10 Boxes expected to be shipped from Canada to Dubai, were played with. They messed up my university and personal files, missing files and books, broken computers and monitors. To my surprise by mistake these unprofessional people put a supposedly an overnight priority box of live reptiles in my items. The reptiles of course belong to another client who is a victim also. Given the mistake and the long flight, the reptiles were dead and my house was filled with awful smell. As a big animal lover this upset me a lot thinking about the horrible way the reptiles died! My valuable items are broken and my files are missing and played with. Horrible horrible horrible company! They did not compensate me or take this seriously! #animalcrueelty

Worst service ever!

They delayed my parcel 4 times and attempted the delivery only once, when they are supposted to attempt 3 times. They only attempted it once and then sent the product back to sender.

I'd give zero if I could. Canada's FedX service is horrible. Paid for 2 day delivery now up to 6. Told come pick it up. My company has FedX here 4 times a day and couldn't deliver it then. No tags saying it was attempted delivery/nothing. Not the first time. Why are you guys in business? Big fat zero for me.

I had a package scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday, 10/18 when I would be here. However, it was delivered on Monday, 10/17 instead. They left this 124 lbs package in my driveway, not on my front porch, which is where it was supposed to have been left. They reported that they left it on the front porch, which was a lie. I am a 65 year old woman and cannot move a 124 lb package up the stairs to my front porch. When I called customer service and asked that they come back and move it to where it belonged, they refused and hung up on me. This is the most unprofessional business to have to deal with. I will instruct any supplier that I order from to NOT use FedEx for my deliveries.

When I used fed ex to send merchandise back to a company they lost it and would not validate my claim. Now i ordered something from a company in Indiana who shipped via Fed EX. The merchandise arrived in CA where I live and was scheduled to be delivered the next day, yet when I looked at tracking somehow the product ended up at a facility in Pennsylvania. And now is stuck there. Can't get a "real" person to talk to me about this.

My package is not delivered

I have ordered from online shopping. They have delivered "it said in the app" I have cameras all over my house and nothing was delivered. When I replied back that it is not delivered they have sent me a pic of some door and my package. Excuse me! It was not my door more than 1 month have passed and my package is not delivered to me but to someone. I have called a customer service they told me that I can submit a claim and be refunded my $100. I have done so. And I am so pissed as they are going back to me 0.5 month later telling that in order to be refunded ". FedEx requires written and signed authorization by the shipper waiving their right to pursue a claim. Please provide written and signed authorization from the shipper relinquishing their right to pursue a claim." What a $#*!! You have lost my $#*!ig package and I have to contact the shipper to do something for you?! Are you $#*!ing joking? Teach your stuff to deliver a packages to the right door! I am never swearing but you are mother$#*!er company Here are photos and tell me does one door looks like the other? Are you $#*!ing blind? Good the address another time or at least read the address on the package!

Employee left a "How am I doing?" note upon delivery. She was great.
However FedEx site is so bad that I wasted 15min and could not find the page to rate her.
Also, their charges are so high that I always ask merchants if FedEx is used and refuse to purchase anything. This time I had no choice but when I do FedEx will not see my business.

Unreliability Expected

Once again disappointed by FedEx. This company couldn't deliver a package on time if they tried. This is exactly why I do not use FedEx they are the most unreliable unprofessional delivery service on the planet. Every time I use them I always expect to get my package late I don't know why I expected any difference this time. They will send me notifications that my package will be delivered on a certain date between certain hours but they can't send you a notification saying that my package isn't going to be delivered on time the day they specified. They don't care that I am out $300 because I took the day off from work. They could have notified me that they couldn't deliver it on time when they said it would be here and I could have picked it up from them so at least I didnt take the day off for nothing. I mean I took A-day off work because FedEx said I needed a signature so I had to be there to sign. How unprofessional. I hate FedEx unfortunately I buy and sell and ship and receive items every day. I can't choose who a shipper uses sending me merchandise but I do whatever I can to not use FedEx when I ship.

