GA to FL in only 5 days

Schedule home delivery of 9-1 delayed to actually 9-6. The final leg was less than 300 miles and took 4 days. If the delivery time frame is not a factor use FedEx home delivery.

Fedex driver said he attempted a delivery it was a lie because at the time we were all home if he rang the doorbell some one would hear lying driver and laziness
Especially at 9:30 in the MORNING. Not Good Business

The package being shipped from within the state has been sitting at Fedex for the past 5 days with no new delivery information. It would have been faster for me to drive to pick up the package from the vendor myself. The automated assistant has attitude, she hung up on me when I asked for a customer service rep. But before hanging up it said "that is all the information we have for you, goodbye" no warm or even cold tranfer. Needless to say they need to drop express from their name.

FedEx from delivery to online customer service is the worse shipper ever!

I was supposed to receive a package from chewy yesterday. Stayed home to accept it. 11:46am I receive a text message "package delivered". Interesting, because the only way to deliver it would be for me to buzz in the delivery person into the building, I Ran down 4 flights, perhaps it was left in the street. No, it was not. Called the shipper and FedEx. The picture on my FedEx account showed a completely different lobby, not mine. FedEx left my package in the wrong building, somewhere in New York City. I opened a lost package case with FedEx. I was told that the driver could not go to retrieve the package right away because, different stories, he already went home, he was delivering other packages, make your pick…Later in the afternoon I got a call from FedEx to find out, unreal, what color was my building and how many floors were there? FedEx loves to waste peoples time apparently.

This morning I called customer service to find out where was my package. I asked for a supervisor. 4 times I was switched to a "tracing unit", they refused to switch me 4 times to a supervisor. No idea where they left my package. It takes 24-48 hours to have an update.

FedEx offers NO delivery window. Tracking only says "out for delivery, will be delivered by 8pm". So you can sit at home all day long, then FedEx delivers your package to the wrong address…
The replacement package the shipper claims was picked up by FedEx, something not showing on FedEx site. It shows "label created".

This is not the first time this happened. Not a long time ago Fedex claimed they could not deliver because "no one was available", while I was at home all day long, fedex claimed "delivered package", then dropped it off 1 hour later…

I put a large hand written note addressed to FedEx to buzz my apartment, so they do not use the wrong buzzer. Of course dies not work whe they go to the wrong building…

Horrible company, horrible customer service and incompetent delivery people. I would like an explanation How can they deliver the package to the wrong address? Can they read? Site jabber should have ZERO stars for companies Like fedex. Absolutely dreadful.

Companies such as FedEx should financially compensate customers whose package is lost for all the time and aggravation customers had to spend dealing with their incompetent customer service. In my case hours! $100 per lost package. Perhaps then they would lose fewer packages. Why should the customer be penalized and not the company that caused the problem?

Ps. Fedex just called me to see IF THE PACKAGE WAS STILL MISSING? Should they net be the ones to know about this? They are asking me? Unreal!

WORST SERVICE

Three attempts of not ringing the doorbell and not delivering when they were supposed to and now I'm supposed to drive 100+ miles to pick it up myself? DO NOT USE FEDEX! You are better off with USPS. I would give them 0 stars if possible.

Place an order through showcase they use FedEx to deliver.
Suppose to get order yesterday, instead the sneaky Bugger put a slip saying I was unreachable and I had to pick it up at their location. I was beyond pissed, they didnt even try to contact me. The driver was clearly a lazy $#*!. So instead I had to spend money on gas and drive to their location. Bull$#*! FedEx..

FedEx Delivery Manager

I need to change the day and time of delivery because of course, I missed the time the package arrived (after telling me it would be at a different time) and FedEx Delivery Manager doesn't work on the website or app, saying "I have already been enrolled in Deliver Manager" What does that mean? The website is as terrible as the app and I realized, customers will never have control over our packages. Just have to hope for the best I guess. Unreal.

