Ordered 2 Keiffer Pear trees on a buy one get one special. Received one diseased pear in a box with a healthy cherry tree and the other in a box by itself, also diseased. Called for replacement and received only 1 replacement pear that was more diseased than the others. All 3 pear trees had severely black spotted leaves. One star for the full refund received after the 2nd call.

My Crimson King Maple arrived with holes in the leaves and brown edges, and then it got worse. I sent a picture to their team, they said it was just shipping stress and to please give it more time. 3 weeks in nothing has improved.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
