Well I just typed this in the other box...
I bought several trees & bushes from you couple years ago, one of the Hass Avocados & one of the Sweetheart Blueberries were puny, died fairly quickly & you did nothing about it, refused to stand by your product, or honor your guarantee, which at the time was for a full year. Some "expert" of yours emailed me back & forth a couple of times, then ghosted me. Everything else did very well, giving you one last chance to send me some healthy trees. Don't disappoint me again.

Plants are very excellent, I have no issues with the root structure or plants. My only issue is this Company chooses to use FEDEX which is very questionable! I have had serious issues with the FEDEX drivers tossing my plant boxes around. I now order from plant companies who has a UPS option to ship!

I've placed a couple of previous orders with fast growing trees. With each order the plants ordered were healthy and, now that it's spring, producing new leaves / buds. They appear to be thriving.

The only issue I experienced was that the delivery person left one box containing two trees vertically on its end on our porch (thus one tree was upside down in the box, instead of both trees being flat). Thankfully the packers did an excellent job and minimal damage resulted. Both trees are planted; I don't foresee any long-term damage.

I ordered a has avocado tree a while back. Delivery was supposed to be this week. I just received notice that delivery would be a month late. Very disappointing because I ordered this as a gift. I also just received notice that the tree is on sale. So I reached out and asked for either a price adjustment or an upgrade to a larger tree. The only offer I was given was to cancel my order and then to order again. Not customer service friendly. Not sure I'd order again.

I love plants. We moved and have a large yard. I want plants that will attract and feed all types of birds, butterflies, and bees. You offer many plants. I can buy what is indigenous to my area.

We previously purchased 14 giant arborvitae's and they have all survived and grown for over 2 years. We used the recommended root rocket.

Fast Growing Trees is a great company. They stand behind what they sell and have great customer service! Wish they used UPS to mail instead of FedEx.

The way the tecoma was wrapped for shipping was so amazing that I took a picture of it and posted it on Facebook. It arrived in perfect condition (two years ago?) and is an 8 foot tall front yard showpiece that feeds all the pollinators.

I started ordering from them a couple of years ago. The quick delivery, packaging, and quality of plants is top-notch. The guarantee is an added bonus. However, all the plants I've ordered have always done well, so I've never had to use the guarantee. I am looking forward to a beautiful new yard.

I ordered a Chicago Hardy fig tree/plant from you. It was looking stressed initially, but with a little loving care and attention, it is now not only thriving, but looking very healthy and happy!

American Sycamore were very healthy and transplanted well. This will be the third year. One of the original five did not survive the second year. Leaves turned brown. No visible insect traces. The ground was moist enough, The others are are doing well.
Ordered some full speed of hedge on two separate occasions. The set for the first year were great and look good. The last set appear to be struggling more. Planted in the same spot. I'll nurture them and nature will take it's course.

I've purchased 24 4' fruit trees of various varieties

I tried to warranty two cherry trees that died after planting. I sent before and after photos, was in the warranty period. It was made so difficult I gave up. Do not purchase the added warranty it's not honored.

TREES ARRIVE IN PERFECT CONDITION. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I HAVE ORDERED (THIS TIME IS A GIFT) HOPEFULLY, MY SON WILL BE JUST AS PLEASED.

I purchased two apple trees several years ago planted both of them 10 feet apart one of them made it and is doing really well. The other one only lasted about two months and then it just died.
