I'm a home health caregiver for an older person with MS. He gets frozen meals delivered & after FedEx mix up on the address, the food box was delivered to his apartment with a foul smell. I opened it & nearly passed out from the smell of rotted food. Over a week, frozen food not kept frozen, unknown where it had been, was then delivered to a house of a sick person. The nerve of leaving boxes that stink of rotting food outside & a week late.

1. I'm in fedex at the moment. 1240 E Ontario Ave Suite 102, Corona, 4/4. Ryan is helping a cust with a flash drive. Fransico just got here and clocked in. All the people in line before me are complaining about the quoted prices. Went to the website and realized that Francisco gave himself 5 stars for the customer that Ryan is helping. Then I searched all over fedex website. Cannot find how to leave a review. So the fake reviews must be an accepted policy by FedEx Corporation. No way to leave a real customer review.
2. Francisco quoted Fri 12pm for $175 or 8pm for $150.4 different cards didn't work. Even after showing bank balance he said it maybe his pc so I had to get back in line for other register.
3. Elderly cust comes in with labeled packages. She ask if she can use machine to drop off packages, Ryan tells her only way to guarantee shipping today is to get in line. So what about all the customers that came before her and used the machine.
4. I got up to Daisy's register. She quotes me 10:30 $194 or 4:30 for $165. Francisco comes over and can't explain totally different prices and times going from 1 register to the next. No one can explain this.
5. Every time I come to this location the service is horrible and with the fake employee reviews I can understand why they don't care.

Got a door tag saying they had a package for me. Was not expecting package. Called to schedule delivery. NEVER SHOWED UP. Said they would attempt again next day. Never heard back from them. Try to contact FEDEX, they want tracking number. I don't even know who shipped the package, don't have tracking number! Want door tag number, but since they NEVER ATTEMPTED TO REDELIVER THE PACKAGE, THEY NEVER GAVE ME ONE!
Called today, "it's been three weeks!" "After this time it was shipped back to shipper." The shipper they CHARGED FOR DELIVERY BUT NEVER BOTHERED TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE. IS THIS AN ACCEPTABLE WAY TO RUN A SHIPPING COMPANY? CHARGE THE SHIPPER FOR DELIVERY, BUT NEVER DELIVER THE PACKAGE, SEND IT BACK INSTEAD. FEDEX IS THE MOST UNRELIABLE SHIPPER OUT THERE! CAN'T EVEN BEGIN TO COMPREHEND ANYBODY WORSE!

