Awful!

If I could give zero starts, I would. I ordered a bike for my child and was given a delivery date. They then changed it to the day after. Not a big deal. I get up on delivery day and check the tracker. My package is less than an hour from my home! Yay! Then I get off work expecting the package to be waiting for me. Not. It wasn't there of course. For reference, I live in Southern Kentucky. I check the tracker and they have shipped my package from being in Nashville, TN- an hour away from my home- to being over 9 hours away in Portland, NY. This was at 5 pm and expected delivery time was by 8:00 pm. I called FedEx to find out what in the world was going on and they tell me that since it's still within my expected delivery time, they can't do anything and I would have to call back. I was also told they didn't even know WHERE my package was and I would have to wait until the next destination scan to find it. Great. So I get up the next day to see where they've decided to send it this time and find that it's in Kansas City, MO! 13 hours away! In the WRONG DIRECTION! To top it off, there is absolutely NO expected delivery date on my package now and absolutely no one can give me a concrete answer on where it is or when it will be here! Get your lives together FedEx. This is LITERALLY your job!

I wish vendors would let the consumer choose who will deliver their items. If they did I would not choose FedEx. They usually are late and more often than not the box comes busted and the item is damaged or missing parts. They are truly awful.

Untrustworthy

The only reason they have a 1 is because I can't put a zero. No customer service help, packages that are "overnighted" take at minimum a weeks time. It also doesn't help when it is a package you actually need the next day. Overall I detest working with FedEx and I would not recommend to anyone. Go with UPS!

I ordered an item that was shipped more that a month ago and still have not received it. It has been sitting at the St. Louis location for weeks and yet I see fedex trucks in my neighborhood almost every day.

Poor service, bad timing, I ordered a package from my workshop for my clients, it said 2 working days which ended up 5 working days, cost me to miss my flight to wait for my important package to arrive, cost me to lose my clients because the order did not make it on time.
Make sure when you order to do it at least a month in advance because you can never trust their schedules

Always damaged

The packaging company went above and beyond to avoid damage to a picture on poster board. But leave it to FedEx to break it. I'm tired of these idiots that go out of their way to be careless with others valuables. If you hate your job so much quit already!

Sent a package from Hawaii to Georgia on May 10,2022, which took a week to get there. The return of the item to Hawaii was 6 days ago, with another 6 days left to get arrive here. Seriously?

FedEx's automated menu mas it impossible to get to a person and is a tremendous waste of time. The options available never cover the topic I am calling for and it almost never gives you a representative even if you ask for it.
I purchased furniture at Wayfair which was going to be delivered by Fedex. I asked for it to be delivered on a certain date because I was not going to be at the home before then. I was told the order needed to be placed and hen call Fedex to change the delivery date. It took me an hour to do so, and had to ask for a supervisor. Guess what, it was delivered before that date and it was left in the rain. I called to hhave it picked up and kept on hold but I could not get through to anyone. How much worse can it get?

How hard is it to do the job your paid to do? Pay 100s of dollars for a item then spend 100 on shipping to get it fast and here we are day 4 out of 2 day shipping still $#*!in nothing. Yall need pay decreases

Fake arrival dates

Every single time and I mean every time I order something and the seller uses Fed Ex, it states the delivery date, and it literally shows up days and days later than initial. I pay extra for 2 day shipping... 5 days later my item shows up! Its ridiculous! I never have this trouble with UPS! NEVER!

Looking at the overall score/rating of FedEx it looks like a lot of people have had similar experiences. My situation is I run a nonprofit where we ship international packages across the globe. The company we work with to help with the labels has a partnership with FedEx. I've had MANY difficulties working with them.

The most recent experience was I received a call from saying that they were going to return or destroy one of the packages that was being sent to a children's hospital overseas. During the voicemail they left a tracking number. I called FedEx back and fought my way through the automated responses to finally speak to someone then was transferred to the global department. When I provided them the tracking number they told me it was the wrong number so they couldn't help me.

Someone in the system had my phone number in their so they could call me and tell me there was an issue with a package, but somehow they were unable to find my information without a tracking number. Since we ship multiple packages a month to global nonprofits and there was no detail about which country it was coming from our package that was sent to a children's hospital may be destroyed.

