I have purchased several trees from FastGrowing Trees and I have never been disappointed. All of their trees and plants are beautifully grown! They arrive in such exceptional condition!

I have ordered two trees from Fast-Growing trees. The first one was a lavender weeping redbud. It is perfect for my flowerbed. The second one, Cherokee Chief Dogwood, was a disappointment. It came in half dead and did not get any better during the growing season until it eventually died. Customer support was wonderful, after sending pictures, they sent me another that was bigger and better than I expected.
Arrival time was fast and packaging couldn't have been better for both trees. It is because of their customer support that I am ordering a third tree from F-GT. I have high hopes for this new order of a Bloodgood Japanese Maple.
I received two stunning plants. I planted them quickly and was consistent with the watering and feeding however in the end both plants died. It could have been that they didn't get the sun they needed, maybe it was the soil. I've left their carcasses in the ground in hopes that in the new season they will re-sprout.
Am now to turn over the soil the repair the irrigation lines and add fresh soil then get places screened around plants so gophers/racoons don't tear up my new trees
We've purchased trees from different suppliers, but only the ones from fast growing trees are still healthy, happy and beautiful parts of our lives.
Tree arrived healthy and well shipped. We planted it as instructed. It is thriving in our yard on the west side of our house. I love watching the birds flitting back and forth between our waterfall streams and bowls for a bath, to the branches to dry and gossip about what they heard at the spa, lol!
The trees I ordered arrived in great condition and were as advertised. Very easy buying experience and I just placed my second order after having such a great first purchase.

On the whole, I've had good experiences. Unfortunately, I have had 2 trees die. One was a Japanese red Maple (beautifully lasted for 5 years). The other was a nectarine tree that died after one year. I am very sad to lose any tree.
We bought 2 apple trees last year and one tree was damaged in shipping. Fast Growing trees help out right away with a partial refund and what to do to help the tree grow healthy. Highly recommend this company.

I have purchased 6 different trees and they have done well, the one tree that didn't survive the shipping ( tree was knocked out of its soil container, and was severely stressed and died a few days later) I worked with one of the customer reps and kept her updated as we tried to re pot it and save it, but the tree eventually died during the following days. In just over a week I was shipped a replacement tree, which is doing great.
It took a while ( not being a patient person) but it bloomed beautifully. I did cut it way back, however, it is taken a while but the leaves are coming back. I just want to have lovely color on my balcony in Los Angeles.

I needed 2 apple trees for pollination. Both were damaged with the Blushing Delight being completely smashed, dry, and the root ball fell apart upon opening the box. I was given credit, but was not able to get the same tree. I am attempting to do so now. I will see how this order goes. I have it set to arrive beginning if April.
I had a few damaged plants and was told to wait for a replacement to see if they adjusted. They didn't servive and still waiting on a refund or replacement.
I used to love this nursery but they've made a lot of changes lately and sometimes I don't get the right trees. As a professional I know what I want and what to expect. Hope i won't have the same experience
I tried to claim my warranty for two of the citrus trees and they ask $83 just for shipping it's the most ridiculous thing to ask for. No one will want trees to die and believe me it wasn't because of me as the temperatures dropped quickly and the trees died. It's not that hard to find another nursery that will take care of the customers. They know that when you take a plant from a green house, sell it and the customer will plant it and the temperature drops, the tree will die quickly as the tree its fragile.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
