I just wanted to talk to a person but the stupid automated message system wouldn't let me. With UPS how is this company still around?
I ordered coloring pencils from an art supply company (3 red and 3 green) on the same day as two separate orders. The red pencils arrived promptly within 3 days. I am still waiting for the green pencils. Tracking shows that they arrived at the FedEx office near here 3 days ago but still have not been sent for delivery.
Upon calling FedEx I got a recorded message stating that the Art Supply Company paid for Economy service then said "Good Bye" and hung up I placed a second call and got the hang up again. Economy Service or not. If the package arrived at the transferring facility 3 days ago why is it still sitting there? Are they holding it there to deliberately make it arrive slower - and thus encourage users to pay more for a more rapid delivery? If it is at a holding facility near my home why was it not sent the next day, as the red pencils were sent - also economy. And why is the phone hanging up without giving me the option of speaking to someone.

I ordered something and paid for expedited delivery, shows that it was delivered when it was suppose to, but it wasn't, haven't seen a FedEx truck down my street in a while... no one seems to have seen it... this is the second time this has been done... really HATE FedEx
I've had issue with FedEx for a very long time now. They never deliver packages the right way. My express shipping package was suppose to come on JULY 28th! Everyday they keep changing the delivery date up. They come to my house, the driver did not even knock on the door. The driver left with my package, I showed up to one of the facility to get my package, they did not hand me my package because I had my passport on me! Mind you my passport have my picture and name, I was turned down. I asked them if they wanted to see a mail with my name and my address on it, they said no. THE LADY at the facility was rude and very dismissive. She told me they will try delivering my package for a third time tomorrow AUGUST 2nd, mind you my package is express shipping for a reason.
It's alway FedEx that has this problem. They say they cannot find my house but they use my driveway to turn around. Then I have to drive 3 hours to pick up my package. This happens ever time I is FedEx. UPS and USPS don't have this problem.
Just spoke with a CSR about my package that was scheduled for a July 27,2022 delivery date. FedEx pushed the date til July 29,2022. As of last night, no package. FedEx website states that delivery is pending with no date. The CSR stated that it's due to e-commerce and sitting on the trailer. Out right contradiction to the website which states the package is out for delivery! Not sure what happened with this company, but it sucks! I personally wouldn't use them.
I would like to share some bad experiences as this is my first time using Fedex, firstly the prices are insanely high, so I expected a smooth and reliable service. I still proceed to schedule a pickup and proceed with the shipping details to confirm shipment.
There were no follow-ups nothing so we just waited and I decided to call FedEx Singapore to seek some assistance to understand the process better. I was told that someone from India would call to confirm the pickup. I was then sent the control number.
I tried to reach out to FedEx India but it was so hopeless that there were no chats or numbers available for calling. At about 3.45 pm (SGT), the sender received a call to ask about the pick-up, we were surprised that the person who called was not a representative of FedEx but instead a middle man of another courier company.
During the conversation, he asked if our address was in Zirakpur which was incorrect and our pick-up address clearly stated balongi which is in Chandigarh, the courier representative had the cheek to ask if we can drop the item off at Zirakpur. If you are not sure, Zirakpur is about 1 hour away. We refused, I paid so much for the shipping so why am I supposed to travel 1 hour away from the pickup place to deliver to someone who is NOT a FedEx representative?
After arguing back and forth, we asked him to show us the exact address that was stated in the system, and he manage to give us the correct address and then blamed the system gave the wrong details. He also proceed to mention that we selected multiple pickup dates when we had only scheduled for ONE on 30th July 2022. He kept insisting the system gave wrong info but how was he able to verbally tell us the correct address - nothing made sense.
After the phone call, we were told that someone will call and come by at 6 pm to collect the parcel. We are not sure what other issues will arise when they come to collect.
It was a very very stressful transaction, rest assured, I will not be using FedEx ever again for any deliveries. For the price paid the service was not smooth and not reliable at all.
Please NEVER rely on FedEx for anything urgent. If you're fine with waiting weeks to get update about further delays... If you have the time and energy for that, I envy your privilege and you can have "fun" with FedEx.
Pathetic full harassment feeling approx waiting 15 days in Hyderabad. I am from delhi. Day to day change delivery date, first delivery date 2 july, 4 july, 16 july, 18 july, 19 july, 20 july received. Customer service many confused, first time asking for KYC, 2nd time GST, valu for invoice, which type goods, how many items, Letter pad, after some day account Statment, etc. I am send approx 70 mail, call 40 within 20 days.
Their phone number is a fricking robot. They deliver WAY later than anticipated. Just get out of business already.
FedEx is the worse. Their tracking information is never right, packages are always lost. I tried setting up an account with FedEx Delivery Manager to send my packages to a new by FedEx location and you cannot even create an account. I have talked to their support team several times to correct the issue and it was never corrected. I have spend hours trying to set up an account and never could. It is a shame that anyone sending packages uses FedEx because it is extremely frustrating to their customers. I am not sure how they even stay in business!
No option for bad customer service. Had a package fail to be delivered 3 times and no one actually tried to. Then they delivered it to the wrong place and weren't even in my complex at the time of delivery.
Ordered $600 AC unit with delivery scheduled for 7/25. Delivered late 7/27 with outer box destroyed. Started taking pictured before touching box to document process. After 30 pictures and the package finally opened, the side of the AC unit was caved in. Called FedEx customer service and was told I could not file a complaint or review of FedEx, that HomeDepot or the original shipper would have to be the one to do that. I as the consumer I have no ability to do so, and then they had the balls to ask me to complete a survey before hanging up.

Whoever is running the north Jackson center should not be working there anymore you can't have this many bad reviews and blame it on customers being picky come on! Two different packages same crappy shipper (fedex) things say delivered when you are home and know they definitely were not and you can't talk to anyone anymore on the phone shouldn't things get better with time instead of worse!
I tried to file a claim online and the website wouldn't work. I tried multiple browsers as well as my computer and phone and still got the same results, the website wouldn't load the claims page. I then proceeds to call and ended speaking to 4 different customer service representatives and every time they gave me an inactive email (file. *******@fedex). After 2 days of calling several times I was finally given an email address that worked (file. *******@fedex.).
I sent a parcel from USA to India - which should have taken about 10 days, as I do it often. It's now 140 days and FedEx has screwed up, once again.
Time and time again during 19 Weeks, FedEx employees had countless opportunities to do the right thing and fix the previous mistake. Instead, they just continued on, not doing their job and made another screw up, adding to the pile of mistakes.
I'm genuinely impressed at how bad FedEx workers are at doing their job.
I'll never ever use FedEx again and will make sure every friend, colleague and associate of mine knows of the endless time I've spent chasing this package around the world just because countless workers failed miserably at doing their ONE job.

With Amazon's amazing same day and next day delivery setting the standard, the once mighty FEDEX can't even seem to get into the Game. My past horrible experience with "FEDEX Home" should have been warning enough BUT.
My sprinkler system failed (during a drought and 100°+ temperature). I ordered the part from a company that uses FEDEX Ground. The delivery was quoted at 6 days. Looking at FEDEX's tracker, I saw the package had arrived in just 3 days at the local FEDEX at 6:18 AM on Saturday.
It sat in that warehouse all day Saturday and all day Sunday (yes FEDEX claims to deliver in my area on weekends). It was picked up at 3:34 AM for delivery "before the end of the day"! I'm still waiting and really unhappy that they couldn't (like UPS and Amazon) give me a time of delivery.
I will never again order from anyone who ships with FEDEX.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
