I handed overt package on 22 April 2022 and it was delivered on 26 April 2022. I paid 56.22 for express delivery, but it took 4 days to deliver. If I send via Canada Post, I just need to pay less than $10. I called customer support and one representative told that I will get refund whiting 5 to 7 business days. But I did not get and contacted customer support after 3 weeks. Now they are telling they do not have any procedure to refund for delay delivery.

Very late delivery

I have been waiting on my package for 5 days they never can tell me where it's at they keep changing when it's gonna be here and it's a very important package it's the worst experience I've of ever had with a delivery service it is not the first time they've done this.

Lost

Returning an item from Rock Auto using their label printed on my printer. Dropped off at DG Market a Fedex pick up location. A week later it apparently hasn't left DG Market. Filling out a claim I am required to supply ship to address which I don't have, not my label. Address should be available through tracking #. Rock Auto apparently doesn't have a telephone because I can't find one and the ship to address isn't available on website. Really a pain to complete a form without required info.

Far too often "Scheduled Delivery Today" is a nice notion, but not a fact with regard to correct tracking status. Even "On Vehicle for Delivery Today" may not mean it will make it off of that vehicle today. Here in the Pacific Northwest anything that says your package is in Troutdale Oregon (suburb of Portland) really means that it will be delayed another day or two, that is if it didn't just go there to die.

It is a daily competition between USPS, UPS, and FedEx as to which service I have the greatest distain.

When I was out of town FEDEX delivered 4 packages not to my address but to the hallway of mine Of my condo partially blocking the way up the stairs to get to the condos above. I was out of town and we called them and they said they could not get anybody to go fixed the issue anyone fix it the next day lol. Can you imagine putting people in danger walking up-and-down the stairs and not willing to fix it even knowing what you did. So instead of walking up the stairs leaving the packages at my condo they left them in a entrance way at a non address And even after contacting the manager they would not fix their issue I can't imagine a worst company.

Absolute Worst

Absolute worst of the 3 major shipping companys. Obviously run by poorly trained monkeys. Ordered a package coming from 36 miles away. Spent two days sitting in that location and was then sent 31 miles in the opposite direction - took 12 hrs for that trip. Sat there for 12 more hours before departing there Has of right now, if it arrives tomorrow, it will have been 5 days since the inital pick up...all for about a 35 minute drive. In the meantime, I've received packages ordered at the same time in 1- 2 days that were coming from several states away. Going forward I will chose a different supplier/vendor if they indicate they use FedEx for their deliveries as this seems to be the norm whenever I'm getting packages shipped FedEx.

FedEx Fails to Deliver

Package not delivered on time. Package was shipped priority overnight for delivery 5-11-22 by 10:30am. They tell me it is sitting at one of their facilities with hopeful delivery on Monday 5-16-22. That's not what I entrusted or paid FedEx to do. They failed. This was a time sensitive medical document. Even refunding my money will not make this right, but I do want my money back. Why do I have to wait 5 days after my package is finally delivered (if it is ever delivered) to submit a refund request? They have already failed to deliver on their promise. My refund should be automatic

What a terrible communication system, wanting to pay duty. Impossible wait times waiting to speak to a person to get duty paid. Waited over an hour, i hung up. Then tried auto payment system, entered all details required the automated system then repeated all details then hung up on me before repeating last detail. This has happened before. Complained before fed ex don't care about customer complaints as nothing done.

The new fedex in covington, LA sucks. If u can ship with some else. They leave your packages sewherr else then where intended. And the driver clueless of where he delivered it. Less than 5 min later. Never again will I use fedex

I have been waiting for a package ALL day. Called numerous times and was told my package for my small business payroll would be delivered today by 4:30. Customer service told me they could see it was on a truck and they would let the driver know to be here before 4:30 so I could get to the bank on time. Never showed up and then I am told it was not out for delivery. It s still in Nashville and I can go get it. Its over a hour away. I will never never never ever ship with FedEx again. This was really important to me and my business.

