My initial order was damaged during delivery. Fast Growing Trees immediately resolved the situation.

All the plants I have purchased have lived and thrived. But I did have one problem with a Simmonds Avocado and they kindly replaced it. And all seems to be going well. I'll definitely purchase again in the near future.

Poor tree quality, many insect bite great customer service.

I received all my plants on time but 4 of my 6 plants were in pretty bad shape and did not come back after planting! So now I have 4 dead plants! I am very disappointed with your service and wont order from you again.

I followed the instructions for planting the trees, but one of my trees, the rainbow eucalyptus tree was basically dead when it arrived. The maple is doing well, but the eucalyptus didn't make it

First, I do think FGT does try very hard to make things right. However, 2 of my 4 Lavender plants are dying (even with the Root Rocket) which I think makes a big difference (and I will order this again the next time I order plants or trees:-).
But one Nellie Stevens Holly tree is still MIA... hoping to receive it soon.

What do I do about the 2 lavender plants that are dying?
I can send photos... it has been hot but I have watered them daily and given them lots of love and TLC... so sad... :'( Thank you.

Sent out a replacement tree when the first did not flourish.

The Apple and Peach trees arrived broken in half. I emailed with photos but no response.

The team always give options for any replacement required and I have 2 beautiful rose trees that are growing rapidly + 2 lavenders producing beautiful fragrance

Upon receiving the shipping box it was crushed in a bit at the root ball area. After opening the box the leaves were brittle and root ball was fairly dry to the crumbling point. The next day I planted exactly how instructed. Two days later there are branches dropping and the remaining leaves are brittle and turning brown somewhat.

I've been purchasing plants and trees from Fast Growing Trees for years now. In fact, a few other members of my family also have had good experience with Fast Growing Trees. They have always responded to any concerns. They take care in making sure that you're happy with your purchase. I would highly recommend them when you are thinking about.

I've ordered trees 3x. The last time I paid top dollar for one tree…the dirt was not secure and the top had been broken off. I sent a pic like they asked and haven't heard back. They had previously replaced a order for me but this time nothing…

I bought three Italian Cypresses from 'Fast Growing Trees'. In no time one was dying from the top. The company promptly sent me a replacement, at no cost. Then……at the same original spot the replacement tree was turning brown. I reported this one also and again received a replacement tree! So far my new beautiful tree is growing very well!

I contacted about the Neem spray not working for my plants and nothing was done about it.