Got a door tag stuck to my door today. I WAS HOME ALL DAY LONG. THE DRIVER NEVER EVEN ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT ME, JUST STUCK THE DOOR TAG ON MY DOOR.
As others have said, they have had the same issue. This is the SECOND attempt this company has tried, both using FEDEX, who REFUSES to deliver the package they were PAID to deliver.
If the driver had to get out of his trcuk to stick the door tag on my door, why not just DELIVER THE FREAKIN' PACKAGE?
Now I have to go in to pick up my delivery because FEDEX employs useless, lazy idiots that CANNOT EVEN DO WHAT THEY ARE PAID TO DO. ACTUALLY DELIVERING PACKAGES!
THE ONLY THING WORSE IS THEIR SO-CALLED CUSTOMER SERVIVE.
USE UPS! OR USPS. FEDEX IS USELESS!
We had a coffee table delivered by fed ex. It was never left at the door they left this heavy pkg outside no where near our door. It was so heavy & we are elderly & had to drag in this HEAVY PKG inside our condo. This is the worse company ever, should go out of business.
Package wasn't left at my door. It was left near mailboxes at the other end of our condo building. Customer service was no help. It was a robo machine designed to only give certain answers. Online support was useless. I was never able to speak to an actual human. I would give a zero for customer service if that was an option.
I absolutely hate fedex. Have had multiple problems with receiving packages. Tracking is all but helpful since the estimated delivery date changes daily. On a few occasions the driver will pass my stop saying no one is home when im actually home. They don't even stop and will completely bypass my delivery. Currently have a package sitting at a facility for 3 days with not update. Called customer service who tells me it held because it was marked to be delivered a different day. If thats the case FEDEX dont list it as coming early if thats not even a possibility. Wtf I stayed home the past two days for nothing. They also leave the package in my f*n driveway and not the front door. $500 chair left in the rain that anyone can take. I will never us fedex if I can help it and will avoid any business that even uses it as best as i can!
I mailed a package at my local fedex office in Chattanooga on 3/20/23. I was told the package would be delivered on 3/22/23 to its destination in Virginia. On 3/24/23 it still hadn't been delivered and package tracking said it was in transit in Nashville. The automated phone system is sheer torture to navigate because you have to keep entering that very long tracking number. You can't speak to a human until you've endured several prompts and then when you do finally get a human, they have foreign accents so thick that communication is difficult. I called at least 3 times between 3/24/23 and 3/29/23 enduring that horrible automated phone system and each time I was told how sorry they were and they were investigating the situation. On 3/30/23 I was told the package was lost and I would need to file a claim and then wait 5 to 7 business days to see if they would refund the cost of my lost package. This is ridiculous. They lost the package but I have to do all the aggravating work to make it right, IF it gets made right which is yet to be determined. What a pathetic and incompetent company and the aggravation they put their customers through is unbelievable. I will never subject myself to this aggravation again. I definitely do not recommend fedex. Horrible experience all the way around.
Ordered my dog food from Chewy. Shipped by Fed Ex, says was delivered, was not. Chewy replaced my order, again Fed Ex says delivered, was not. Now Chewy won't ship another order, my dogs are out of food. Thanks Fed Ex for pathetic service. Chewy won't ship again because the same thing could happen.
I have had several experiences when delivering packages. And lately the packages are arriving with the packaging torn and the item broken as well. I hope this email helps to solve the problem that is happening with the packages. I always communicate with the sellers and they tell me that they send the packages well wrapped and I believe them. The problem is in transportation. The carriers are somehow influencing this problem. I call on the relevant people to resolve this issue. These packages are paid for and are protected by federal law.
There is a reason everyone reviews FedEx so low. Our delivery was to a business location as overnight and it is constantly delayed day after day due to "Weather". The problem is there is no weather issue and delivery from UPS and USPS are on schedule delivering packages just fine, but not for FedEx. They are constantly delivering with issues. My wife has problems at her work as well where packages are delayed regularly and missed. We still don't have our package. Also watching people get stolen and damaged packages after reading reviews is concerning. We will never use FedEx as a delivery service for personal or business again. Too risky and costly.
You make your order for 1 box online but you still have to call in to get it picked up from your location? And it wont even be the same day that they pick up? I might as well just call them schedule it and have them email me the packing slip because it would save so much time in the long run
Ups might not be great but at least their service is online and picked up the same day.
I have an animal that was supposed to be shipped yesterday morning & they let it sit in the Menphis facility for 24hrs!
Unfortunately it's not the first time either! Paid for priority shipping & they don't care my animal is sitting in their warehouse. I want to report fedex to PETA!
Ordered a package it's 3 days late set up a appointment to have geek squad set up my pc an desk an now I can't get a refund and all FedEx says is its not they're fault terrible
Like the title says, I had been waiting for my package for a long time and the day of the arrival I got a doortag, my package was marked as delivered but I never got it, now I have opened a case and I am now running late for my job thanks to fexed. Imo doortags shouldnt exist, instead fedex should verify with you when the package is on its way insted of the day of the arrival.
Don't have a fedex account? Shipments are automatically charged an extra $10 (plus tax!) on top of any duty or taxes you may have needed to pay. NO OTHER SHIPPERS CHARGE THIS. DO NOT USE FEDEX FOR ANYTHING!
Additionally, I inquired on these charges and the reply took over 2 months! Sent inquiry 1/24/23, reply received 3/30/23!
Absolute trash company. And the couriers know it too. Last courier I had here said I could contest the fees, but TO NOT MENTION HE TOLD ME.
AND! If you add a credit card, you can't remove it. So the only thing you can do is not use them.

Just an absolute trash company. Ordered an air conditioner from Menards and they used FEDEX to ship it. After it not arriving after 3 days past delivery date and tracking still showing "delayed" I called them. That's when I learned that they had destroyed the item and had no intention of delivering it. I asked why they didnt contact me and the India call service representative literally said "we don't do anything to let customers know when we destroy packages". So I asked how they were going to compensate me or make things right. She almost laughed and said "my apologies, but we don't do anything like that". They must be making enough money to lose my business. So stay away from them if at all possible. Terrible, terrible company.
I had home delivery, they left me a message where to pick up on the mailbox because they didn't want to go up to the 4th floor. This is not the first time.
Workers are stealing at fedex they open boxes and etc they need a better system how do they let others sign for a package that is not there's. It not right for people to spend they hard working money to receive nothing. And when you file a claim first thing they say is contact the seller. It's easy to get had with these guys. I am building an truck ordered parts and never received. Fedex says it was delivered and sign by BBB but my name is Tony and I watch the FedEx truck drive by my business and didn't stop. I ask the fedex guy the following day did he deliver a package yesterday for Tony to any of the surrounding businesses he tells me that they said something about that package but he didn't have that route yesterday but they said something because I made a claim but where is my package. 24 hours later claim closed 400 dollars down the drain. Be careful with these guys

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
