What a WASTE of time. Worst Website & App imaginable. Rarely can find what you are trying to get to. Misleading you with what you CAN accomplish with an Account only to find out you CAN NOT do what you thought was possible. Then you go to cancel 2 to 3 days later and... Well, I spent OVER 73 Minutes on a Phone Tree, Multiple Transfers to VA's in a Foreign Country & finally got an UNDERSTANDABLE Agent in Revenue Services and it STILL took her 27 minutes to CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP after searching the Site & App for over 20 minutes of trying to figure out HOW TO CANCEL (BTW - Not Possible)

Great disappointment
April 18, 2023

Didn't have an issue before but today was great disappointment when I stayed home all day expecting the package which never arrived. ETA was by 2:30pm & at 4:14pm FedEx claimed the customer was not home. I've been at home all day keeping an eye for FedEx truck which never arrived! Nobody showed at the door, no truck ever came, no notice on the door... in the past the package was always left at the door, it's only pet supplies!

Shipper tried rerouting the package to arrive tonight. Now FedEx says it's too late for today... Very disappointed. I can't trust that FedEx even attempted to deliver. Hope they at least come first thing in the morning and actually show up!

Highly disappointed

Worst delivery service ever. My package has been at the hub for three days and I still haven't received it. Tracking info says delivery by end of day for last 3 days...what a joke. Can never talk to a person when you call. I'd rate FedEx a big zero.

Gift package requiring my signature (wine?).
Missed first delivery when it came in middle of day. Try to call and give directions because app would not let me send to hold center. Off Shore rep is hard to understand, but assured me package will come Back next day. She Takes delivery instructions to use back door. I take off from work. App shows it will come next day. Suddenly on Delivery day app says packages returned to sender! I am livid! Unable to talk to real

I have had several packages say they are coming early only for them to not show up on time. You call there main customer service number you can't even trick the system into getting you to a live person. The computer just hangs up on you. Once you finally figure out you can get the computer in the chat to give you a live person number. They don't know anything either only that a package has been sitting somewhere way to long even though it says it was scheduled for delivery a hour ago. Then you find your self after speaking with a supervisor hours later that the wherhouse that is supposed to deliver it, they can't even tell you what time the rout is projected to have it there by. Fedex does nothing right. I dread buying from any company that uses them. Have more faith in the post office. Would give zero stars if I could they waisted so much of my time it is not even funny! Had to reschedule two appointments due to there system not even being remotely correct multiple times.

USPS better

Incredible as it seems, the USPS is more reliable than FedEx Ground. My packages are always late. Ordered a tree which was sent from South Carolina. It is late and I am concerned that the tree will not survive. Can not get a customer service rep on the phone. This company simply does not care. Use any other delivery company. As noted, the USPS more reliable, incredible as it seems.

Very BAD BAD company!

I purchased 3 expensive items from the USA for my online business. Each worth over $6000. They were shipped by FedEx. I had to wait almost a month for each package to arrive because of the high demand.
I was so anxious to get them for my business which was so important.
FedEx DID NOT CONTACT ME TO LET ME KNOW WHEN MY PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED For all 3 items, all I got was a sticky note on my door saying, they will try the following week after(3 days) to deliver the package.

I called head office to complain and customer service replied and said to notify and send you a notification I must request and they will be charged for that. So you won't know when you will have your package delivered by FedEx. It will be a surprise and you will have to chase your package for a week to catch it.
I will never use FedEx again or recommend it. The worse delivery company by far.

I received emails that a package I ordered was to be delivered 4/13 but they delayed shipment until 4/15 and then another delayed date! They screw customers over!

