One of WORST delivery company I've never seen. I don't know what they are doing but shouldn't be delivering people Items. If you really want to have a good headache, exciting and waist your precious time; request fedex to shipped your packages.

Wow, what a shock!
I grew up believing fedex was a solid company. Now,. All I see is a 3rd rate organization. From quality of service to customer service, the promises they make are simply untrue. Perhaps this is all we can expect from them. After Reading the other scathing reviews i rather not burden you with my horrific experience but Personally, I'd never use again.

The worst shipping company

Package sat in nearby depot for a week without an attempted delivery and then was returned to sender, then it was sent again and the same exact thing happened, messaging loads in the online chat had three people saying they were gonna sort it out and nothing. Now its heading back and I will have to pay again, unreal

Never received my package

I placed an order through royal canin and their delivery company was through FedEx. I have been waiting since Tuesday when they said my package was going to be delivered and it never was so I called customer service and apparently the driver had made three attempts to delivery the package (for context I live in a three story apartment building so there is no buzzer) but was never contacted about the driver being here even though my phone number and email address is clearly written in the shipping information. The lady on the phone was very unhelpful and basically said I would have to pick up the package at one of their locations.

In general, FedEx is not very reliable. When you look up the tracking number, they give you an estimated date that's sooner than you would expect. But then they change it to a later date. Then they change it again. And we're not talking Covid or recent supply chain/employee shortage issues, this has been happening for several years.

Last week I requested that my husband's prescription from Walgreens be mailed instead of picking it up (supposed to be delivered within 1-2 days). BIG mistake because the day after it was ordered the tracking showed it was in the neighboring town. Now, 7 days later, it's "delayed." The rep from Walgreens was very apologetic and said there was a whole batch of prescriptions that FedEx can't seem to find. They tried requesting a refill from the doctor's office, but the doctor didn't authorize it because it wasn't time. So I'm on the phone on hold waiting for the doctor's office. Then Walgreens will have to request an exception from the insurance company for a lost prescription. What a headache! I should have paid attention and never requested delivery since it was from FedEx.

Late for 6 days

Your package is arriving today. Later, "Your package has been delayed for operational reasons. Your package will be delivered." Yep, the dot was theirs. 6 days I have gotten this message. Out for delivery, oops, nah we were just foolin.

UPS is the only way to go. They're never late. By the way, this is out of the Mills River NC Fedex office. They suck.

Disappointed

Shame on you FedEx.
I paid for two overnight deliveries of fresh flowers. Your driver decided not to deliver, even though I can see his vehicle from my balcony. I had to pick up first delivery 9 hours later and it damaged half of the order.

Second day, second overnight express shipment, same thing. Although, not overnight like I paid for, but two nights later.
Driver doesn't attempt delivery. There is hello package room, 3 people in the office he could have asked about dropping off package and I was at home but no, he leaves.
Customer service said driver wouldn't communicate with me because he doesn't have work phone to call and let me know he is attempting delivery.
Seriously?
Customer service tried helping but can not track driver, doesn't know ETA, can not be sure if driver will come back or not. Message was sent to the driver to re-attempt delivery but that is all the info you get from customer support because they had exhausted all their other options. Are you f…kidding me?
I was literally sitting in front of my building for 4 hours in case your driver does decide not to deliver my flowers again. It wasn't enough that you were late for a whole day, that my package was time sensitive for Wedding on Friday but you had no real info about your own driver.
You weren't late when you charged me two times.

Shame on you for doing lousy job.

Constant delays

I ordered the iPhone 14 and was supposed to get it on the 16th like everyone else did. Everyone else that got it delivered with UPS got theirs on time. Me? No I didn't, I'm still waiting. Oh yeah that's because instead of sending it from Indianapolis to Louisville, they accidentally sent it to Atlanta. I'm never using fedex again and I'm not buy the item if they're only shipping with fedex. I'm honestly surprised fedex is still a thing seeing how poorly they operate. I highly recommend you don't use fedex, save yourself the headache.

Lost my package no help

I live in SW Florida my package was in Orlando 3 hrs away and now a month later it's say it's in Illinois. I called to see what's going on the asked me to wait til next Tuesday. Tuesday came I called the person I spoke to didn't have a clue what to do must have been jis first day. No help at all told me to call the company I bought from and tell them it's lost. Why use these guys UPS, and USPS are 10 time better. If you look FedEx is ranked 231 in service.

