Incompetent

Twice in one day I have had to reschedule a pickup and both times the confirmation numbers given to me could not be found. Customer support is useless. If the person on the line doesn't know what to do, your transferred to someone else. Ridiculous. Very sad such a reputable company has sunk so low they are a bad joke!

Lies and Incompetence

I ordered a motorcycle master cylinder rebuild kit, it sat at a regional distribution hub for over a day, was marked as being delivered early, then not delivered early or even on time. As of the writing of this review the package STILL has not moved from the regional distribution hub. Customer service lied to me multiple times stating the package was on the truck for delivery when it still had not moved. Moving forward I will happily pay extra to any other shipping provider to avoid working with an incompetent company who finds in acceptable to not meet their commitments and brazenly lie to their customers faces.

I don't have a good experience with FedEx. I had a package that required a signature. I live on the third floor in a condominium. FedEx has such poor communication skills. Apparently, a delivery person knocked on my door and left. I called customer service and they don't want to take the responsibility or pass on my message about making it easier to communicate rather than just knocking on the door, using a phone number or email address to notify or nification.

Delivery

My package was delivered at the wrong door on the house. I have 3 doors that is on the front of the house but only one has a porch and is covered. You would think the driver would know to put a package at the door that has covering. No instead they put it at the door that has no covering and it was raining. Now a dry clean only dress is messed up because of the laziness of the driver to take 8 more steps to get to the porch. Thanks for messing up a dress.

DO NOT USE FEDEX. AGAIN... they said they attempted to deliver and they DIDN'T. Twice this week I have stayed home waiting for 2 IMPORTANT PACKAGES that I paid top dollar to have delivered as priority. Twice I received a text message saying "they attempted to deliver". & they didn't (as I was home both times). They are the worst freight company I have ever used. I pay for priority door to door service and they deliver to the local collection point that I cannot pick up until the next day. DO NOT USE FEDEX

Changing to UPS

I have used FedEx exclusively for the last 4 years. I send boxes up north every few months. I have noticed that the clerks in the shipping stores like inside your local Walmart are great about giving out coupons for your NEXT visit. Problem is they do NOT give them to you when you go to ship. I had this happen with "Charlie" at a local store here. And it's happened more than just a few times. This time I sent a complaint into their corporate office and never heard a word. So, I will be changing to UPS. Not that much further away and I have had coupons in the past with them and they did honor them.

It's a shame we as customers cannot choose delivery services.Fed ex is by far the worst out there. Very rude, unprofessional to the point of hostile deliverymen. I cannot use their services anymore as they knock loudly, hostile like when they come and it is at such a bad level that it really is not worth it.

The worst delivery service

FedEx has constantly lost or delayed may package. If you are a seller like me, and do not want poor reviews, I would stay far away from FedEx. Also the smart post option is possibly the worst service ever!

Lost $600

I SHIP WITH FEDEX FOR OVER 10 YEARS, after i sold an item on eBay, the buyer received the items on Jun 14 all Broken, tracking #*******300 i pay to the buyer so i can get t it back from FedEx, i call FedEx and opened a claim with the help of FedEx representative which hardly spoken English, so after 30 days they denied my claim, i call customer service and spoke with RUDE LADY NAME "ARIEL" she starts to argue with me and said now you need to provide the photos from the box, so i contact the buyer in New York and she said she threw the box away. So again they denied the appeal, I lost $500 on my items and $95 shipping, I'm very disappointed about my loss and i don't know how to recover $600 after this,

If I could, I would rate you with no stars! Why would your drivers purposely leave packages in the rain? The drivers don't even follow directions or ring the doorbell anymore... Why?

At 11:45 today, Saturday, August 6th, 2022, I flagged down a FedEx Driver, Truck Number *******, on Bay Harbour Road in Mooresville, NC. The driver tried to ignore me, but I was able to force him to stop. He was doing at least 45MPH in a neighborhood with a 25MPH speed limit where small children play outside. When he finally stopped, I told him he was going almost, if not twice the speed limit which he did not respond to other than stating, "I'm in a time crunch." I noted to the driver that the neighborhood had already had a dog killed and did not want that to happen to a child. He then rolled up his window constinuing to speed down the road and speeding out on exit.

Can't follow instructions

A package came for me yesterday and required a signature. I contacted FedEx and left instructions to leave at the Roanoke warehouse so that I could pick up the next morning cause I work and I'm not able to be home to sign for package. I drive from Floyd to Roanoke which is an hour trip, to arrive and pick up package and was told that it is back on the truck. How hard is it to follow simple instructions?! Have had several run around with this outfit thru the years and I'm not impressed. As I read their reviews I understand why and certainly didn't expect anything less. Let's see if they actually follow directions for the second time.

Worst Company EVER. No accountability… Call the customer service number - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Recording did not match info on website. Said package went to local p. O. for delivery. Also said package could not be delivered because address was incorrect. Finagled other number to speak with a live person who read the "incorrect address" to me which was in fact my CORRECT ADDRESS! Vowed my packaged would be delivered TODAY! Just finagled again to get a live person only to have confirmed that my CORRECT ADDRESS was not correct but that she would correct it to have it delivered tomorrow. They claim to have attempted deliveries, but that is a total lie. Also took screenshots of tracking and they keep updating and deleting their bullsh*t from the log. *SEE SCREENSHOTS AND NOTE TIMES TAKEN. I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS COMPANY AND WILL LIMIT MY DEALINGS WITH THE COMPANIES THAT USE THEM! AND I WILL LET THOSE COMPANIES KNOW. EVEN IF YOU PAY FOR THEIR EXPRESS SERVICE, THEY PULL THIS KIND OF BS! THE ABSOLUTE WORST!

Fedex left an important package out in the rain at a completely different address than its intended destination.
This is not the first experience for a delivery on this route where the company appeared absolutely careless.
The item and box was damaged and completely soaked.
Contacting customer support is a headache so I am reviewing their service on other websites like this since they do not appear to care about reception and evidence of their service putting items in damage.

I in no way recommend anybody to use this shipping service. Unfortunately I could not choose and was stuck having an item delivered via fedex.
You are supposed to just accept it or understand that some companies today just don't have a care in the world for their customers and "that's just the way it is." but when you are ordering things that are important to you, and have things damaged and are left expecting the worse each time, it becomes so very discouraging.

Fedex has such a bad record of doing this and it is beyond irritating and unacceptable for them to screw up so often, to deliver items damaged, and to be a company that doesnt seem to give a care at all.

A package was delivered over 2 months ago, and the careless, reckless driver ran over a mature peach tree of mine. I called in the claim right away, they sent an email that I had to fill out a form online. I did, and have yet to hear a word from FedEx. I have called and called and called, and they either hang up or send me to a voicemail, for no return phone call to be received. What if they had run over an animal, one of my vehicles, or heaven forbid one of my children? This company has no scruples and no care for human decency. I really don't want them to deliver anything to my house again! I think they should be run out of business, truth be known.

Expedited delivery

While traveling out of state I found my credit card to be compromised. My bank cancelled that card and agreed to "overnight" me another on a Thursday. FedEx "SUPPOSEDLY" delivered it to a friend's address near by, finally, on Monday. My friends were home ALL DAY. IT was NOT delivered. FedEx "opened a case" but never talked to the driver. Today, Thursday, after I had already left that area, it was delivered. My friend asked the driver, why did you say you delivered it to the front of my house when you didn't? Answer: Had your address but not your name. Don't LIE and tell me you delivered something when you didn't and what kind of investigation doesn't involve asking the person who would know? Really shotty job all the way around.
