I now how to call any company I plan on ordering with and ask if they use FedEx for delivery If so, I cannot order from them as the delivery people are complete morons who cannot read the note on the front door that says not to leave packages on the front porch as they will be stolen. They just throw them from the sidewalk without even attempting to contact homeowner by at least ringing a doorbell. When you call the company to discuss, they say they will have a manager get back to you but never happens. I have no trouble with UPS or USPS putting them on the back porch, but FedEx just can't get the job done correctly. Done with any company that uses FedEx for shipping.
Package was left in wet grass instead of my dry porch! Instructions not followed, at leased it was inside the gate instead of where someone can drive by & steal it! Only positive thing about this delivery that's why I gave a 2. Other then that they are the worst delivery service here in Otis Oregon!
Fed ex I swear is awful. People just don't care how much moƱey you bought anything that they're delivering. I've lost a professional camera and never got a refund back f I'm fed ex, misplaced a couple of my daughter's medicine at a wrong doorstep, mis delivered 2 other packages don't know where it went and then they delivered my couch and left it by the downstairs step of the apartment complex. Like really people? What if I was to he at work all day today, the nerve of some people that work and deliver for fed ex. Like do your job properly. My boxes both shows my apartment number and correct address on it. Why can't they put it at the door? What so hard about the delivery noticed I sent out? What's wrong for calling for help if their reasoning was it because it was heavy? Like how stupid is that and inconsiderate. No one wants to hav anything lost or misplaced or refund and go through the long process again. So your jobs properly and put people's stuff at the right place. Stop leaving it wherever you want because you're having a f***ing bad day or lazy. Whoever is doing this misplacing things need to stop it

Scheduled delivery of an important package that required a signature never made it. Sitting here waiting for delivery and I literally watched the delivery person stop at my mailbox and before I could walk out they drove off. I called to file a complaint and the person I spoke with said that the driver would return today to deliver the package but of course that never happened either. Unbelievable that the driver did not even wait 10 seconds for me to come out, or even better, do their job and bring my package to the door. FedEx is very unprofessional and their customer service just tells you what you want to hear so they can dismiss you and move on. I will never again buy from anyone that only ships by FedEx. I will never again ship anything through FedEx. How they are still in business is beyond comprehension.
Fedex twice missed delivery to my home and the last time they actually said they attempted a delivery and no one was home. My wife and I were home waiting for the delivery and at the time the text message said they attempted delivery I was looking out my office window were I can see anyone coming into the driveway or a truck parked in front of my house. They lied about attempting a delivery. Customer Service basically can't do anything to help and 3 times they failed to return calls to me that they promised to get back to me. They have no way of tracking down the warehouse manager to get information. The Boise person in charge of the delivery should be fired.

I spoke with 4 different reps and got 4 different answers regarding my package. My package will be at least a week late if I ever get it in the first place. $#*! you FedEx you can lick my non existent balls you stupid $#*!s. How the hell you going to have a job and not know how to do it? Put the package in your truck and drive the raggedy $#*! thing to my house and give me my $#*!. And while you're at it why don't you go ahead and close your business cause you're not worth a damn. Sincerely, someone that's tired of the bull$#*!
Not delivered on time and actually never delivered at all. I had to pick it up at a local Walgreens 7 days after the delivery date noted in the app. Complete mess from beginning to end. I will never use this company again.
Diver knocked on my door then left. He didn't give me any time to come to my door. I called FedEx they said they was sending him back, I waited for 2 hours, then I got an email saying that he would be there at 2:38. I called to verify it and they confirmed it. I waited another 2 hours and then called back and they claimed they never sent an email, and that the driver was done with his deliveries for the day. This is the worst company ever.
Fedex is just bad and unreliable the say my package is on the way but it don't get any futher it has been deleyed four times now this is not ok it's disgusting and pathetic they are the worst invented express transportation in the world and I hate them I have been waiting for 3-4 weeks now but it should only take 3 to 5 day... do your job fedex!
Very disappointing. Not customer-service friendly. Cost a lot of money to deliver document by 2 day delivery. Took 32 days. FedEx customer service reps cited weather. They claim that it took 30 days to travel between Tennessee and St. Louis. When I checked the weather reports, it should not have taken this long. It sounds more like a lost package. My respect for FedEx has dropped to zero.
Out of all the shipping services FedEx is 5 star they always handle my items with care make sure I get my items the drivers are very friendly it's fast it's efficient and I trust them I've used them for many many years and I will continue to use them
The airline company I flew with from Barcelona to Amsterdam lost my baggage (a Piano Keyboard worth 2000 euro). The airport found it and Fedex was supposed to deliver it to my address. They were supposed to come in two occasions and they never came. One day, at 00.00 am, a delivery guy from Fedex called me and asked if I could be home at in an hour (at 01.00 am!) so he could deliver the baggage. Otherwise, he threatened me that I would have to wait for months to get my belongings.
I agreed; he never came. However, he updated the status of my delivery in the system as "delivered".
I never got my Piano. It's been a month now. I've been battling with Fedex and they refuse to assume responsibilities. The case is in the Courts now.

I've never had big issues with these transportation companies, but FedEx has to be the worst. I've gotten plenty of delivery exceptions, but those packages would turn up later that day or the next day. I ordered a storage ottoman from Walmart that I was supposed to receive Wednesday. But it didn't show up. So, I waited the next day. The same thing happened. I contacted FedEx about this delivery exception and told them no one made an attempt both days. So, they told me to wait Friday. I contacted Walmart, who've been pretty helpful. They told me to wait until tomorrow evening, then they will send a replacement, or I get a refund. FedEx's representatives haven't been much help. Two hung up on me, while the others keep saying the same recycled things. They won't update my tracking information. I'm starting to believe they lost my package or they just holding it. Not one attempt to deliver it. So unprofessional. At least the representatives at Walmart helped me as best as they could. I wish you could pick a delivery service when ordering from retailers. I would just do store pickup. Tomorrow evening, I will contact Walmart for my refund and just get the storage ottoman from one of their locations at a later date.
Any time I can avoid using FedEx I do. Every time I see a package is being delivered with FedEx I panic. They've lost packages in alleyways, left me guessing and it's almost every time. Pay extra for a different delivery service if you can.
FedEx really loves to be rough on their packages everything I get looks like it's been beat I guess the employees are kind of mad at customers so they take it out on the packages
I didn't use fedex for a delivery but they sure did a good job backing into my brand new car (3000km on it)! Left me having to drive around for months with a dented car. How embarrassing!
I had bought a xbox design lab controller and since it was saying it was the wrong address (it wasn't) I said for the controller to be sent to an office. And then, the controller sat at the destination place for 4 days and then they decided to send it back.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