Twice in 5 months I have received a text from FedEx that my package has been delivered. No package on porch or anywhere on property. Short street with 7 houses and not one neighbor received my package by accident. No one even saw or heard the FedEx truck come down the street. I and my 5 of my neighbors are home all day most days. I can see my driveway and the street from where I sit with my laptop. Package was not delivered nor attempted. Drive lied. Called FedEx and they quizzed me like a criminal. Opened investigation never heard from them again. So my money is just gone. Not good on fixed income. I am ready to stop using businesses that use FedEx exclusively. Sorry no package so no picture.

I don't normally leave reviews but my recent experience with FedEx cannot be overlooked. I ordered a swingset for my grandchildren. Came in 3 different boxes. 2 about 40 pounds each and one that was 134 pounds. The two small boxes came quickly and to the right address. The large box didn't come yet the FedEx and Walmart websites both said all three had been delivered. Then we got a message from a woman in a different town 30 miles away who said she had our box. Different town, different house number, different street, different zip code. How did that happen? Correct address was on the box. We couldn't go get it because we don't have a truck and it's too heavy for us. I called FedEx every day until they picked up the box from the wrong address. They never told us they picked it up; the lady called to say it had been retrieved. I called FedEx every day for 2 weeks asking when it would be delivered to the correct address. They kept saying it was on the truck. I finally called Walmart to say I wanted a refund, which they gave me right away because FedEx told them the package was lost. THEN I get a call from FedEx saying they had my package in their headquarter location which is over an hour away and wanted to know if I wanted to come pick it up because it was beyond their delivery weight limit! WHAT? They had already delivered it once to the wrong address?! I told them to send it back because I had already received a refund. Horrible Horrible Horrible. This was the headquarter location in Mansfield, Ohio. Maybe others are ok, but this one is not!

Fed Ex is the worst company EVER. They lost my package but kept sending me emails that my package would be delivered the next day. I called the company I bought from and they are replacing my order free of charge and refunding my money for the order that these jerks lost. They said that I probably won't ever get the order because they were informed by Fed Ex that my package was either lost or damaged. They are shipping my new order via UPS. I told them I don't want them to use Fed Ex for my orders anymore. They were speechless when I told them that Fed Ex always mis delivers and told me once when they delivered my package to my neighbor that I could go to my neighbor and get the package myself. This after I told them I couldn't because I was handicapped and couldn't walk over there. This company does not know what good customer service is.

INCORRECT ADDRESS 3 TIMES WHILST ADDRESS WAS CORRECT.
DEMANDED A $#*!ING SIGNATURE WHEN IT DIDNT NEED ONE
WENT TO TWO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AND THEY DON'T HAVE IT
ONLINE AND PHONE AGENTS ARE USELESS.

We keep trying because there are few options and FEDEX knows this - therefore, are okay messing up people's shipments. They are okay missing deadlines. Again, I paid $170.00 for a FIRST OVERNIGHT only for it AGAIN to NOT happen. I have learned my lesson. If you actually NEED something overnight - this is NOT the company to use. By the way customer service was offshore and horrible, as well.

FedEx let me down to a extreme extent. I already paid 50 dollars and as my package gets delivered they are asking of me to fork out an additional $119.56. I do not believe this is acceptable and never support these stupid $#*!s from FedEx ever again.

Don't use FedEx

This is the second time FedEx has mess up my orders. I will not even use a company the ships FedEx from now on. As you can see how long it takes for a shipment to get to it's designation. This was a time sensitive package That's not going to make it on time. Should have shipped with UPS or even the USPS. Don't waste your money the company is not a reliable shipper.

I sent a new iPhone as a gift to a friend in Rotterdam. I insured the package. Paid 200 dollars for the service and insurance then I was charged 300 euros import tax. There was a demand to hand over the parcel personally and against signature. At 10 am the parcel was loaded into the car to the driver. At 12 there is information about the delivery to my friend. He did not receive anything. We start searching. Immediately on the site there is another information that was already delivered at 4 pm to some unknown person. On the phone, FedEx assures us that the driver left it for a neighbor on the left. All the neighbors were interviewed. The parcel is gone and there is no response from the FedEx customer service. How can we trust your company? TN: **************

Incompetence

My package was due on May 3rd and was delayed to the 4th, then the 5th. I called and the support person told me it would definetly arrive on the 5th. The package is in my home town, but I can't pick it up due to restrictions. Will never use their service again or buy from anyone that does.