Small packaged was promised in 4 days, 8 days after, still nothing. They keep putting it off to next day. Total BS. Misleading liars. 10 hr drive and 12 days later nothing. NEVER AGAIN with these losers

I was charged 60.00 for a package that was sent back saying no PO Box deliverers! Then they would not do a refund…. Why charge me if you didn't deliver to that address (Camp Lejeune)

Outrageous Ripoff

Don't get your passport photos taken at a local FedEx Office. I paid an outrageous $18.50 – almost $20.00, for 2 crappy digital photos at my local FedEx Office (both of which are the same photo – 1 is normal, 1 is a cropped close -up). Walmart charges under $8.00 for 2 passport photos and has a dedicated photo booth. The FedEx Office had an employee with shaky hands holding a handheld camera who asked me to stand against a wall in a tiny crammed space between some computers and a copier. One of the pictures he took has half of a giant plaque in it that was on the wall next to me with instructions on how to use the copier. Then they added on a $2.50 fee for taking the picture…. A fee they made sure to keep secret the 3 times I called them on the phone and asked about passport photos and the entire time I was in the store before they took the picture. And this was the Manager of the store who pulled this scam/bait-and-swich - not some low-level employee. They used no resources – no printer, no paper, no toner, no nothing, and put the 1 picture – which I got 2 pictures out of (1 cropped close up and one normal picture), onto my own USB device. $18.50 for that?!?!? Walmart prints out 2 pictures for you on full color glossy photo paper for $8.00 out the door…. What a ripoff. I'll never go to the local FedEx Office for anything again.

Stupid!

1. They do not deliver during time they say they will deliver.

2. They don't fill out door tags-if they leave them at all.

3. If you call to arrange a different delivery time, they will tell you they will deliver at the new time, but keep delivering at the old time.

Stick with UPS.

After a shipment from me I had the receiver message me saying he called the local office asking where they were. He was told the package was labeled perishable and was damaged so they disposed of it locally. Problem is it is Automotive parts. I then called as the shipper and I was told it was damaged and undeliverable. I argued that they told the receiver that they disposed of it. Agent made a call and then told me they would try to deliver again that same day. No attempt was made and no further comtact from fedex was made. Sent on Sept. 21,2022 on Sept 26 I filed a claim with fedex. On Sept 27 I received an email stating that a resolution would be made within 14 days. On October 12 2022 (15 days later) a Wednesday I called and was told that it would be referred back to the same claims agent and I should hear back by Friday………so they gave themselves 14 days to figure a way not to pay me, couldn't do it and now they want 3 more days to find a way not to oay my claim……do not ship with FedEx. If you do then DO NOT pay for the insurance they will refuse to pay when they loose or damage and refuse to deliver your package.

I've had many good experiences with FedEx in years past, especially with art supply deliveries, and several delivery drivers have been outstandingly friendly and helpful, but this last year has been a nightmare! What's going on?

It seems malicious and intentional to leave packages in the rain when there is an unobstructed porch six feet away, and this has happened several times.

The last straw was when they threw a heavy box of soap and personal care products from Commonwealth Soap Company off the truck at the road and bent the post of the mailbox. I saw this occur as I was doing lawn work at the time. There's no way to put a good spin on this. Even when you are right there to see it, and with doorbell cameras as well, they do things like this!

FedEx was of no help at all and Commonwealth Soap Company rep said they forwarded the info to their shipping dept. but they still use them as the default carrier.

I no longer order from companies that use FedEx exclusively without another shipping option because recent experiences have been uniformly bad.

3. FIRE these DRIVERS, there are ppl who want to WORK and DO there job correctly

It's Monday night at 2034 - I have had a package schedule since Saturday to be picked up. Just spoke to FedEx again, and they said "we will pick it up tomorrow". What a POS company!