I've written 1 star reviews everywhere I can (and I'm not alone). Bottom line don't use FedEx for anything valuable or change that for anything period. For laughs here are the excuses from day one to now day 31 about where my $500 bass guitar went.
Day 1 "Delayed no more info available" Day 2 "ditto" Day 3-4-5 "Ditto" Day 6 "We are investigating" Day 7 "You package is at the center (address here) and we're just having a shortage of employees, we're running behind in deliveries but I will guarantee it'll be delivered tomorrow" Day 8 "We are still waiting for it to go out to you" Day 9 "your package unfortunately is lost we'll do a trace" Day 10 at 3 pm "We are still looking" Day 10 at 4 pm I get an email "your package was delivered on day 3 it was left at the front door at 1 pm" Day 10 at 4:30 I call to let them know the delivery address is a UPS store and no package was "left at the front door". Day 10 5:00 pm "We'll ask the driver and get back to you" Day 11 nothing day 12 nothing Day 13 "The driver "clearly remembers giving it to someone at the UPS store" (oops it was "left at the front door remember?" I ask so why is the "proof of delivery" document you sent me blank? (gives no address where it went or person it was delivered to) "Oh the driver "forgot" to scan the box when they took it out of the truck" (so there's no proof of delivery (UPS store never got any package for me that whole week) Day 14-15-16-17-18-19 "Maybe they delivered it to the wrong address" "We don't know yet need more info" "We have a case opened on it I'll call you tomorrow" (Never get a call) "I was out of the office but we are asking about this here's my direct # to call me" (direct number is not to the person I was speaking with" "Well we're sorry about this, maybe the driver left it at the wrong address (back to day 14) Fast Forward to Day 31 I have a dispute in for the charge and my CC says will get the charge removed, they are investigating. End result: Don't ever use FedEx it's just not worth it period.

Terrible!

Lack of communication, inaccurate information, horrible customer service. I have had bad experiences with them before, but this is just disrespectful. My package is a day late, I called to coordinate a pick up, since there was no sings of it arriving any time soon. They told me to call in an hour because it wasn't available for pick up yet. I called 45 minutes after and they tell me it's already in transit to it's final destination. I asked if there was any way to contact the driver before he left, since I can see online it's not yet "out for delivery" and the answers with, "not possible at this moment"… Still waiting for my package.

Guarantee is worthless

On March 2 I mailed an important document to be delivered by March 4. It was not delivered until March 8. In the meantime, I spent more money to send it again. I called FedEx to get a refund back in March and they said to wait a few weeks. I forgot about it until May and then called back. After speaking to 4, yes 4, different people in 4 different departments I was told that my window to file for a refund had expired. Apparently, I had only two weeks. Was I told this in March when I initially called? NO. The FedEx guarantee is worthless. Never again.

Incompetent

I have complained to Fedex headquarters and my local office multiple times to no avail. My packages are being left on my very busy road in all weather conditions - rain, sleet, snow, heat - and I am a senior citizen with a handicapped husband. So I have to go out and drag my packages down a long driveway. One star is too much for this poorly managed company.

FedEx is the most unreliable awful delivery company out there. Why do they still get business? I have a package coming that requires a signature and they told me the scheduled delivery date was a HOLIDAY ALL THEIR FACILITIES AND DEIVERS WERE NOT WORKING AT ALL. I gave up my holiday sitting at home waiting for a package and then when it didn't show up on time I had to navigate their awful phone tree until I spoke to a representative, who said he would patch me through to his manager who would call me back within an hour. Call never happened. Absolutely the worst service I've ever dealt with. Horrible business they should all be ashamed of themselves you can clearly tell no one at this company takes an ounce of pride in their work.

They have the worst costumer service never on time. Always late!
I am waiting for my package for over a week and it supposed come today. Woke up in the morning my delivery changed, Now I have to wait one extra day.

Multiple late late and late deliveries. No clear complaints procedure and social media contact just get taken offline to avoid bad publicity. I have changed to sitejabber to write a review after my latest delivery has just hit its 4th delivery date. I struggle to find one that got here on time and on the 1st delivery date. Please avoid using and go with another logistics company. Seriously, they can only be better than this!
