I wanted two large trees, but was not sure what condition they might arrive in via mail. No one else had the selection I wanted, so I decided to try this site. To my surprise, trees were received in perfect condition. Leaves were carefully zip tied in a vertical position. No damage. Trees look great. FastGrowingTrees shipped promptly and clearly has much experience in growing and shipping larger trees. Will definitely order again. They have earned my repeat business.

Since May I have bought and planted six varieties of fruit trees and three berry bushes from FastGrowingTrees.com. I am thoroughly pleased with all the products and they are all showing growth on a weekly basis. They are all healthy and easy to care for even in our hot dry Alabama conditions. I've never ordered live plants on-line. Ordering was easy and the price was reasonable. When my order arrived, it was an inch away from death! 95% of leaves were in the bottom of the box along with most of the soil. Many branches were broken.obviously, a rough transport to CA! I asked via email whether this was typical and received no response. A few days later, I noticed a shipping notification on my phone. The company had sent out a replacement. Sounds good but would have rather received a refund and reorder when weather is cooler. The replacement arrived and was slightly better shape but still close to death! Just be careful about shipping live plants when it's 100+ degrees! Lesson learned!

I have been very pleased with the service, the speedy shipping and packaging well. The trees arrive healthy and all are growing well. I had one come damaged,sent a picture, and they sent me another tree. I have ordered several trees and would recommend them.

Is great! I ordered two hydrangea trees a while back and those came in great condition and are thriving! I also ordered two sunny knockout rose trees and although I had to get them replaced(very easy and quick response) the new ones came out perfect! Did 4 stars because of the shipping two trees in one box but I do understand not wanting to waste boxes.
I love that they always have deals going on and never thought shipping plants and trees would be so easy and turn out so great.

Damn rabbits are them. Had get a bebe gun and shot the rabbits but the bushes are dead

Easy to order, but when my trees arrived after over a week in transit, they arrived in bad shape. Dead leaves the root ball unhealthy. When contacted the company to get my 100% guarantee, and looking for replacements, I was told give it a few weeks and see if it comes back to life. Not my idea of customer service satisfaction guaranteed.

7 plants are thriving bought them back in January it is now July one died. They sent me a replacement, but the replacement was half dead After a few weeks It's pretty much dead.

Overpriced, small plants for the container size, weak growth, sad AF when they arrive, packaging nightmare, and then when you ultimately utilize their retirm policy, they fight you over returning them, then they don't have the same plant in stock so they give you a store credit formore terrible plants.

My bush arrived promptly in fine condition. I bought it in memory of my husband who enjoyed gardening. Even though I've had little experience planting anything, since I planted it, many beautiful flowers have appeared & it's flourishing.
I would definitely order from this company again.

I have a very ugly brick wall abutting my patio & need to cover it. After much research chose to get hybrid willow trees as they looked like they would do the job and would not be toxic to my neighbors bunny when he was allowed on the patio. The willows arrived quickly. Ordered 6 to try them. Then ordered 8. Some of the 8 had a bit of damage and was given a decent refund. I highly recommend FastGrowingTrees!

One tree arrived completely destroyed by shipping and dead. Was offered a replacement and excepted but the Thursday delivery ended up turning into a Tuesday. This was 5 days in a box during 100 degree weather. Was offered another replacement but haven't accepted because the delivery service they use is terrible. Wasted too much time for a $200 hassle.
