Apparently my package disappeared. According to the tracking number. Never left. I went there personally and call a hundred times, I have try everything and they are not being responsable of this. I am really sad because half of my clothes are there. No wonder why is lost.
Please don't use fedex. They don't care about their customers. It's too big to care about the Client.
Really FedEx you couldn't do better? Delivered in the rain, not covered, ripped open, and dump on the wet ground on its side so contents spill out!
You use to better than UPS not anymore
I am a long-time Chewy customer, and they have now lost me due to incompetent FedEx delivery. Heavy packages dumped down by the street are the issue, and I am done. A Chewy supervisor even intervened at one time, talking to FedEx directly, and that communication solved the problem temporarily. Now they are back to the same old slob behavior. I am an Amazon Prime member, and while they are always perfect, they are much, much better than FedEx. I do not want FedEx anywhere near my property, as I have had it. I'd give zero stars if able. My new motto is "If Prime doesn't have it, we don't need it."
They picked up my speakers a week ago, the geek squad is on the way to install them and I can't get a delivery date from this useless lying gang of incompetent clowns. It is clear they lost track of it and are lying through their bullcrap virtual $#*! istant

Parcel is only offered once. If you are not at home (eg due to travel or holidays), the parcel will be returned after a week.
Contacting customer service is dramatic. You get no further than an automatic telephone menu that does not help you further. You cannot speak to an employee. Worthless service.
Just within this week I have had 2 drivers literally flat out lie. I was waiting for a package on Fri and it said it was supposed to be delivered before noon (my company paid priority next day) and at 1203 suddenly the website said "no one home attempted delivery" but my husband was outside waiting for the package because it was computer equipment. They don't do anything for you on customer service but say."we can try again on Monday" but I needed the equipment for Sat and they don't let you pick up or anything on weekends for priority next day. Today we waited for a package that said "out for delivery will be delivered by end of day" and at 123 it changed to "security issue can't deliver due to security restrictions on property" but there is no reason at all. My apts arent gated there is nothing going on that would prevent them from delivering they just decide they don't want to and lie. I hate FedEx and if you can avoid them then do yourself a favor and use USPS or UPS or something that isn't going to make your blood pressure boil.
Paid $300 to have a critical parcel expedited to myself overnight as I was travelling. Three days later, still no parcel. I am now on my return home so had to redirect parcel back to sender. Absolutely ridiculous. Will NEVER use FedEx again and will also cancel my business account. Do not trust FedEx unless you have no need for it to arrive on time. What a joke. Now it's fingers crossed that FedEx doesn't lose my parcel on its journey back to original shipping point.
Update: So FedEx fails to implement my return to sender request stating that no changes can be made once shipping process has started. Wait what?! You charge me an obscene amount of money for overnight delivery, fine... cost of fuel blah blah blah... get it. But YOU fail to deliver on time, I am no longer at delivery address FOUR DAYS later since I had travelled to a funeral for the weekend and now you say too bad for me, need to pay new shipping charges to resend. Might as well fly back and get the suitcase myself! NEVER AGAIN will I use FedEx. Never.
Fedex refused to deliver my parcel to my home although I paid the delivery fee. Instead, they called me and and asked to pick it up from their office which is 100km away from me. If you didn't want to deliver it you should have told me before I send so I could consider other options.
Fedex lost my package and damaged my next package, didn't even repay my duties on lost package. No reply from claim representative.

An expensive item clearly marked on box what it contained was left at the end of my drive by the road. Anyone driving by could have scooped it up. Common sense people! I have a front porch it should have been left on. Just glad I had my alerts on and was not gone when it was delivered. BTW: they lost the first one I ordered and I've waited over two weeks to get my product. I called Custormer service was told the delivery person can leave the package wherever they want. So I didn't have a complaint! Really poor service. I have my delivery preference set to front porch in my FedEx app.

They don't honor contracts and label missed deliveries as "successful". Delivery instructions and contacting customer service did no good. A shipment of a check from my bank was paid to be delivered overnight and on Saturday. FedEx was told the business opened at 10:00 am. When they marked the shipment as delayed because they arrived at the business before it opened, contact was made via the ONLY number FedEx has. Two separate agents assured me they would contact the local FedEx in Romulus and have the envelope redelivered. This did not happen. Screenshots from the FedEx site are attached.

A criminal organisation taking money for an express service and delivering an appallingly slow service which costs the customers money. Would give no stars obviously, but one's the minimum
I get a monthly delivery from another company that chooses to use FedEx as their service. Every single time, the FedEx driver just leaves the boxes by the street instead of bringing them to my porch. I have never seen a company that has such lazy drivers-in the job description it says you must be able to lift/carry a certain weight. If the drivers aren't able to carry the boxes to my porch, maybe they should find another line of work. My husband and I are disabled and cannot carry these heavy boxes up to our porch-we wouldn't even need delivery if we were able to carry it, we would just go to the store and get it ourselves. The Fedex drivers have no concern if the customer is elderly or disabled or unable to lift heavy items. This is their job but they just leave the packages anywhere.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
