess what? NO Show! Now the tracker reads by end of day again. Being Saturday what do you want to bet they come up with another excuse for not delivering the package. I hate to say it, but for now on if you are a seller, and you use FedEx. You will not be getting my business, unless you can guarantee another carrier will be handling the package. As for me I plan on boycotting FedEx, they will never deliver another package to my home again. They suck.
I have a FedEx account for my work. All I need is to have users added to the account. ALL THE INFORMATION ON THEIR WEBSITE IS FALSE (Click on Administration Tab <---- THERE IS NO ADMINISTRATION TAB). The wait on the phone is 22 minutes and they cannot help either.
Horrible company and customer service. I had initially requested a hold of my package at a specific site due to required signature and I did not know if I would be available to receive. Within an hour of that request, I wasnable to confirm my availability and called to request a cancellation of the hold which the representative confirmed. On the day of the delivery, they DID NOT in fact cancel the original request and now I have to somehow fit a 80 lb package in my sedan... I was told that they do not have the capability on their end to cancel the original request BEFORE it is even shipped days before delivery. How do companies like this stay in business?!
WE ARE A BUSINESS AND FEDEX HAS DELIVERED HERE FOR AT LEAST 16 YEARS. FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS, PACKAGES HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED. WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT IT, I WAS TOLD WE HAD MOVED (NEWS TO ME) AND QUALITY CONTROL WAS CHANGING OUR ADDRESS AND DELIVERING ELSEWHERE. WHAT? CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE.

The company representative calls without letting you speak, interrupts you when you want to explain, cuts you off and hangs up.
They don't answer e-mails, call centres are useless, children are crying in the back ground, roosters are crowing, the representative hardly speaks English.

FEDEX should feature in their own comedy series, and their service is a complete joke! The drivers - if not lie - certainly fabricate evidence. They do not follow written instructions (can they read?) or verbal instructions (are they deaf?) and just make it up as they go along. Three attempts to deliver a parcel - and would not wait for the recipient to come to the gate to meet them, even when in telephone communication with them! Give me strength!
They never ever deliver on the date they are scheduled to deliver and leave my package right on my front porch a few feet from the side walk, in plain view for anyone walking by to grab - despite my directions listed on my account to put it in the storage box with a lid, which is also right on my front porch. Worst shipping company ever. Don't understand how they are still in business.
FedEx does not deliver as scheduled. They promise to deliver and the driver will call you in advance, but neither happens.
Also parcels are going missing and are never seen again.
Trying to get in contact with FedEx fails, because nobody is answering the phone and using the contact form you only get a AI generated E-Mail back.

Packages have constantly been left outside on the ground available to anyone passing by. I approached the shipper to ask if he intended on delivering to his customers door. His first response was who are you, followed by no I will not. He even repeated do I work for FedEx to insinuate that I wasn't his boss after I had already shared my title. Clearly, he isn't concerned with whether or not his customers get their packages. That not even the reason for this review! I called customer support and spoke with a Contesa who constantly over spoke and continuously referred to FedEx Customers as "Your Residents". She clearly didn't want to acknowledge any responsibility to getting FedEx Customers their packages. Her customer service approach was to be defensive and even redirected blame stating that we should have our package lockers cleaned out! What a joke considering my initial starting sentence included that the packages were too large to fit in lockers. I clearly realized there would be no capacity for troubleshooting/solution to take care of, "my resident's", or "Her Customers". I asked if there was anyone else that I could speak with, and her response was no, and she even ended the call following that! WOW!
I ordered a package from outside the country, the company shipped it expedited to get it by a Friday. FedEx notifies me it was delayed to Saturday. Then tells me delayed to Monday. I bought this item for a week long vacation I leave for on Sunday.
Management can't help me, they won't hold the package at a location I can go pick it up, and I'm asking their team what to do because I want this package now, I'll drive to where ever in my state to pick it up. They can't help me, won't help me, no alternative suggestions. This company is terrible, anyone still doing business through them needs to move over to UPS.
Worst package issue I've ever dealt with, at least USPS is willing to work with you whatever the situation. UPS also. Not these clowns.

