Everyone always tells me to not buy plants from big box stores... so I researched and came across Fast Growing Trees. I spent 2X what I would have spend had I bought it at a box store. The first one arrived covered in white, powdery mildew. When I contacted the company, they told me that this is normal and it should be okay. NOT ACCEPTABLE. So they sent me another... it was smaller and also covered in a fungus as well. I won't ever purchase a plant over the internet again. I want to see the actual plant and know its healthy.

Prices seem competitive and plants have been packaged well. I received one that was damaged and when I contacted the company they sent me a new plant quickly.

We have an experimental geothermal greenhouse project in Northern Idaho. All our trees were bought from Fast Growing Trees. So far we have learned a great deal about what does best in this type of environment. We continue to order everything from this excellent company, as their plants always arrive alive and healthy.

Our trees arrived well packaged and intact although we were short 1 tree and once I contacted the company they immediately sent the missing one and it arrived quickly and in great shape--we have ordered more to complete our natural fence in the next few weeks.

I previously ordered an Harcot Apricot tree and did not receive it. When I called to check why it was delayed they told me they did not have one that was up to their standards. I appreciated the honesty and forthrightness.

I purchased a lemonade lemon tree. It had no root system so I received a replacement which had NO root system either. Both showed up shocked and died!
My other purchases over the years were fine. Please send me a tree with a health developed root system. PLEASE!

I ordered a cherry tree and planted it. Did everything appropriate to make it grow it just didn't grow. The company was kind enough to give me a gift card for another tree which I am using now.

Still working on apple tree which seemed in distress when it arrived, and all the leaves turned brown. Working on the advice of to see if it is still alive in the spring.

Have been hesitant to purchase plants and trees online, but was searching for a hard to find Sweetbay Magnolia. Located on Fast Growing Trees and ordered 2 trees. They arrived in 2 days well packaged. The trees had been pruned more than I preferred, but guess that is part of the mail-order thing. The two trees that were ordered originally seem to be thriving, so ordered another today for a vacant spot. Process has felt so seamless! Highly recommend!

I ordered a lemon and a lime tree. The lemon tree was less then expected. The lime tree was amazing. Customer service took care of the issues.

I have used fast growing trees before and always been happy. This time I was sent limelight hydrangeas and they were dead. When they arrived. I sent the pictures in. They were in horrible shape and they have not grown and now I was told that I cannot get a refund very un happy will not use your company again

Had some poor looking paw paw trees delivered we will see if they survive

We ordered two trees, both came on time and looking great. They seem to have taken really well and thriving.

Service and products were relatively in good shape. What remains are good hardy plants.
Ii lost all but two of previous order due to not putting in ground sooner.

A number of orders so far. Shipments arrived in good shape and very timely. Time will tell, but so far everything looks good.

Fast Growing Trees has been great not only in thr quality of plants they sell but in the customer service they provide. I've been a customer ever since I discovered Fast Growing Trees and have recommended them to family who are now customers as well.

I was really impressed with the nursery stock that I received. The tree is a good size and looks like it's going to grow well.

I ordered and received my dragon fruit cactus.
It came packaged really well.
That was over a month ago and it is already sprouting new growth.
I'm in love with my new plant and I am looking forward to ordering more plants and trees with them.
