I have a small peach tree a few years ago. It has grown well over the years. Only problem is I have had with is that the small peaches it produces bruise easily so I only get a few peaches each season from the tree. Last summer it produced at least 60 peaches but I ate about 3 of them.

3 plants were missing from the order. FGT ordered replacements after much documentation tto prove I didn't get the plants.
Note: when unpacking plants take pictures of plants next to boxes with labels aging. That's the only way they will replace the missing plants. It was a hassle to say the least. If I had known (instructions would have been nice), I would not have had to spend hours completing the task they required.
Other than that, the other plants arrived healthy and as scheduled.
I received my fiddle leaf tree distressed due to the excessive heat in the Texas summer. They replaced the tree and it was beautiful.

In general good but bought 2 rainbow eucalyptus trees a few years ago both died. Did not receive good support. Will try one more time
My butterfly bush was broken up quite a bit seems you need to maybe tape the pots to the cardboard? Idk how but other ones were perfect
I previously ordered a certain plant late in the season. Unfortunately, when it arrived it was "on its last leaves" and didn't survive. FGT gave me a refund because a replacement wasn't available. So I'm now reordering two of that same plant but earlier in the season. 🤞🏼

If you would, can you please label these delivery instructions on the package as well? (Deliver too the House up the long lane which is just off the Highway thru the White Fence.) I got 3 trees a lemon, orange and plum and are all doing well. The plum tree that I got the first of December was loaded with blossoms the end of January and is doing very well. Very pleased with the company and ther help.

I ordered an American Sycamore tree and a berry bush. The berry bush was affected by a freeze but it is still alive. The tree has grown another foot and has lots of leaves. I'm very pleased with my purchase!
When ordering smaller plants they arrived in good shape. When orderig larger plants (2-3 feet) they arrived in bad shape due to poor handling. When ordering a six pack they arrive in two boxes of three. They are long and spindly boxes and arrive crushed in the middle from the weight of the plants in the ends of the box. Maybe two plants per box would make weight and shape more manageable for the carriers to handle properly. One order was beat up so bad two of the plants soil was out of the container and inside the plastic cover. They didn't make it. Had the same thing happen on another order but only one plant didn't make it. Hoping for better results this time.
Well a little disappointed because the peach tree I ordered the first time didn't make it. But when I got my order it was in great shape. We just don't know what happened maybe to much rain or what.
Box was badly broken soil around roots was loose. But my meyer lemon tree made it. It now has 2 lemons. I like that there is someone to call if having problems with my purchase.
My plants were shipped in the middle of an ice storm and arrived over a week later frozen and dead. I could not get a replacement plant for my pothos but was able to get a new pancake plant. The replacement plant arrived alive but is so small it was not worth the price I paid. The one that arrived dead was double the size of the replacement.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
