I have tried multiple times to submit a claim for a delayed delivery from Fed Ex. There has been absolutely no follow-up from Fed Ex. They simply ignore you. They ask you to submit a claim on-line, you do this and then do not hear anything from them for weeks on end. It is impossible to speak to a real person. They want you to do everything on-line which ensures you will not get any help whatsoever. The worst company I have ever dealt with.

Federal express is the worst delivery company on the face of the planet I have ordered quite a few things from eBay and somethings I have received and somethings I never received and until this day I cannot get compensated eBay will not return my money federal express is given so much runaround I will never order anything else and if it's easy federal express that is going to deliver it I would not buy it online not from that company that is using federal express for delivery service
I never received the Google Wifi system I ordered from Amazon. The seller said I needed to make a claim with FedEx. FedEx said I signed for the package. My name was spelled incorrectly and after reviewing my 2 cameras, not only wasn't there a package delivered at said time, there was no courier from any company that delivered a package to my house on said date. They denied my claim. I'm out $160. This is beyond frustrating!
Sick and tired of fedex. Would never use them if I didn't have too. Every time I have a package that shows delivery date on time always has a delay by at least 1 day. Fedex needs to take a lesson from Amazon or UPS. Just get the package to us on time, even show 2 days out and deliver one day early would be awesome, especially when we are anticipating a part for a customer, make appointment for customer, then explain to customer fedex can't deliver a part on time as shown on tracking. Sick of fedex. Pretty sure the "ex" on fedex stands for extra days from promised delivery date. Stupid, get your act together.
My parcel was supposed to be delivered the 8th of june in Belgium, but it was instead only delviered to the FedEx center at 10 minutes away from the delivery place; I was then told that the delivery would have been done the following day, but when I checked the tracking the day after I discovered that the parcel was shipped to France for reasons beyond my understanding and it is still there up to today (the 13th), with the customer service telling me that they have no control on it or telling me to "call them in the afternoon for updates" while they just wanted to get rid of my call. Worst service ever.
I do not want to completely rag out FedEx, as in the past, they have been fairly reliable. But today, I have been the victim of what I consider a lazy, ignorant driver. It is raining. Not hard, but raining. Instead of doing what every driver before him did, this guy decides he does not want to get out of the truck and walk the 20 feet back and leave my pkg. In the plastic bag as all other drivers before him have done. This pkg. Was not to be signed for. I am livid, as I have waited for the pkg. For 10 days.

Again, within 2 weeks, I have to deal with another delivery company without ethic. This time is Fedex. I'm happy at least we have company like UPS in America. I ordered the club jerseys for my son and he has game this Sunday. We suppose to get our package last Friday. My home's entry point is a little bit hard to find out. The delivery guy didn't give a good try and mark my address wrong address. I gave them a call and leave the detail notes. At Saturday, I didn't see my package again. When I called this morning, they are saying I didn't leave my unit #. I told them there is only one unit and everybody else can deliver stuff to my address. Now, my son will miss his game. This is crazy, How come a delivery guy can delay the delivery again and again just because he doesn't want to walk a couple of more steps. Fedex please improve your service. You can't let your employee make a decision to delay the delivery. It is an issue we have a monopoly business here. Less competence cause less care to customers.
We live in a fairly new neighborhood. Our home was finished over a year ago and we have lived here all that time. We have no problem receiving packages sent USPS or UPS. In the last 2 months we have expected 5 packages from FEDEX and none of them have gotten to our home. They have not been delivered to neighbors either. We have no idea where they have been delivered. FedEx just says they were delivered but we have no idea where. I have called customer service and all they tell me is they are "lost". In this day and age with the technology available there is no excuse for such poor service. BTW, our house has very visable numbers. Our local office is over an hour away so having packages held there is not at option. If it was possible to have a blanket request to deliver to a local Walgreeen that is what I would do but it must be done on each package and I don't always have to ability to catch it. Anyway, this company is just TERRIBLE!
Perishable deliveries are delayed continually without explanation or apology! These left their destination with plenty of time. I suspect the local hub is either too lazy or too understaffed to process these or load the truck.
Fedex sent me a message saying that my deligery will arrive by 12pm and it requires my signature because its a priority package.
11am, I'd been waiting for the packages. Then suddenly, the fedex sent me a message stating that i missed the package? Goodness! The address was so clear!