FedEx drivers have started leaving packages right on my steps for my whole neighborhood to see. My door is only a few steps and they are too lazy to sit near the door. Sad part is when they start then others follow. It's sad quality control is just gone anymore. Every FedEx Driver has done the same. They don't even ring doorbells anymore

Fed Ex Driver Theft

Even after filing a complaint, talking to multiple managers, it seems Fed Ex does NOT take theft seriously. First, they told us that the driver realized he delivered our package to the wrong address and picked it up, but we never received it.
Then, on the next phone call when speaking about this, they had NO information that this actually happened. This means that many Fed Ex employees are IN on the scam of stealing deliveries. Lastly, even though we called several times about the NON delivery, they said it had been 10 days without locating the item, so they were closing the claim. Wait…what?! We actively were making an effort to get this resolved and they just CLOSE the claim without resolution?! What a crooked company they turned into!
AVOID using FED EX…. You'll get screwed out of your packages

This is the fourth time that FedEx has delivered my package to the wrong houses my address is visible in front of my house in big numbers no way they can miss it before scanning they need to verify the address it was thanks to a Prime Amazon member that I got one of my packages back they saw my address my name and returned it to me Amazon did not FedEx FedEx delivered to the wrong house again the second package I got it from my next door neighbor the third package finally came in 2 weeks later the third package never delivered to my address took a month to get my refund because of FedEx I am considering boycotting them because they do a horrible job they need to improve their system they need to improve on their employees to make sure that they're delivering to the right addresses there's no way I should be waiting a month to get a refund it's ridiculous FedEx if I could give you a zero I would give you a zero but I can put one star I hope you can improve your business before others start to go to other places who are more reliable

Disorganized

Package which was urgent as it was a medication was very late in arriving. Not put on the truck for delivery therefore remained at facility until writer called to complain. Unacceptable, as this was not the first time.

Receiving/shipping

Purchased some parts from my normal supplier in KS., 4 times it was held up in different locations but all for the same reason at each location "unable to read label". Now FedEx, being a shipping company, should have fixed my label at the first location but thought if the folks did not add a new label at the 1st location and were able to send it to the 2nd location we'll hold it for a couple days and try to figger where it goes L8R, KY was 2nd stop, GA. Was 3rd and FL was last stop before it was to come to my door, it took 3 days to make it 200 miles and when they said they dropped it off I got nothing on my door step, this took a total of 14 days with all the delays, called FedEx they said call the shipper, I did and they reshipped my parts another way and it made it here in 3 DAYS! Someone once told me, "the family tree of FedEx looks like an 8 foot 2x4 sticking out of the ground" get the picture

Over charge

I sent 25kg parcel on 17th and they delivered on 21st of August but they changed me another £35 from my credit card. They said you had 15kg extra. Before I send i weighted. Cheating company. Don't use parcel compare websites.

Corrupt company

A stolen iPhone where the package was opened, the contents emptied and re-taped and no one notices that they are delivering an empty box? Automatic tellers have a weight recognition. Even if you put your plastic bag it detects and warns you. Surely FedEx has the capacity to stop its employees from stealing. But this is intentional. This is negligence and NO WONDER THEIR SHARES ARE PLUMMETING when online commerce is booming. A dying company. The cost of shipping was $45. They insure your contents for $100 (if they even return your calls.) What a corrupt company FedEx is

Poor customer service

I shipped to my daughter in Italy, friday from Miami Fl, to arrive monday, never arrived, called tuesday, they told me customs informed fedex monday evening that there was a customs expense of $58.48 but I asked why no one was informed it would have been taken care of and she would have received the package. They would not have contacted me if it wasn't because I called them and inquired still be waiting for any sort of update. They further told me the only way they would make payment for me was for me to open a new account with fedex. Went to the place that I shipped from they took care of payment, they contacted international fedex and asked if it could be expedited as my daughter needed to board the ship on wednesday morning, they only offered to open a case and it would be 24 hours, he asked for supervisor they gave them a hard time to get him to escalate the case. She is an employee of MSC cruise line, a headliner for them and the ship departs on that wednesday. This is why I paid 400 plus dollars to arrive a couple of days before.

My brother in law sent a legal document from FEDEX Quezon City Philippines to our address in Calgary AB Canada on August 27,2022. I keep on checking the Tracking and its always "In Transit". It's been 3 weeks now and the package has not yet arrive.
When I called their 1-800 number, the reply was that my brother in law has to call FEDEX so the package can move from their facility in Ontario. Seven days ago prior to this, the driver conclude wrong address without communicating with me either by voice or text message or email.
The package has only 5 days to stay in Calgary facility and without anyone claiming it will be returned to Sender from Ontario. The package is now "detained" in Ontario and the sender has to pay for the package to return to him. This is the worst service FEDEX has. Please DONOT USE FEDEX SERVICE. It is a day light robbery of more than P2,000 pesos. DEFINITELY NO STAR RATING