This is quite possibly the worst company on the planet. EVERY package shipped to me through this company is late, sits in one place FOR DAYS, or is just never delivered. FEDEX is incapable of making their delivery times. These are not times or dates that the shipper sets, they are dates that FEDEX sets. They are NEVER on time and consistently DAYS late. I as a merchant would NEVER use FEDEX to ship anything to a customer, vendor or anyone else for that matter. Furthermore, If i know a company uses FEDEX to deliver, i am NOT inclined to do business with them.

I ordered on the 26th. From Albuquerque to Alabama. Package get delayed. Okay cool I give them the benefit of a doubt since they have to go on a route that has very bad weather. Next day. I'm sitting here waiting. My Package is 1hr and 25min from me. Tell me why my package get shipped out 3hrs away from me and then they hit me with a reschedule until tomorrow. After reading these reviews no telling when I'll get my stuff! Smfh! FedEx pitiful asf!

I scheduled a pickup for yesterday, and it was meant to be picked up on the day of. No one came. So I called customer service to see if something went wrong and if it could be picked up ASAP today. The guy was hard to understand and then EXTREMELY condescending and rude. I've worked customer service for a long time, so I get the frustration, but this guy was just nasty. After awhile of getting nowhere I hung up and used the automated service to schedule another same day pickup. Hopefully this time it works out. The takeaway here is that customer service is so mean and unhelpful that it's easier to deal with robots, lol. Never using FedEx again.

I don't advise anyone to use FedEx service, misled by customer service, holding a phone for a very long time without any answer, chatting, customer service can't do anything more than track the shipment, which can be done by the customers themselves. More expensive than any other service. Apology to myself because I can't submit the review without give a star, thus I'm sorry to give one star to fedex, because this service doesn't deserve anything.

I have to remind myself not to select FEDEX as my delivery services when delivery packages. FedEx service SUCKS they constantly change the date of your delivery. EVERY package I have paid for to get delivered have been DELAYED and rescheduled more than TWICE and I mean EVERY TIME I have paid for a delivery, no lie…. It just happened with my recent delivery and the one before that one and so on. I rather pay more money to use a different delivery services than FEDEX.

First day guy never rang my doorbell while I was in the house so he didn't leave my package Plus I watch him put the wrong package on my door they come back and bring the right package just to take it again. I called FedEx you got to run around for the last three days still waiting on my package

Delivery to Wrong Address

It baffles me that a FedEx driver would deliver a package that clearly displays a correct delivery address to a completely wrong address. And that the driver would leave the package on the dock in the back of the building at the wrong address (which is two blocks away on a different street). The person who runs the front desk at the building happened to spot the package before it was stolen, thankfully, and called me. She told me this happens frequently with FedEx. I contacted the company that shipped my package via FedEx and urged them to switch to UPS.

Can they read?

My delivery was going to be late because of a wrong address. The address was never wrong. I checked and my address is correct everywhere. Then Fed Ex posts that the address was updated at 5:02pm yet it was only 4:25pm... ultimately i dont get my gift in time and i canceled my order from the company because of fed ex... I think the fed ex guys are just lazy and they don't want to deliver everything in the truck because I can't believe they are this stupid.

Absolutely useless trying to talk to someone to help dispute a charge, for whatever reason the company continues to send me letters for a charge for something I never received, when speaking to representative they told me to dispute it through email, third time recieving this letter and still nobody has answered my email to help dispute this charge, this final letter is threatening to take it to a third party collection agency that I will be charged for.

Poor delivery service

I had a 40lb box of meat delivered to my apartment building in which the box clearly had a perishable sticker visible to Fed Ex. They never rung my bell to let me know they were here and left it in an unsecured area in 90° F weather. After three phone calls to customer service I was finally told the truth that no one was coming nor was I getting a call back. I work in customer service and I would never treat a customer this way. My meat sat downstairs for five hours. A family member brought it up for me.