I've been using FEDEX alot the past few years mostly to get my medications from a mail in pharmacy and they're constantly making mistakes like losing packages with controlled medications, receiving them damaged also sending them to the wrong city.
The pharmacy uses both FEDEX and UPS and after multiple problems especially losing medications I had my pharmacy set up my account to use only UPS, unfortunately the pharmacy still uses FEDEX more then UPS still and this has been going on for years. UPS has never lost or sent a package with medications damaged nor sent them to the wrong city. Just a few days ago FEDEX misplaced a package which delayed it putting me in a situation where I ran out of my meds which can cause me to die stopping taking them a day.
FEDEX claims medications are a priority which should mean that the chance of losing them would be rare but it definitely isn't for me and others, some I've spoken to online (even saw that 1 person had their medications lost twice in the same week).
FEDEX is definitely a delivery service you should definitely not use if sending or receiving anything of value, I'm sure there's people who have never had any issues using FedEx but not in my case.
No customer service after my phone was stolen from the package. Intentional negligent as they are not made to pay for their misdeeds. Why do you think their shares are sliding while online commerce is booming? Because they are corrupt, they are implicit in this fraud. I have literally never received a package from fedex on time or when they say it'll be delivered. Everytime it gets "delayed" when its already scheduled for "by end of day" and is literally within 15 min of my house. I could go pick it up myself faster than they could get it here, but apparently thatd not possible. Miraculously when end of day rolls around... package never arrives and is "delayed" once again. You'll get it when you get it should be their company slogan

I bought something from Walmart online, and it was sent over to FedEx for the delivery. FedEx gave me a delivery date and all of a sudden that they had no clue what happened to my order. I signed up for FedEx text message, FedEx manager to keep track of my order. My 6 year old nephew said to me that they must be stupid. I had to laugh, that a 6 year old can say that a delivery service are stupid. I'm supposed to go into the hospital on Friday the 10th of June for knee surgery. I'm am going to sue the hell out of FedEx for misinformation on delivery. The CEO is going to have to retire if I sue FedEx. So they better hope my item shows up on Wednesday the 8th of June or before I go into the hospital I will contact my lawyer and will sue FedEx for a lot of money.
I used to use USPS as a service provider, but I was advised to try fedex as they said is more reliable and may cost as much. I opened an account with fedex and sent a package with a pre-paid return envelope for the same package. Fedex guy charged me around $14 to send the package and fedex charged me more than $40 for returning the same package for the same turn around time. I contacted fedex asking for an explanation or adjustment and to unsubscribe me from fedex after dozen of emails they responded to the second part of the request but never provided an explanation as why I was overcharged for the exact same service
FedEx is the absolute worst parcel carrier in the whole wide world, hands down! Their booking agents are fully clueless and they do NOT even have customer service, none that I ever experienced. It doesn't matter if you email them a thousand times or call, you never get a soul! I just booked a pick up over the phone, for a client, using their account number and the brainless lady that scheduled it never mentioned a bar code label, nor sent me one to our email (how would I know when we do NOT use FedEx?) I addressed the package properly and when they came they would NOT take it saying it needs a scan bar! I've emailed and called with the confirmation number I was given and I never got a reply nor label even still! It shipped UPS!
I had ordered a brand new phone and laptop that was supposed to be delivered on 6/6/2022 at 6pm 6 pm rolls around and its still not here 8pm rolls around and it says end of day end of day comes as im currently writing this post and guess what IT STILL ISNT HERE it shows it hit my city at 6am this morning it does not take 13 hours to deliver to my house so i called and they said oh it wont be here till the next day I PAID FOR OVER NIGHT SHIPPING NOT ONLY DID THEY HAVE TO SEND IT BACK BECAUSE IT BROKE THEY CANT EVEN DELIVER ON TIME
Lost shipments and no status. Ever shipment delivery date change or miss. Fedex is worst service to use nationally or for internally courier.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