I shipped personal goods from The Netherlands to UK when relocating, and the service was abysmal.
- Goods picked up late and without explanation or apology
- Goods delivered late and in three shipments
- All boxes were smashed and the majority of the contents were broken
- Some goods were stolen/missing from the boxes
- One box was so smashed they had to replace it. But they replaced it with a bigger box so it wasn't secure and when it arrived the contents looked like they had been put through an industrial tumble drier with some dynamite for a week
- One box worth approx 700 - 800 euro never showed up
- The compensation is capped at 78 euro and no exception made
-I have been contacting customer service daily (56 days now) and they were beyond useless and unhelpful
- I requested details of their "investigation" twice and they ignored my requests
- They closed my case without even issuing the pitiful compensation
Two months on and everything that could have went wrong with them has gone wrong. Please do yourself a favour and avoid Fedex at all costs. If you want to have your personal belongings stolen and smashed, it is far cheaper to throw them out of a window yourself and save the hassle.
I was supposed to get a package on 5/30 and tracking was saying it was on the way, I didn't get it and as of today, 6/4 still hasn't moved. I have called numerous times and customer service is terrible.
I raised a query number ******* with Fedex in February 2024 because I had paid an invoice twice.
Fedex can take months to send out invoices for import duty. I had paid for an invoice then received a reminder saying I hadn't paid so paid again by mistake.
I have provided all statements etc and Fedex have still not reimbursed me and keep saying it is being looked into, it is now 22-04-24

It is now 31-05-24 and Fedex will not even reply to my many emails and messages let alone refund me.
I have written to the CEO, Raj Subramaniam twice and he hasn't even had the courtesy to reply.
Fedex is a bunch of cowboys with a CEO who is a complete waste of space, AVOID at all costs.
My shipment was sent from CA to AZ in a day for delivery! It was then placed on the "wrong truck" and sent to NY. It was then sent back to AZ and arrived a week later and according to the tracking log it was placed on a truck and "out for delivery" at 0604 on Friday 17 May. Then at 1603 that very same day we get notified that it would not be delivered until the following week because of "Operational Delays"! Where was it for 10 hours and why does it take almost 2 weeks to deliver a product from CA to AZ when its' around 500 mile away?/
I ordered some items on May1. The order had to be split into 2 packages. The first package was delivered on May 3. The second package was delayed. I contacted service on the 5th and they promised to investigate and call me back. They wanted to know what was in the box. I declined to say what was in the box. The tracking showed delays and my package riding thru several states and remaining in North Carolina for 3 days. Then the package traveled to Kentucky and Tennessee and Back to North Carolina. Contacted customer service again about delivery. Package traveled to Virginia and stated that it was out for delivery. I stayed home all day waiting for the delivery that did not happen. The next day again tracking stated that the package was out for delivery. I left home and when I returned the box was propped up against my garage door. The box had been flattened. Even the tape holding the box together was cut or broken open. They put the box together and took a picture of it. With flaps tucked in to hold the box together. It looked as if someone had dropped something very heavy onto the box. Fortunately the item inside the box was not breakable. If it was breakable it would have been in a thousand pieces. The second box arrived a week after the first box. There is no excuse. They weren't apologetic. They were defensive. They said they had a lot of boxes to deliver. I knew there was going to be a problem when the company that I ordered from sent it by Fed Ex. I will never order from any company that ships by Fed Ex. They are unprofessional and they do not take pride in delivering the merchandise. I've never had this type of problem with UPS. IT IS POSSIBLE TO DELIVER PACKAGES IN A TIMELY MANNER WITHOUT DAMAGING THE MERCHANDISE. I wonder why Fed Express is still in business. Their ratings are poor across the board. I will avoid them at all costs.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
