I had purchased a Lemon Tree and it didn't do well for me but Fast Growing Trees replaced it. I appreciate their decision very much.
The Meyer Lemon bush is fantastic has eleven lemons on it almost ripe and setting new blossoms and lemons. I ordered 3 Chicago Hardy Figs and one was dead. The alive two are doing well but I never received the promised replacement for the dead fig.
I bought 4 slender hynoki cypresses and one had a broken top on it. They all were healthy and with my golden gardener touch, they have really thrived but the one with the broken top failed to put another top on. FGT easily granted me a warranty refund that I'm applying today. Thank you.
The trees come in good condition and thrive when properly taken care of. I have had great luck with everything I purchase from Fast Growing Trees.
Two of the three plants were good however, the third plant was beat up, in guess in shipping, I planted it just hoping it will snap out of the shock. 🤷🏻‍
Beautiful selection and every one I've ordered has been healthy, took to root quickly. Excellent company that stands behind their product. Any issue has been quickly resolved
Received 2 of the "4 in 1" apple trees, both had honeycrisp branches. I did not realize the 2 feet of roots counted towards the total height, so my trees were about 5 feet tall. So far they both are very healthy and doing great. Other than the height and getting unlucky with so many honeycrisp variants which come with their own issues…overall a 4/5 stars.
Beautiful selection and I can't wait to receive my apple trees.
The last large order was a really good deal. The trees were not nearly in great condition when received. But that's ok. They are all alive and will probably fill in. I staked the one that was totally bent sideways and it's doing well.
So, no problem.
We received several bushes in great condition and delivery on time. They are looking good. We would recommend to family and friends.
I would like to give this website another chance. I have many more years of experience with living in this climate now. And I hope these trees will thrive.
I've ordered from fast growing trees several times and aside from once have had very healthy plants. Their customer service is always helpful and I will continue ordering from them!
Initial damage claim for 2 of 54 Lavender Rhododendron Shrubs was denied. Fast growing trees indicated the 2 shrubs were stressed.
I've previously ordered two knock out rose bushes and they are thriving beautifully, as long as I attend to then as instructed
Package came and was ripped on the end. Ordered 5 plants and only got 4. Received credit in a gift card for the missing plant but it didn't cover the shipping of a new plant.
We purchased 3 rose trees that have done well potted outdoors in zone 9. The Julia child is being replaced because it was snapped by high winds. While alive the Julia Child never stopped blooming.
Customer service is not so great. I share my pictures and worries with no resolution so I have to await and use my 1 year GUARANTEE which I have to ask my lawyer hoping they follow through.
The company has been the best. I had trouble with the delivery carrier, trees were not handled as directed, both very dried out. 1 survived and is in the ground, the river birch had to be replaced. Fast growing company was great sent another. UPS seem to be the problem. This tree was also without water, most likely not kept upright. Branches still have green when scratched, leaves dehydrated. I kept it on the porch, leaves still not improving. It is Nov. With rains coming so I have now planted it. I am sure it has a better chance in the ground. Your exchange was so appreciated, and I expect this river birch to pull through.
The 6-7 foot tree I ordered arrived looking dead. I planted it correctly like I've do so with other local trees I've purchased. The tree didn't put on any leaves or show any growth. I had to contact Fast-Growing Trees to request a replacement tree against the "Free 1 Year Warranty". After several emails, I learned I would get a warranty credit toward the purchase of another tree. The process was tedious.
I initially ordered 2 Sakura cherry trees from Fast Growing Trees. One has done very well, but the other still struggles, four years later, with a deep bark fissure. It is slowly mending, so I suspect that it will eventually heal and be alright. My next order, one year later, was for 2 more Sakura cherry trees of the same size. Upon opening the box, I was disappointed in their smaller size, even though I had ordered the same large size as the previous order. After much struggle, these two trees appears to be growing out of their earlier problems, of small size and one having a bark fissure that should be healed by next year. Thus, I can only give your company 4 stars and not 5, because the quality of the plant is not always up to the standard described on the website.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
