As of yesterday we have now had 17 shipments that continue to be delivered to the wrong address about three blocks away. One of the shipments yesterday required a signature, but was dropped off without one. We have talked to FedEx all 17 times, filed claims, etc. and nothing changes. This is one of the worst Companies to deal with, and they JUST DON'T CARE>

Someone said to me that I $#*! you give her money, but then I quiet about it and you telling me I've got to pay 150 Amazon cart that is ridiculous. I'm not paying 150 or Amazon gift card for when someone says I could get it for free I worked that one out
2nd time now I've ordered a scooter and both times they were not delivered on day it shows. Very frustrating waiting all day just to be disappointed. Also I hate that you can never chat with a LIVE person with fedex. Everytime I try it's just the stupid virtual chat bot. Trying to call is also frustrating because it takes forever to speak to a real person. Fedex needs to do a lot of improvements with delivery and customer service. Also anytime I try to get updates on a delivery using the website or app it never works.
I paid $60 for an check to be delivered overnight from only an hour away only for it to be 6 days late

FedEx is the only delivery service that consistently fails to try to conceal or partially conceal letter/packages that they conceal. Instead they consistently leave my deliveries right in front of the door in clear view of would be package thieves. Very disappointed in their service!
One of our business clients sent a rather large business check via FedEx. They paid FedEx to have it here by the 3rd of this month. Well, This clown company decided it would be fun to take the check on a little tour of the country, disregarding their promise to have it delivered a few states away from where it was sent. Not kidding, check was sent from California and coming to Colorado. As of today the check is in MARYLAND. And it even said the check was in Colorado on the 3rd. What a joke of a company and will not be using FEDEX ever again.
I got 2 messages that my deliveries were going to be delivered between 2pm and 4pm today and that was good cause I dont get off work til.1pm now I got a text saying they're being delivered at 10am-2pm I tried talking to an representative but the automated system will not let speak to a live agent no matter what services you want
Not only did he kill her, he sped up on purpose with her directly in front of him. He hit her and left her for dead. She crawled off the road and died next to my driveway. I put him in blast on social media. He should be ashamed of himself. She is 9 years old and a member of a family. I will never know if she could have been helped. I saw him speed up with her on front of him. I hope that video goes viral and gets all the hate in my heart for him.
Same Sh!t different expected delivery. On fedex truck for delivery it says 7/3/23 5:20 AM here I am at 8:25 pm no delivery. Called FedEx and after repeating myself over and over to an automated system I got a love person in the freaking Philippines! Yeah that's gonna help at first she said oh it was delivered at 5:20 am then she corrected herself and said "can you just wait until Wednesday because they won't deliver on the 4th" at that point I just hung up because fedex has never failed to miss delivery dates atleast for me. All I know is online stores need to give the consumer to options of using other methods of delivery. Fedex is absolutely the worst delivery company on the planet and they take zero accountability for their inept service. Don't buy from retailers who use fedex and by all means avoid fedex if you want to receive whT you order.

I needed a part for a refrigerator for my rental condo. Had to get it delivered next day. Finally found a dealer with the part and had it shipped out next day air. Part was needed to save renters their food or I am responsible to pay for all soiled food. Also, if part can't be delivered renters would need another place to stay. Part was not delivered. Tracking said business closed for holiday. The Origin at Seahaven is open 24/7 with staff at front. I called and talked with a Rep. She said "oh, the Fedex business was closed for holiday. I asked which holiday and she then told me the store does not have the staff to deliver the package and that it was closed today. What!? So they don't prioitize Air shipment from ground shipments. Now I'm on the hook to pay for my quest's food and other accommodations. Fedex should pay and not me. Fedex just sucks at delivery.

What a horrible service for such a big company, this the 3rd time my package gets delayed from your side for no reason, you don't even inform the customer if they agree to change the delivery date, your horrible company just changed the date by itself.

Package once again not delivered when it was even already on the truck. Says business closed or nobody home. This is not a business and I have been here all day waiting on package that I don't even need to sign for. This is ridiculous. Not the first time this has happened.
I visited 7927 Forest Ln Suite A1, Dallas, TX ******* to have a package shipped to oster clipper company Aug 26th My package was never shipped or either lost the supervisor doesn't know but I wasn't notified in time to file a claim know I have to suffer the losses. I really believe one of the workers may have took instead of shipping the employees and staff all slack & lack professionalism & basic customer service skills, I warn you before using this location to handle your packages!
I don't understand why I keep failing for the okie dokie. I order through Amazon a lot because they have really reliable shipping for pretty much free if you have prime. But every once in awhile I order special things that doesn't use prime. Always happens to be FedEx who craps on me. My package always gets delayed. The last 4 was delayed at least for 3 days. Even have overnight that moves to on fedex truck for deliver. Then delayed and never moves for 2 to 3 days. Their excuse is, "Sorry. We was busy." But it never makes it to the truck the next day even though it was just there. I really believe these packages never leave the warehouse and it's just a tease so we won't call them the day off. I hate these guys.
Put shipment out along busy rd. Instead of bringing it to the house 500ft away. Driver lied and said my driveway is gated,not never this been ups Amazon uses all deliver to my door. Shipment gone before I got home they said tuff luck call the company that shipped it. FedEx was the ones that's put the products out by the road! I out 200.00. FedEx is not the way to ship any thing.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
