As usual Fed ex two-day has turned into four days and it's still not here. Fed Ex is the worst "shipping" company in the U.S. I often order on-line and some retailers only offer Fed ex shipping. Honestly, they are late about 85% of the time. Terrible business practices.
IT NEVER FAILS EVERYTIME FEDEX IS DELIVERING A PASSAGE TO ME, IT BARELY MAKES IT AND IF IT DOES THERE IS ALWAYS DAMAGE. DAMAGED COFFEE AND SUGAR. DAMAGED PLANT. THIS MAKES NO SENSE AND I'M REALLY TIRED OF IT. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER
If I was able to give a 0 zero I would. They can't ever deliver a package on time. Some people will need it for a specific time not just when yall want to deliver packages. Do your job instead of saying there's an "operational delay" for 3 days straight.
I like to buy online but most of the time I have delivery issues when they use FedEx, my packages always lose. Really bad people to deal with.
Good luck getting your order, and the lies about it being there the next day are incredible. They are the worse delivery carrier. I was told delivery on Tuesday, five days later, nothing. They can't find the package. I cancelled the order from the shipper and will never use their delivery services again. Sat at home for four days as they needed a signature...what a waste of vacation time.
The business card design feature at the website is awful and not user friendly and the customer service for the.com business was incompetent and could not understand any of them. I went to store who helped generate the original design and emailed me the files was not helpful either in the mistake made in printing the business card. NOW the store can't even pull up the order to refund my purchase because their tech doesn't bridge the website company to the store company. A lot of cost cutting leading to poor service and filling the pockets of the C suite and shareholders.
My order required MY signature (direct signature) on it in order to be delivered. The website and instructions stated that if I couldn't sign for it I could send a QR code to someone and have them sign for it OR it would be sent to a location where I could receive it. Why was someone allowed to sign for my package without checking ID or verifying that I had given permission for someone else to sign for it for me? I will never willingly deal with FedEx again. This is careless on FedEx's part and it's obviously the workers are only there for a paycheck.
The phone service is extremely bad, the robot keep providing the same prompts without any option for a live customer representative, the same package delayed over 10 days and no answer
Sent a box to my daughter.It was damaged. The box had 5 items in it. Fed ex returned the box to me with a damaged item. I wrote a letter to my daughter. The person at fed ex wrote on the back of my letter. To The Parents! The shipment that was being sent to your daughter was damaged. So, the shipment is being ewsent back to you. I'm sure with God's help it will get to your daughter next time. God bless you all!

You wait all day for a package that's supposed to be out for delivery and it never comes on that day. Today it said delayed for "operational reasons". The last one was supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday and everyday it said "mechanical failure" but they didn't notify me of that until the end of everyday until it finally came on Saturday. Just pathetic service!
Worst company for your shipping/ receiving. They steal products on half way. I have tracking numbers and see what it says. They lying saying they received empty box. My tracking number- **************. Don't ever use FEDEX.
Their delivery man trashed my sister's porch...broke flower pots...dirt and mess all the way to the sidewalk. And my sister is disabled. She called me crying and upset. The driver didn't even bother to leave a note to apologize. What an awful company.
On July 15th and July 3st Fed X stated that they delivered my uncle blood pressure machine. We never got it. How can you have (2) delivery dates. My uncle is very sick and this blood pressure machine is a matter of life and death for him. Fed X supervisor believes his Driver. Driver lie like everyone else. He or She NEVER delivered the package. They were uncaring and was of no help. They main concern is believing their lying Driver. Customers are NOT first with Fed X. THEY SUCK!
Fedx shows up today with one out of two of my packages. I take it from the driver and tell him there's supposed to be two. He say daaa I only show one on my slip. I go in the house get a message on my phone saying both where delivered. I get in my car and find the truck parked on the side of the road. I walk up and show the kid that it says here you delivered two items and we both know you only did one. He has no clue what to do. They should just have monkeys do this job and pay them with bananas.

