In my opinion Fed Ex is now run by grifters. They promise to get your package somewhere and do not follow through. Then they say next day over and over for for days. All of a sudden tracking warning. There is no one to talk to all you get is some foreigner somewhere the do not speak the English language. They lie &lie will give you no superior then you have shipper keep your money you get nothing. They should make cast away 2. Plane crashes kill everyone and all packages float away lost forever. The end. Flush your money down the toilet works as well. Lying no good thief's.

The FedEx driver went to the wrong location or lied, but the package shows as "Customer not available" when I sit by the entrance to our facility. I've spoken with multiple customer care reps to no avail. I will not use Fedex again.
I agree sometimes you cant just make that delivery on time. With fedex its all the time late a few days i order some bar stools was supposed to be delivered on 07/01/22 its 07/06/22 and i still dont have them

I had one package delivered in the pouring rain with no plastic on it! Waiting on a package that was to be delivered June 29. This is July 5 the driver pulled in my driveway and still no package! This is ridiculous!

I have 2 shipments stuck in Kentucky. I have tried for 1 week to get information on these. One person told me they had a bad sticker and that is why they haven't been delivered. I explained the first time it was an air conditioner for an elderly person who has no ac. No help from anyone. Today they told me they can't tell me. Try tomorrow. Never again. For 6 days it left there facility for delivery. For 6 days it was returned no delivery. No one is concerned. No one knows what is wrong except the sticker won't scan. Ridiculous
Consistency 3 out of 4 packages from FedEx are not delivered on time, even if tracking claims it is "out for delivery". FedEx is extremely undependable. Whenever avail., always request a different shipping service. Don't frustrate your customers By using Fedex.
I ordered a part to be sent from Wichita, Ks from Lenexa, Ks. 2nd day as my customer needed it ASAP for an equipment repair. It was late arriving at my location. Tracking allows a person to view travel history of the package. It went from Lenexa, Ks to Wichita, Ks, then to Dallas. Now my customer and I are waiting for to arrive back to Wichita. A couple of weeks ago. Similar situation. Ordered an Item. Requested next day air delivery. It took 4 days for this package to arrive. Countless other issues with damage packages. Contents missing etc.
It's one excuse for the other! I live on a street with most houses having the house number right next to the front doors yet packages are constantly being missed delivered! There's work being done on my street and depending who the driver is they'll say they can't deliver the package but I received something the day before and the day after so I really don't understand. The excuse was it was a substitute driver but I was never notified they delivered to the local office and I found out when I was out of town and the package was Return to Sender by the time I returned home. This is not acceptable for a service that was paid for! And if a "FedEx partner" delivers they claim no responsibility and can't help you. Services gone from the top of the list to the bottom since Covid.
Let me tell you a story about our local #FedEx. We had a package out for delivery and an independent contractor delivery driver delivered it to the house next door. This is not the first time but probably the 6th or 7th that the same drive has done this. So this time the neighbor did not bring it over or text me. I looked at our security camera footage to see the drive deliver did in fact deliver the package at 11:06 to the neighbors house on 06-23. To make a point of this lack of attention the drive has for the deliveries I called FedEx. 3 days later the local office called and told me the driver will not go get it and deliver it correctly but for me to call the vendor and get a replacement. So how is that for customer service? How is it the responsibility of the vender to replace an item when the shipping company refuses to correct the problem. Our business will be shipping with UPS or USPS from now on.
Their tracking system is trash to start off with. I was so confused trying to track my package, secondly there is ALWAYS a delay and whenever it is delayed they still don't stick to the ETA/ there is no updated ETA at all. Like always I have never shipped with them by choice and every time something is sent to me through them it is either delayed, damaged or LOST! I ordered a pair shoes from Nike and i am yet to receive it.
Fed ex sucks worse than an underage prostitute with buck teeth. If your purchase involves fed ex you should do without and save money. I have been a shipping clerk for 40 years so I should know. If you like damaged boxes with spoiled goods that arrive hours late then they're your go to, otherwise BOYCOTT ALL BUSINESSES THAT USE FED EX. You will end up with some trash and an overpriced bill. Let your supplier know, fed ex = no deal! I have. Fed ex owes me about $600 for services that were not rendered to my, or anyone's, satisfaction. Forget about live delivery. We couldn't even rely on them for my wife's medicine. Just dump a $12,000 box on the communal porch at 8pm! When we told her doctor that they would be among the list of defendants when something went wrong they quickly made other arrangements and notified us that they did so. You must do this too. Fed ex must be driven out of business for the good of all humanity. If you are 'forced' to use fed ex, bail and do without, save money and frustration. All their employees should be euthanized before the end of the day for the greater good.
FedEx has to be the worst delivery service. I buy from the same place quite often and whenever packages come from their North Carolina warehouse, specifically Concord North Carolina it's ALWAYS late, not some of the time but ALL of the time. Packages scheduled for delivery on a Wednesday don't arrive until Saturday. Packages scheduled for Saturday don't come until the following Thursday. I truly hate FedEx.
My wife is a Police officer and ordered tires and fed ex said they delivered them and my cameras don't show any one at my door or I never signed for any package … which means fedex kept my package or gave to wrong address … this is a problem for us and we expected more from fed ex … use another company if you can

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