Do not use FedEx

I Ordered $349.00 car parts from a dealer, unfortunately it shipped FedEx. It NEVER arrived! Their tracking info said it was delivered, but it also stated "barcode unreadable, lable unreadable, lable reprinted. (If it was unreadable how was the information reprinted?) I was home on the alleged date and time of delivery, I live in the country with a 1/4 mile long driveway. I also have 7 dogs so no one gets close without us knowing it! The package was never delivered! I checked with my neighbors, nothing! I filed a complaint with FedEx. They said it was delivered and blew me off. A few days ago I received another package from FedEx (this one was delivered) so I asked the driver. Explained the situation, he asked if we received picture confirmation. I said "no". Told him about the website saying the labels were unreadable and reprinted. To which he replied "that's suspicious". He also stated that he was the regular driver for my route and he is only off on Tuesdays, my package supposedly arrived on Saturday. The driver said "well I'm the one that would have delivered it and this is the first time I've been to this house" he said he would speak to his boss. Again contacted FedEx. They said they'd investigate. Just received a letter saying our records indicate the package was delivered, your claim is denied! They obviously never spoke to the driver. There is no way to verify what address was put on the lable when they reprinted it during shipping. And I am just out the money I spent to fix my car. We are everyday hard working people. We do not have an abundance of money and these car parts weren't a luxury. They were a necessity. I do not have the money to replace them! FedEx should be ashamed! The billion dollar corporation keep getting richer while the little people just get taken advantage of! They messed up yet I'm the only one in the situation losing out. Completely unacceptable! I'd hire pack mules or carrier pigeons before I'd trust FedEx! Again!

They deliver packages to an office after business hours and reschedule deliver for the next day. You would think they would deliver the package earlier in the business day but NOT FedEx. Terrible customer service. Use Amazon or UPS as your delivery service.

WORST OF THE WORST

They seem to think that providing a photo gets them off the hook. Hey FedEX, providing a photo in front of the right door gets you off the hook. Twice, I have had packages come from Blue Apron and both times complete fails. The initial order came with little to no ice left in the ice packs, now why is that? Today's order was a no show, but they did give a nice photo of it sitting in front of someone else's door. I am told they have until 9pm to fix the issue? Ummm, if you even think about sticking that box on my door step today, after it sat in the Florida sun ALL DAY, I will promptly take that box to your FACILITY and leave it in front of your door, then photograph it for my records. STOP HIRING people just because they have a driver license (because they give those things out like candy anymore), so I am NOT impressed. Try hiring drivers who can actually read, drive and use a GPS device. TaDah, problem solved. As it is, you just cost Blue Apron a customer because of your horrible delivery practices, thus costing you money too! Best of all, the photo says "left at front door"... by 9pm even the wild life are running past that stinky box!

I had a package that was supposed to arrive 5 days ago, Using a provided tracking number I checked the website only to learn my package was attempted to be delivered but I was "unavailable." As I was at home, waiting for the delivery I called FedEx customer service to find out what was going on. The rep on the phone stated it was a "fake attempt" and that my package would arrive the next days. Flash forward 3 days later, I still have not received my order. FedEx called me stating the driver was in my area and I would have my package by 5 pm. Once again, the online status indicated the driver came to deliver but I was "not home." When I called the rep states that my package "never made it on the truck, they were too full." He assured me it would arrive tomorrow or by "the end of the week" I have never experienced such horrible customer service, what a lack of transparency and way to mislead customers. AWFUL! I will willingly never use FedEx again, multiple bad experiences but this takes the cake!

Stay Away!

I paid extra money to manage the Fedex delivery. My nightmare started when they missed the target date. Fedex was not willing to reimburse me the extra fees that I paid. Fedex could not provide another target date. Fedex would not let me change the date and destination. All that they could offer is that I contact the seller. This is absolutely ludicrous as the package is now late with no determined date. Here are 2 words to describe my experience. Stay Away!

Lazy underpaid drivers. Always saying they attempted a delivery when they did not. They lie and are always delayed. Never have this issue with UPS.

Spent $25 extra at $#*!'s Sporting Goods to have an item fedexed next day from California to Arizona. That was 4 days ago and the item hasn't even left the California FedEx building yet. Just awful, awful service. I'm done with FedEx. Too bad because I have a business account with them, but after too many broken promises, I'll be switching to UPS.

Too often they just throw my packages at the front door. I have a door cam that records every thing at my front door. They have also delivered my packages to the wrong address. I avoid FedEx every time I can.
