I got a bill and couldn't figure out, no matter how I tried, and who I contacted, to figure out what it was for. Something Amazon? Of course, I had to pay the stupid thing anyway, because the invoices wouldn't stop until I did. Also, who checks their actual physical mailbox for these things?! LOL. Nobody ever contacted me back, or was able to answer my question. WHAT WAS THIS BILL FOR? Crappy customer service = business out of business. I wish people would remember that. I won't miss them when I am getting packages from somebody else.
In the past I haven't had a problem but my current situation I am beyond upset. Sent a package that ended getting sent back because they didn't have good communication with the receiver and didn't have or care to get an interpreter to explain that he need to pay a fee. I spend around $200 and they refuse to give me a refund. I will never use FedEx ever again
I recently had dealings with FedEx and they were suppose to deliver a package I needed for my at home work, since I'm disabled and can't leave my home alone. The driver pulled up and it was raining lightly, but he never left his vehicle and just drove away. The tracking on package switched from out for delivery to unable to deliver no customer home, which wasn't true. I called FedEx customer support and explained my situation and how I needed the part for my computer for my job, medications amongst other things and how I'm disabled and can't leave the house. The customer support girl laughed at me and said the package would be the by 8pm next day. Laughing at me really bothered me.
This engine is costing me about$1500 a day that i don't have it, it shows that it delivered to the local hub at 12:21 AM on 5/3 but at 17:00 on 5/4 fed ex dispatch says they never recieved it in Springfield although the driver called in the AM on the 4th to schedule delivery.

I Paid for overnight shipping for next day delivery by 4:30 PM, the driver said he or she attempted to deliver the package@ 5:15 PM but was unable to because the car dealer was "closed" which is impossible because the dealership was open until 7:00 PM,
Fed-ex'd a "large check" from Canada to Florida. Used Fedex as l thought it would be safer than mail. Was l wrong. NEVER USE THEM - THEY ARE AWFUL. Person in Florida l was sending to works from home full time - after l told him l sent Fedex he said, never use them - they say they try to deliver but they don't even drive here. They do this 3 times and then drop off at local Fedex shipping point to be picked up. I guess they are saving on gas that way. L wanted my shipment signed for by receipient. When he went to pick up it had already been picked up by someone else. You are supposed to have ID and tracking # to pick up. Person who picked had a name other than my receipient. Bottom line is that the West Palm beach outlet drivers do not drive to your place to try to deliver. Depot they drop off at releases package without asking for ID. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN - SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME. My receipient in Florida tells me to use UPS next time - they will deliver to your home.
They send me a email for 3 different days say its scheduled to arrive make me sit at home and wait all day and never came and make me wait and sit at home for nothinf
Can't give me an estimate of when my package will arrive. Doesn't accept my address as a valid address. Sent my package to the town next to me, then they sent it two states away for "custom clearing" and said my package would arrive the next day before noon, then they sent it back to the town next to me where it's still in "clearance" and it didn't arrive when they said it would and they now say they have no idea when it will arrive. Worst experience with a shipping company ever, they have no idea what they're doing and they operate like a box of rocks

Monday: Delayed. I call customer service 3 times. Tell them the package contains a live tree. It'll die. I beg them. I offer to pick it up from their facility. They say they can't do that. Rude agent keeps interrupting me.
Monday night: Still not delivered. Not even an estimated delivery date.
Folks, if you don't want to have the same experience, use UPS instead.

Why is it that fedex is ALWAYSS late?! I have 2 shipments that was shipped out for 2 day delivery from spectrum mobile. The devices was supposed to be delivered 4/28. Its now 5/1 and my packages has been out for delivery 2x (Fri & Sat) and never showed up! Now its Sunday and im not even sure if will be delivered today as they both just say "delayed". The fedex shipment center is only 5mins from my house and when I called yesterday to change my delivery to pickup, they were never able to get anyone on the phone to do so.
This same similar thing happened 2 years ago with this exact same company. Ordered a phone upgrade via spectrum mobile, 2 day delivery and guess what? That phone never showed up in 2020. It got missing in the Memphis TN location, no tracking number to be found (obviously the phone was stolen). Had to wait 7 whole weeks for them to investigate & close out the ticket before I was able to get another phone.
Now back to 2022, I actually went into the spectrum store and ordered these upgrades because I thought they would have the phones in stock, in person so I wouldnt have to deal with fedexs bs again. The exact thing i was trying to avoid by going to the store in person is happening right in front of my eyes again, ordered 2 upgrades and still have not received my packages via their shipping partner, fedex! Called fedex customer service 3x for updates (Your packages is out for delivery ma'am). I heard that 2x on 2 different days, why is my shipment still not here after being on the truck 2x for delivery, and why cant I get anyone on the phone at my nearest pickup center to just request a pickup?! Fedex is so trash, its crazy.
Delivery drivers don't know the difference between east and west. My package is always delayed or missing.
FedEx is the worst. We live in a hillside ranch. FedEx driver is too lazy to drive up the driveway to front door to leave packages. They prefer to toss packages by downhill garage door where there is no service door into house and we're unaware packages have been thrown down there. They leave it there in the rain and snow. Found a Christmas gift after New Years down in a snowdrift. Left four tires down there for easy theft by anyone driving by. I have called local office and they do nothing to resolve the problem. I wish when you order items online you could choose your delivery company. ANYTHING BUT FEDEX!
Give ur package a world tour 1st use FedEx. Cannot meet their delivery window ever. Gave my package a tour of Germany then the USA. I did call FedEx to find out why their service is so bad their response is logistics. So, in my honest opinion do not use FedEx, unless u want ur package to see the world and arrive a month after the date they gave for delivery. It's logistics
If I pay for my package and I choose to pick my package up after a failed attempt to my residence. I should be able to pick it up, not have to wait until the next business day at end of day this has happened multiple times. I guess if there is a Gate wherever they are delivering, they "have issues" (even knowing the entry code per delivery instructions and contact info)ups never has an issue delivering my packages or entering nor does Amazon or any other delivery service, ONLY FEDEX, worst delivery service ever.
Just wanted to give kudos to Jonathan our delivery person, He is always so pleasant and even remembers our names. He delivers to planned parenthood in flint on Beecher road. Very nice young man. I believe his supervisor is ryan Montgomery. He said something about '428". He can deliver to us anytime..

FedEx has been on a steady decline for years now in the quality of service. They're living off a reputation that's outdated.
Every package I get from FedEx is late, no matter what price I pay for shipping. I ask each company I buy from if they don't specify the shipper if it's FedEx and if it is I ask for an alternate option or I'll go elsewhere.
So embarrassed I've kept the stocks for so long and that FedEx still gets support
Recently was awaiting shipment from ATT by FedEx. Initial tracking gave a date. Driver updates status to show they were unable to deliver the package, "customer was not available". However, everyone was home and surveillance cameras showed no FedEx truck ever coming to the property. On the very next day, tracking updated to show item was placed back on the truck for re-delivery. About 1 hr later, status was changed again to say, " item delivered", as well as signed for. Well the only souls at the property were those of a cat and a dog, so go figure. Further, again the surveillance cameras showed FedEx never were on the property. Contacted FedEx, who issued an investigation number. Still haven't heard from them. Let the buyer beware!
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