I have had UPS,Fedex and USPS deliver my packages to the wrong address,and even UPS and Fedex say they can't deliver my items because they were damaged in transit,and I have had damaged broken,ripped open packages delivered from Fedex! Months ago Ebay and Target kept saying on their sites that my order was delivered,but there was *nothing* outside my front or back door apartment building.I told them that I was telling them the truth and about a week later a maintenance man knocked on my door and said he had two packages for me that were delivered to the wrong building next door!
Walmart,Fedex,and Amazon.com delivery drivers have also delivered my items to the wrong building and took a picture of a blank wall of my out side apartment building so you can't even see what the if it's the wrong building #! A Walmart delivery person even took a picture of the wrong apartment on the first floor,and delivered my package there and I live on the third floor! Then someone left my package outside my apartment door many days later and thankfully I did get refunds sometimes.
I have complained to all of these stores and delivery carriers about this too. On Pissed Consumer,Hissing Kitty,Site Jabber,and Trust Pilot,UPS,Fedex,and USPS have only 1 star ratings, and 1000's of customer complaints,USPS got a 2 on a few of them.
Sometimes a nice neighbor or maybe another deliver person with these services leaves my package outside my apartment door many days or even about a week after I never received it when the carriers and stores I bought the items from said they were delivered.
Just the last 3 days Fedex kept saying 3 days in a row that they were going to deliver my package from about 10 in the morning until around three in the afternoon,then that changed and they claimed by the end of the day, this is now three days in a row they changed it to delayed and Pending! I even spoke with a Fedex customer service agent on Saturday the second day and he claimed they had too many packages the day before but he reassured me that I my package would be delivered by the end of the day,but I never got it on Sunday either!
I live in an apartment on the 3rd floor. I purchased a $150 desk from wayfair and during the week while I was at work the fedex deliverer just set it at the base of the stairs. I've received no email or note saying the package was even delivered.
Had it not have been for my boyfriend coming home and seeing it at the base of the stairs it might have been stolen or damaged. It is irresponsible and lazy to decide you don't feel like finishing the delivery it's pretty ridiculous. When I tried to email fedex and let them know, there's no email. Just a phone number that you will have to be on hold for a very long time.
FedEx treats you like you're a number. The second your package is marked "Delayed", they will completely ghost you - no more tracking info, no more current package location - nothing. I'm getting this treatment on an Overnight Delivery of a rare aquarium fish, that is now, undoubtedly dead. When will I receive the dead fish? I have no idea, because I am just a worthless number to FedEx. Tell everyone you know to stay the hades away from FedEx!
They delivered sensitive and valuable company banking information to the wrong address. I tried to reach out to FedEx to resolve the issue and find out where they had actually delivered it and all I could get was an automated machine which could not get any of the information correct. Please never trust FedEx, I understand mistakes happen but they need to have some type of customer service and they need to have live individuals as part of their customer service - not automated computers.
Had a package shipped from Colorado to Canada and Fedex lost track of it in Perrysburg OH. Called Fedex mulitple times and they opened a case file, which meant nothing. The representatives were very difficult to understand, had no knowledge of anything, and kept repeating the same information, that the package last scan was in Perrysburg on 15 July 2023. Today, July 25 2023, still the same void of information other than that "they are investigating". I had to provide a description of the package, which they could have gotten of the bill of lading, but hey, some meatsack in the Phillipines probably can't read that anyway.
Fedex refuses to admit the lost the package and have no idea what happened to it, so they provide a bunch of lies for the clients to consume hoping they will go away.
They are about to lose our account. I would rather ship with UPS than with these amateurs.

I've placed several orders online that are shipped to us by FedEx. For some reason, they decide to ship items out of NJ to UT or MO before coming to PA. It takes almost a week for anything to show up. I could drive to NJ and be back home in 2 days! Amazon ships to us from NJ and we have it next day!
They still have better rates for shippers then UPS though.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
