On October 12th I received notice from Fedex that my international package (a jacket from FarFetch) was delivered to my address with a signature. It was never delivered to my home and the proof of signature shows a curved line rather than a name. I contacted FedEx on the same day of the supposed delivery to file a claim for an international shipment. I have since called both FedEx and the shipper (FarFetch) 6 times. On October 25th, I received a proof of delivery showing that the package was signed for and therefore they cannot refund my money ($202). I keep on explaining this situation to lots of different customer support people at both FedEx and the shipper (FarFetch) and they have not resolved this problem. USER OF FEDEX BEWARE! Attached is the supposed proof of delivery with the illegal signature from FedEx.
They keep delivering my neighbors' packages to my house and now I have this real heavy item in a box on my front porch. Called the 800 number AGAIN to report this. Said they will be buy to get it and bring it to the right house... still there. And a prior time I tried to get the driver's attention after he did this but he ignored me and sped away. I have in the past just brought the package to my neighbor's yard but no more. That's their job and like I said the item is very heavy... and me and those neighbors aren't on friendly terms either and this could make it worse
My package from USA was shipped on october, 12th, and was updated on Fedex.com on October 19th.
It took 2 weeks to arrive a PRIORITY package in Romania.

I what $#*!ing insane unfair monopolizing BS shipping world we live? Its pure totalitarian shipping method, bunch of crooks that have all the right... it should go in court. I will try to do a class action against these scums. They stole my package. Greedy $#*!ing bastards.
Worse company ever. Do not ship with these people they leave your packages where ever they feel like it and when you tell them its been mis delivered they not only do not file a claim (obviously because nothing comes up on their view claim website) and they dont retrieve your missing shipment! You talk to some 3rd party that has no info and no clue on anything so nothing gets resolved. I have not received ANY communication with them, they have not gotten back with me and there is no history of a claim ever being filed on their website! When they take a picture of where they deliver something it would be nice if they included in this picture the actual numbered address on the house or box so we might be able to recover it ourselves but no... It obviously got delivered to probably the drivers own home. IS IT THAT HARD TO HAVE THE DRIVER GO AND RETRIEVE THE PACKAGE AND DELIVER IT RIGHT? IS THAT TOOOOO MUCH TO ASK? Fed Ex is a joke and obviously thieves! Here is a picture of where they delivered it to and a picture of where they should have delivered it.
FedEx delivered a package to my house today. The package was the size of an envelope. I was shocked to see that the driver pulled into my driveway to deliver this. He hit the tops of my trees! I stepped out onto the porch to get the package, but the driver was not in the truck-he was urinating in my yard! I yelled at him and told him that I was going to report him. Never have had a good experience with this company, but this is the worst of all. What kind of people do they hire to go to people's homes!?
Keep saying on the app they went at certain time but never knocked or gave a call and the worst thing I was home for the whole 3 days. And won't even tell me where I can pick it up
They were supposed to leave it at a fed ex drop off location 3days ago no update. Did they lose it. You also can't talk to a person their customer service is terrible
We were told our package was delivered 2 hours ago. We decided to check around our subdivision since we all have the same address but different units. We come across FedEx while we were looking for our package and he cut us off and we decided to follow him because we wanted our package. We waved at him and got on his $#*! to try to stop him. We went all the way through town and he still didn't stop and we don't have our package
Im receiving a package. 3 days now been stuck in transit... and i live 3 hours from shipper. FedEx is an absolute waste of time and money. Can never get in contact with a live person. Plus the tracking number given doesn't provide any information. Screw you fedex!

Received email notification that packages was delivered. Upon checking found it was delivered to wrong address and state. Called was informed error corrected and it would be arriving the next day. Waited 2 days called back the rep said I would have to call the shipper I told it was fed ex error the email has the correct shipping. I asked for a supervisor 8 times be repeated himself and transferred me to do a survey. I called back to complain and request to file complaint against him and they said there is no information of our interactions. And no recording. Never got to speak to supervisor
My package has been sent to a pickup station even though I paid for a delivery at home. I went to the delivery pick up but the open hours are 9 am-5 pm and I work from 8 am to 6 pm. I called FedEx customer service numerous times, they told me my package will be resent to my door but it has been one week and I haven't gotten any news or packages. (almost a month since I have ordered my items and still nothing, a package from France is faster to get to my door than a package from Quebec, CONGRATS FEDEX for making things harder for everyone!)
AVOID FEDEX, they are the worst delivery service!
Every time I'm expecting a FedEx delivery I get an SMS notification saying that there was a failed attempt to deliver the package for no reason. Then I have to figure out a way to get customer service to tell me where my package even is, which might take about a week.
Extremely disappointed.
We were gone and had our six ft. Fence locked. The driver ingeniously wrap our delivery in plastic and hung it on the highest point of fence. Greatly appreciated!
This is no longer the company that I worked for 30 years ago. Service to my north Georgia county is just horrible. Packages constantly very late, misdelivered and just plain "lost." Lately, they're entering "signed for" by the same person, no matter who the recipient is. Fred Smith would be horrified if he knew what his company has become. I never intentionally use FedEx.
Agent written incomplete address on the parcel. No apartment no.&after pointing out his mistake immediately after he send photo of address on the paecel, he told that apartment no.is now written. Which was false.
When parcel arrived at Toronto, delivery boy didn't know the apartment no. So it was undelivered. The boy didn't have the phone, so he couldn't call for the exact address.
Now after 5 days in Toronto, the parcel is still undelivered. So pathetic service is this!

Same problem here worst service ever, wish I can give FedEx -1 star, I ship out a package FedEx ground service from Vancouver BC to Toronto Ont, put in the date 17th Oct 2022, and have a expected delivery date of 21st Oct 2022 in Toronto, no where in that page that said, ground service will be pick up the next day, call FedEx and is like talking to a recording message, "your package is expected to be delivery 24th Oct 2022." Call FedEx ask to speak to the Manager same message, "not much I can do at this point, as your package is in the truck, would you like to have the package return to sender?." I am just wondering why is FedEx on line don't say ground service pick up the next day? If I know about that, I will just use Canada post and not paying double for FedEx service, Canada post will have deliver on the 21st Oct 2022.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
